The working process of the invention is as follows:
firstly, adding a required auxiliary agent into an auxiliary agent bottle, starting a metering pump to pump the auxiliary agent into a dosing tank through an auxiliary agent suction pipe and an auxiliary agent pipe, starting an electromagnetic valve on a diluent pipe, adding diluent into the dosing tank, and metering the addition amount of the auxiliary agent and the diluent through the metering pump and a metering meter; and starting the first stirring motor to stir the liquid in the batching box to finish the preparation of the mother liquor.
And secondly, opening a first valve on the mother liquor pipe, enabling the prepared mother liquor to flow into a liquid storage tank below under the action of gravity, and controlling the mother liquor to be conveyed to a subsequent processor through a second valve on the bottom distribution pipe.
Intermittently starting the second stirring motor in the process of storing the mother solution, so as to avoid the precipitation phenomenon of the mother solution; controlling the height of mother liquor in the liquid storage tank by means of a liquid level switch on the liquid storage tank; and meanwhile, the heating part is used for heating the mother solution in the liquid storage tank, so that the related temperature requirement is met. The batching box and the storage box adopt a linkage timely compensation mode, so that the small batch timely supply of mother liquor is ensured, and the waste phenomenon of redundant configuration is avoided.
The invention can be used for completing the mother liquor distribution in advance before the reaction, storing the mother liquor in the liquid storage tank completely, and distributing and supplying the mother liquor in time when the mother liquor is required to be supplied, thereby solving the problem that the mother liquor distribution in the current industry cannot be continuously supplied.

A printing and dyeing auxiliary mother liquor proportioning machine is characterized in that: the device comprises a controller and a liquid preparation device, wherein the controller and the liquid preparation device are arranged on a rack; the liquid preparation device is used for preparing mother liquid and supplies materials to the subsequent treatment machine through a mother liquid pipe; the liquid preparation device is connected with a controller, the controller is provided with a control panel for man-machine interaction, and the control panel is arranged on the outer side surface of the frame;
the liquid preparation device comprises an auxiliary agent bottle and a material preparation box, wherein the auxiliary agent bottle is arranged at the bottom of the machine frame, the material preparation box is arranged at the top of the machine frame, an auxiliary agent conveying mechanism is arranged between the auxiliary agent bottle and the material preparation box, and the auxiliary agent conveying mechanism is electrically connected with the controller; the diluent is connected with the batching box through a diluent pipe, a meter and an electromagnetic valve are arranged on the diluent pipe, and the meter and the electromagnetic valve are electrically connected with a controller; a first stirring mechanism is arranged in the batching box and is electrically connected with the controller;
the batching machine further comprises a liquid storage device, the liquid storage device comprises a liquid storage tank and a second stirring mechanism, the liquid storage tank is a hollow tank body arranged in the middle of the frame, the liquid storage tank is arranged below the batching tank, a mother liquor pipe connected with the batching tank is communicated with the top of the liquid storage tank, a distribution pipe connected with the subsequent processing machine is communicated with the bottom of the liquid storage tank, and a second valve is arranged on the distribution pipe connected with the subsequent processing machine; the second stirring mechanism comprises a second stirring shaft, a stirring paddle and a driving part, wherein the second stirring shaft is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage tank, the stirring paddle is spiral and surrounds the second stirring shaft, one end of the second stirring shaft is driven by the driving part, and the driving part is arranged on the frame.
