As shown in fig. 5 to 6, further, the negative pressure suction mechanism includes: a battery 410, a motor 420, a transmission assembly 430, a piston 440, a cylinder 450 and a collection cup 460, wherein the battery 410 is used for providing electric energy for the motor 420, the piston 440 is slidably connected in the cylinder 450, and the piston 440 and the inner surface of the cylinder 450 form a piston 440 cavity; the transmission assembly 430 is connected between an output shaft of the motor 420 and the piston 440, so that the motor 420 drives the piston 440 to move in the cylinder 450 as the piston 440 moves, and the volume of the cavity of the piston 440 increases or decreases; the cylinder 450 comprises an air inlet and an air outlet which are both communicated with the cavity of the piston 440, and the air inlet is provided with a third one-way valve so that the air inlet only allows air flow to flow into the cavity of the piston 440 from the outside; the air outlet is provided with a fourth one-way valve, so that the air outlet only allows air flow to flow out from the cavity of the piston 440 to the outside, when the piston 440 moves outwards, the air inlet enters air, negative pressure is generated at the sputum suction pipe, and when the piston 440 moves inwards, air in the cavity of the piston 440 is discharged through the air outlet; the collecting cup 460 includes a cup body, and a first pipe and a second pipe connected to the cup body, the first pipe is connected to the air inlet of the cylinder body 450, and the second pipe is connected to the connection plug 200, so that after the motor 420 is started, a negative pressure is generated at the needle opening of the third contact pin 230. The piston 440 is reciprocated by the rotation of the motor 420, so that a negative pressure is generated at the suction port of the third insertion needle 230, and waste in the patient is sucked into the collection cup 460.
Specifically, the transmission assembly 430 includes an eccentric wheel and a connecting rod, the eccentric wheel includes a central shaft hole and an eccentric rod part, and the central shaft hole of the eccentric wheel is connected with the output shaft of the motor 420; one end of the connecting rod is hinged to the eccentric rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the piston 440, so that the connecting rod drives the piston 440 to move back and forth along the depth direction of the cylinder 450. The motor 420 rotates the eccentric wheel, and the eccentric rod rotates around the central shaft hole, thereby moving the piston 440 back and forth via the connecting rod, and changing the volume of the cavity of the piston 440.
Further, the water filling mechanism comprises a water tank 510 and a water pump 520, the water pump 520 is connected to the water tank 510, a water outlet of the water pump 520 is connected to the three-way valve 250, and the water pump 520 is used for inputting water in the water tank 510 to the first or second contact pin 210 or 220.
Further, the medicine injection mechanism comprises a medicine liquid bottle 610 and a medicine liquid pump 620, the medicine liquid pump 620 is connected with the medicine liquid bottle 610, a medicine outlet of the medicine liquid pump 620 is connected with the fourth contact pin 240, and the medicine liquid pump 620 is used for inputting medicine liquid in the medicine liquid bottle 610 to the fourth contact pin 240.
The cervical dilation apparatus provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that:
1. the cervical introducing tube 110 is used for extending into the patient, and the tube body extends along the curve of the cervix of the patient, so that the cervix of the patient cannot be damaged;
2. the cervix uteri is gradually dilated in a water injection mode, and the stimulation of the slow and uniform dilatation action to a patient is small;
3. compared with the traditional cervical dilator with a plurality of extending heads at the tail end, the cervical dilator of the cervical dilation device provided by the embodiment of the invention has a simpler external structure, the connecting pipelines are gathered in the connecting seat 140, and a doctor can hold the cervical dilator by one hand to conveniently complete pipeline connection.
4. The cervical dilator and the positive and negative pressure generator are connected by adopting a connecting way of the connecting seat 140 and the connecting plug 200, the connection of the cervical dilator and the positive and negative pressure generator can be completed by one-time splicing, and the interface on the connecting seat 140 corresponds to the contact pin of the connecting plug 200, so that the distinction of which interface on the cervical dilator is connected with the cervical orifice dilating sac 120 and which interface is connected with the cervical dilating sac 130 is not needed, and the cervical dilator is simple and convenient;
5. the water injection action of the cervical orifice expanding capsule 120 and the cervical expanding capsule 130 can be completed by using a water injection mechanism and a three-way valve 250, and the cervical dilator and the positive and negative pressure generator do not need to be plugged and unplugged when the cervical dilator is used.
6. The cervical dilation equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can suck and discharge waste in a patient body, and the function is increased.
7. The cervical dilation device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for injecting liquid medicine, such as anesthetic, into a patient, so that the function of the cervical dilation device is increased.

