本发明公开了提高阻燃性的塑料板表面喷涂材料,包括如下组分:有机硅改性环氧树脂、水性丙烯酸乳液、甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂,安息香***,二氧化钛、氟硅酸钠、硫酸钡、氧化锌、纳米碳化硅,纳米氧化镁、氮化硅、滑石粉、膨润土、石棉粉、磷酸铵、瓷粉、羧甲基纤维素、硼酸锌、复合阻燃剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、阻燃填料、润湿剂、助粘剂、分散剂、流平剂、抗菌剂、去离子水。本发明的塑料板喷涂涂料,具有良好的光泽度、良好的抗静电能力、较好的力学性能、耐老化性能及耐磨性能,通过加入纳米碳化硅、阻燃填料、纳米氧化镁,可有效提升涂料抗氧化及阻燃能力,而且还具有价格和环保优势,附着力强、延展性好、耐高温、使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷涂材料,具体涉及提高阻燃性的塑料板表面喷涂材料。
背景技术
塑料板是日常工作设备中不可缺少的一部分,随着经济的不断发展,塑料在国民经济的许多领域占有较大的比重,人们对塑料板的要求越来越高,塑料板的种类也层出不穷。但是现有技术中的塑料板还存在很多缺陷,不能更好的达到阻燃环保的性能,大大增加了塑料板的报废率,同时塑料的易燃性造成了很大的生产危险和财产损失,塑料的阻燃性能在塑料的技术指标中越加凸显。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有技术中的塑料板还存在很多缺陷,不能更好的达到阻燃环保的性能,大大增加了塑料板的报废率,同时塑料的易燃性造成了很大的生产危险和财产损失,目的在于提供提高阻燃性的塑料板表面喷涂材料,具有良好的光泽度、良好的抗静电能力、较好的力学性能、耐老化性能及耐磨性能,通过加入纳米碳化硅、阻燃填料、纳米氧化镁,可有效提升涂料抗氧化及阻燃能力,而且还具有价格和环保优势,附着力强、延展性好、耐高温、使用寿命长。
