Abstract
The invention relates to a wiring cover positioning tool. The wiring cover positioning tool comprises a first positioning component matched with the annular shell in a positioning manner and a second positioning component which is fixedly arranged relative to the first positioning component, a positioning connection structure which is fixedly connected with the wiring cover is arranged on the second positioning component, the first positioning component is provided with a positioning table which is buckled in a threading hole in the middle of the annular shell, the positioning table is provided with a positioning cambered surface which is attached to the inner hole surface of the threading hole in the middle of the annular shell, the edge position of the positioning table is provided with a positioning flange which is blocked and positioned with the end surface of the inner annular wall of the annular shell, and the positioning table is also provided with a blocking end surface which is blocked and positioned circumferentially with the inner annular boss. The wiring cover positioning tool is reliable in positioning, and the phenomenon of loosening or shifting of the wiring cover can not occur.

Background
The current transformer is an important matching element of electrical equipment and is mainly used for transmitting information to measuring instruments, meters or protection devices. The electrical performance of the transformer can be directly reflected from the detection equipment, and the control of the appearance quality is often ignored. Along with the continuous improvement of the requirements of the national power grid on the overall quality of electrical equipment and the grade of products, the appearance quality of the transformer is more and more emphasized. The structure of the current transformer is shown in fig. 1 to 7, and the current transformer comprises an annular shell 1, wherein a middle threading hole 16 is formed in the middle of the annular shell 1, an inner hole surface of the middle threading hole 16 is composed of arc sections with different circle centers and a horizontal section 14, an inner ring boss 15 protruding inwards in the radial direction is arranged at the joint of a first arc section 11, a second arc section 12 and a third arc section 13, a secondary coil 2 is arranged in the annular shell 1, a wiring cover 3 is fixed on the annular shell 1, and two outgoing terminals 21 of the secondary coil 2 are inserted into wiring holes 31 in the wiring cover 3.
The existing current transformer is usually cast by inserting the wire outlet terminal of the coil into the wire connection hole on the wire connection cover, bonding the wire connection cover on the transformer shell, and then injecting high-temperature liquid into the transformer shell. The casting liquid can cause great impact to the metal wire in the flowing process to deform the wire, and meanwhile, the high-temperature casting liquid can also reduce the bonding strength of the wiring cover, so that the wiring cover can be loosened. Therefore, the fixing of the terminal cover by the jacking action and the bonding manner of the wire outlet terminal is unreliable.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wiring cover positioning tool for positioning a wiring cover when the wiring cover is poured onto a transformer shell, so as to solve the problem that the wiring cover is not reliably fixed when the existing current transformer is fixed by using the jacking function and the bonding mode of an outgoing terminal during pouring.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the wiring cover positioning tool comprises a first positioning component and a second positioning component, wherein the first positioning component is used for being in positioning fit with an annular shell of a current transformer, the second positioning component is fixedly arranged opposite to the first positioning component, a positioning connection structure is arranged on the second positioning component and is used for being fixedly connected with a wiring cover, the first positioning component is provided with a positioning table buckled in a middle threading hole of the annular shell, the positioning table is provided with a positioning cambered surface attached to the inner hole surface of the middle threading hole of the annular shell, the edge of the positioning table is provided with a positioning flange for stopping and positioning with the inner ring wall end surface of the annular shell, and the positioning table is also provided with a stopping end surface for stopping and positioning the inner ring boss which is arranged at the joint of the first arc section, the second arc section and the third arc section and protrudes inwards in the radial direction and is positioned in the circumferential direction. The positioning cambered surface attached to the inner hole surface of the middle threading hole positions the positioning table in the radial direction, the positioning flange positions the positioning table in the axial direction, and the stop end surface of the circumferential stop of the inner ring boss positions the positioning table in the circumferential direction, so that the positioning table is matched with the annular shell in a positioning way, the positioning table is relatively fixed with the second positioning part, and meanwhile, the second positioning part is fixedly connected with the wiring cover, so that the relative fixation of the wiring cover and the annular shell is realized, the fixation is firm, and the phenomenon of loosening or shifting of the wiring cover cannot occur.
The whole T-shaped structure that has horizontal limit and vertical limit of locating platform, the cambered surface that fixes a position sets up in the both ends position of horizontal limit, and three-point location is more reliable.
The positioning flanges are arranged at two ends of the horizontal edge.
The width of the positioning flange is consistent with the thickness of the inner annular wall of the annular shell, so that the positioning flange does not protrude out of the inner annular wall of the annular shell in the radial direction, and the casting of the coil in the transformer shell is not affected.
The vertical side end part of the positioning table is also provided with a lap joint flange lapped on the horizontal section of the inner hole surface of the threading hole, and the lap joint flange is matched with the positioning flange to position the positioning table in the axial direction more reliably.
The first positioning component and the second positioning component are detachably connected, so that the first positioning component and the second positioning component are convenient to detach.
The positioning connection structure arranged on the second positioning component is a connection hole corresponding to the wiring hole on the wiring cover, and the structure is simple.

Embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The specific embodiment of the wiring cover positioning tool disclosed by the invention comprises a first positioning component 4 matched with the annular shell 1 in a positioning way and a second positioning component 5 fixedly connected with the first positioning component 4, as shown in fig. 8-10, wherein the first positioning component 4 is fixedly connected with the second positioning component 5 through bolts. The second positioning member 5 is provided with a connection hole 51 corresponding to the wiring hole 31 of the wiring cover. The first positioning part 4 is provided with a positioning table 41 buckled in the middle threading hole 16 of the annular shell, the whole positioning table 41 is of a T-shaped structure with a horizontal side and a vertical side, the two ends of the horizontal side are provided with a positioning cambered surface 411 attached to the inner hole surface of the middle threading hole 16 of the annular shell and a positioning flange 42 protruding out of the positioning cambered surface in the radial direction, and the width of the positioning flange 42 is consistent with the wall thickness of the inner ring of the annular shell 1. The positioning table 41 further has a stop end surface 412 which is circumferentially stopped with the inner ring boss 15 of the annular housing to achieve circumferential positioning. The vertical edge end of the positioning table 41 also has a landing flange 422 that is lapped over the horizontal section of the inner bore surface of the central threading bore 16 of the annular housing.
The positioning cambered surface attached to the inner hole surface of the middle threading hole positions the positioning table in the radial direction, the positioning flange positions the positioning table in the axial direction, and the stop end surface of the stop in the circumferential direction of the inner ring boss positions the positioning table in the circumferential direction, so that the positioning table is matched with the annular shell in a positioning way, the positioning table is relatively fixed with the second positioning part, and meanwhile, the second positioning part is fixedly connected with the wiring cover, so that the relative fixation of the wiring cover and the annular shell is realized. And after casting, the first positioning part and the second positioning part are removed. Compared with the existing wiring cover adopting a bonding fixing mode, the wiring cover positioning tool provided by the invention is reliable in positioning the wiring cover, and the phenomenon of loosening or shifting of the wiring cover can not occur.
In the above embodiment, the positioning table is integrally a T-shaped structure having a horizontal side and a vertical side, and in other embodiments, the positioning table may be a Y-shaped structure or a semicircular structure.
In the above embodiment, the width of the positioning flange is identical to the inner annular wall thickness of the annular housing. In other embodiments, the width of the locating flange may also be less than the inner annular wall thickness of the annular housing.
In the above embodiment, the vertical side end of the positioning table further has a lap flange lap-jointed on the horizontal section of the inner hole face of the threading hole. In other embodiments, for example, when the positioning table is semi-circular, the positioning table no longer has a landing flange that is landed on the horizontal segment of the bore surface of the threaded bore.
