Description

Dinotefuran insecticide-fertilizer granules and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of insecticide-fertilizer, and particularly relates to dinotefuran insecticide-fertilizer granules and application thereof.
Background
The fertilizer and the pesticide play an important role in agricultural production, and the fertilizer can provide nutrient requirements for crop growth to ensure yield increase and income increase; the pesticide can effectively prevent and treat diseases, insects and weeds, and protect the driving for the normal growth of crops. The development trend of the fertilizer is complex, special, slow-release and multifunctional; the pesticide has the requirements of high efficiency, low toxicity, broad spectrum, long lasting period and high utilization rate. There is a direct or indirect relationship between fertilizers, pesticides, soil and crops. With the development of agricultural production and the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology, the fertilizer and pesticide are mixed to combine two operation steps in the field into one, which becomes an important development direction in the agricultural field. The research of the pesticide fertilizer in China begins in 80 years of the 20 th century, and at present, more researches are carried out, but the research of the slow-release pesticide fertilizer is less. The slow-release pesticide fertilizer has the greatest characteristics that the release of the fertilizer and the pesticide is synchronous with the absorption of the growth needs of crops, the one-time fertilization is realized to meet the needs of the crops in the whole growth period, the labor force, the time and the energy are saved, the production cost is reduced, the antagonism between the pesticide and the fertilizer and the adverse effect on the crops can be avoided, the synergistic effect between the pesticide and the fertilizer is increased, the using amount of the pesticide and the fertilizer is reduced, the optimal application effect is obtained, the environment is protected, and the yield of the crops is improved.
Dinotefuran was the first third generation of nicotinic insecticides developed by mitsui chemical company, japan, and marketed in 2002. The pesticide has wide insecticidal spectrum, excellent systemic osmosis and high insecticidal activity at very low dosage. The pesticide is safe to mammals, birds and aquatic organisms, has no phytotoxicity to crops, and has high efficiency on homoptera, lepidoptera and diptera pests on rice, fruit trees, vegetables and other crops. No report related to the preparation of dinotefuran into the sustained-release pesticide-fertilizer granules exists in the existing literature.

Testing one: physical property test of the preparation
The performance index of the pesticide fertilizer granules prepared by the method is measured by adopting a conventional test method in the field. The heat storage stability was determined according to the method described in GB/T19136-2003; the permanent foaming was carried out according to GB/T28137-2011.
Table 1 formulation physical property testing
Figure BDA0001678705510000051
As can be seen from Table 1, examples 1 to 3 are not different from the control in the long-lasting foamability and dust index as compared with comparative examples 1 to 3; the heat storage stability of examples 1 to 3 is significantly better than that of comparative examples 1 to 3, i.e. the choice of wall material has a greater influence on the stability of the active ingredient. As can be seen, for the dinotefuran insecticide-fertilizer granules, the capsule wall material formed by 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate or 2, 6-toluene diisocyanate and ethylenediamine is better than the composition formed by other isocyanates and ethylenediamine.
And (2) testing: pesticide fertilizer granules have field control effect on rice pests
The control object is: rice planthopper, rice leaf roller and Chilo suppressalis
The prevention and treatment medicament comprises: the agents prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 of the present application were used in the same dosage.
The mode of administration of the drug: the fertilizer is applied by adopting an additional fertilizer mode.
TABLE 2 field control of granular pesticide-fertilizer for rice pests
Figure BDA0001678705510000052
Figure BDA0001678705510000061
The occurrence of pests in the field is dynamic, and the pests can re-infect crops after the pesticide effect disappears, so that the pesticide-fertilizer durability is improved, and the pesticide-fertilizer application frequency can be effectively reduced. As can be seen from Table 2, the persistence of the pesticide fertilizer granules in the examples 1 to 3 is obviously better than that of the comparative examples 1 to 3, the control effect of the example 1 on the rice planthopper in 60 days is 44.3 percent, and the control effect of the comparative example is only 22.4 percent; the control effect of example 2 on rice leaf roller for 60 days is 60.1 percent, and the control effect is only 41.7 percent; the control effect of example 2 on chilo suppressalis for 60 days is 42.8%, and the control effect is only 26.1%. Therefore, for the dinotefuran insecticide-fertilizer granules, the slow release performance of the capsule wall material formed by 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate or 2, 6-toluene diisocyanate and ethylenediamine is obviously better than that of the combination of other isocyanates and ethylenediamine.
The present invention has been further described with reference to the examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
