本发明涉及一种数控机床领域,具体是一种数控刀库机床加工用刀具钻孔装置。
背景技术
在数控设备中,一个完整产品的加工通常要使用到不同直径大小的刀具才能完成,这就要求设备能够支持刀库功能,在自动加工过程中通过执行换刀指令实现不同刀具的选择。 在换刀过程中,根据刀库的机械和电气结构,数控***输出一些逻辑信号来完成刀库工艺需求,刀库被广泛应用于数控机械加工领域的加工中心上,由于电气、人员操作、机械等方面原因,会出现刀库实际刀位与***内计算不一致时的乱刀现象。刀库在乱刀后,当执行还刀动作时,刀库实际所选到的刀号会与***指令要求不符。 如果对应主轴的刀具安装位上安装有刀具将会出现撞刀,导致刀盘卡爪、刀盘、刀具等撞坏。 其次,在进行刀库调试时,由于操作人员疏忽大意没注意到正对主轴的刀具号上装有刀柄,当刀库移到主轴侧时也会出现撞刀。刀库的撞刀影响了机床的正常使用,甚至造成人员伤害,严重影响正常生产及人身安全。
现有技术中的数控机床设备领域中,对刀库刀具的支持不是太好,该行业应用中没有一套成熟的刀库刀具机械手装置。 鉴于此,需要设计一个刀库机械手装置,用于产品加工。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种结构简单,刀具表面的钻孔精确度高,减少刀具误差,提高产品质量的数控刀库机床加工用刀具钻孔装置。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种数控刀库机床加工用刀具钻孔装置,包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座上设有支撑柱,所述支撑的侧壁上设有横梁板,所述横梁板的中间端设有凸起,所述凸起上滑动安装有移动座,所述移动座的下端连接有转轴,所述转轴的端部固定安装有夹持座,所述夹持座的左、右两端分别设有夹紧气缸,所述支撑柱的侧壁上设有多个刀具盘,所述刀具盘上设有刀具。
所述移动座可在凸起上左右移动,实现对刀具的搬运。
所述横梁板的右端设有钻孔机构,所述钻孔机构的下端设有钻孔操作台。
本发明在底座上设有支撑柱,在支撑柱的侧壁上设有横梁板,在横梁板的中间端设有凸起,且在凸起上设有滑动安装的移动座,在移动座的下端连接有转轴,在转轴的端部固定安装有夹持座,通过夹持座的左、右设有有的夹紧气缸,能够将刀具更加充分地夹紧运送,提高了刀具钻孔的精确度 。