A cervical dilation apparatus, comprising: the cervical dilator comprises a cervical introducing pipe, a cervical mouth expanding bag and a cervical expanding bag, wherein the cervical mouth expanding bag and the cervical expanding bag are sleeved on the outer side of the cervical introducing pipe, the cervical mouth expanding bag is closer to the front end of the cervical introducing pipe relative to the cervical expanding bag, the cervical mouth expanding bag is in an ellipsoid shape, and the cervical expanding bag is in a cylindrical shape;
the tail end of the cervical introducing pipe is provided with a connecting seat, the front end of the cervical introducing pipe is provided with a liquid medicine outlet, a first pipeline, a second pipeline and a third pipeline are arranged in the cervical introducing pipe, one end of the first pipeline penetrates through the cervical introducing pipe to be communicated with the cervical orifice expanding sac, and the other end of the first pipeline is connected with the connecting seat; one end of the second pipeline penetrates through the cervical introducing pipe to be communicated with the cervical dilatation sac, and the other end of the second pipeline is connected with the connecting seat; one end of the third pipeline is connected with the liquid medicine outlet, and the other end of the third pipeline is connected with the connecting seat; the connecting seat comprises a first channel, a second channel, a third channel and a fourth channel;
the first channel is communicated with a first pipeline, and a first one-way valve is arranged between the first channel and the first pipeline; the second channel is communicated with a second pipeline, and a second one-way valve is arranged between the second channel and the second pipeline; the third channel is communicated with the inner tube of the cervical introducing tube, and the head end of the cervical introducing tube is provided with a drainage port; the fourth channel is communicated with the third pipeline;
the positive and negative pressure generator comprises a water injection mechanism, a negative pressure suction mechanism, a medicine injection mechanism and a connecting plug, wherein a first contact pin, a second contact pin, a third contact pin and a fourth contact pin are arranged on the connecting plug; the medicine injection mechanism is connected with the fourth contact pin;
the relative positions of the first pin, the second pin, the third pin and the fourth pin correspond to the relative positions of the openings of the first channel, the second channel, the third channel and the fourth channel on the connecting seat respectively, so that after the connecting plug is connected with the connecting seat in an inserting mode, the first pin is inserted into the first channel, the second pin is inserted into the second channel, the third pin is inserted into the third channel, and the fourth pin is inserted into the fourth channel.

The cervical dilation device according to claim 1, wherein an annular sealing ring extending outward is provided on an edge of an end surface of the connecting block, such that the annular sealing ring is wrapped around an outer side of the connecting plug after the connecting plug is inserted into the connecting block.

The cervical dilation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cervical lead-in tube is provided with a first annular receiving section and a second annular receiving section that are recessed inside the cervical lead-in tube, the first annular receiving section being configured to receive the cervical dilation balloon, the second annular receiving section being configured to receive the cervical dilation balloon.

The cervical dilation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the connecting seat has elasticity, and inner diameters of the first channel, the second channel, the third channel and the fourth channel are respectively smaller than outer diameters of the first pin, the second pin, the third pin and the fourth pin, so that after the first pin, the second pin, the third pin and the fourth pin are respectively inserted into the first channel, the second channel, the third channel and the fourth channel, inner walls of the first channel, the second channel and the third channel respectively tightly wrap outer walls of the first pin, the second pin, the third pin and the fourth pin.
5. The cervical dilation device of claim 4 wherein the outwardly facing openings of the first, second, third and fourth channels are each provided with a trumpet-like guide structure.
6. The cervical dilation device of claim 1 wherein the opening locations of the first, second, third and fourth channels are located at four apex locations of a trapezoid, respectively.

The cervical dilation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cervical dilator includes a guide wire, one end of the guide wire is provided with a ball head structure, the size of the ball head structure is larger than that of the drainage opening, the other end of the guide wire is provided with a push-pull ring, and the guide wire is used for guiding the trend of the cervical introducer after being inserted from the third channel.

The cervical dilation apparatus of claim 1, wherein the negative pressure suction mechanism comprises: the device comprises a battery, a motor, a transmission assembly, a piston, a cylinder body and a collecting cup, wherein the battery is used for providing electric energy for the motor, the piston is connected in the cylinder body in a sliding mode, and a piston cavity is formed by the piston and the inner surface of the cylinder body;
the transmission assembly is connected between an output shaft of the motor and a piston, so that the motor drives the piston to do piston motion in the cylinder body;
the cylinder body comprises an air inlet and an air outlet which are communicated with the piston cavity, and the air inlet is provided with a third one-way valve so that the air inlet only allows airflow to flow into the piston cavity from the outside; the air outlet is provided with a fourth one-way valve so that the air outlet only allows air flow to flow out of the piston cavity to the outside;
the collecting cup comprises a cup body, a first pipe body and a second pipe body, the first pipe body and the second pipe body are connected with the cup body, the first pipe body is connected with an air inlet of the cylinder body, the second pipe body is connected with the connecting plug, so that after the motor is started, a negative pressure is generated at the needle opening of the third contact pin.
9. The cervical dilation apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the transmission assembly includes an eccentric and a connecting rod, the eccentric including a central shaft hole and an eccentric rod portion, the central shaft hole of the eccentric for connection with an output shaft of the motor;
one end of the connecting rod is hinged with the eccentric rod part, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the piston, so that the connecting rod drives the piston to move back and forth along the depth direction of the cylinder body.

The cervical dilation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the water injection mechanism includes a water tank and a water pump, the water pump is connected to the water tank, a water outlet of the water pump is connected to the three-way valve, and the water pump is configured to input water in the water tank to the first insertion pin or the second insertion pin.
