其制备方法,包括以下步骤:将乳糖、脱脂乳粉、低聚木糖、营养酵母粉、乳酸菌与辅料混合均匀后,干燥、包装,即可。
以下对本发明的改善肠道通便的产品进行临床测试。
1 试验方法
1.1受试对象
1.1.1纳入标准 经体检符合下列条件的自愿受试者:排便次数减少和粪便硬度增加者;大便一周少于三次者;无器质性便秘者;习惯性便秘者。
1.1.2受试者排除标准 凡属下列情况之一者予以排除:(1)不能经口进食者或不能按规定服用受试样品者;(2)主诉不清者;(3)体质虚弱无法进行试验者;(4)30 d 内进行过外科手术引起便秘症状发生者;(5)因严重器质病变引起的近期排便困难者(结肠癌、严重的肠炎、肠梗阻、炎症性肠病等);(6)排便困难并伴有疼痛者;(7)30 d 内发生过急性胃肠道疾病者;(8)孕期及经期妇女;(9)合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血***等严重全身疾病患者;(10)有其他伴随疾病正在治疗者;(11)短期内服用与受试功能有关的物品, 影响到对结果的判断者。
1.2方法
采用自身和组间对照两种试验设计,将符合纳入标准并不具有任何排除标准情况者,同时能并保证配合试验的自愿受试者, 按受试者的便秘症状(排便次数、排便状况、粪便性状)尽可能考虑到影响结果的主要因素如年龄、性别等, 进行均衡性检验, 以保证组间的可比性, 随机分为受试组(实施例1样品)和对照组(空白)。受试组按推荐剂量每天服用样品,连续 7 d。对照组不进行任何处理。试验期间要求受试者不改变原来的饮食习惯,若出现不良反应,立即停止试验。
1.3 观察指标
各项指标在试食试验开始及结束时各测定一次。
1.3.1一般状况 观察受试者的精神、睡眠、饮食、血压、心率等
1.3.2 血、尿、粪便常规检查,血液生化项目检查。
1.3.3 胸透、心电图、腹部B超(试验开始前检查1次)
1.3.4 每日排便次数 记录受试者试食前后排便次数的变化。
1.3.5 排便状况 记录受试者试食前后排便困难程度,包括是否腹痛、是否有***灼烧感、下坠感、不适感、有否便频但排便困难而少量等症状。
1.3.6粪便性状 记录受试者试食前后粪便软硬、形状、边缘是否明显等。
2结果
2.1受试者一般情况
初始试验人群试验组63例,对照组64例,经过7d试验后,试验脱漏率为0。试食前后,受试者精神、睡眠、饮食、血压、心率等状况未见异常。对照组年龄(39.98 ±8.23)岁, 试食组年龄(40 .24 ±7.42)岁;对照组男/女:22/41, 试食组男/ 女:24/40
2.2 各项检查情况
受试者在食用受试物7d后,试食组与对照组尿常规、血常规、粪便常规检查及血液生化项目间差指标均未见明显异常改变;心电图、腹部B超、胸透检查,均在正常范围内;实验过程中受试者均未观察到恶心、胀气、腹痛、过敏及其它不良反应,显示受试样品安全,对机体健康无明显损害。
2.3 功效观察
通过比较,发现试食组试食前排便次数为0.31±0.10次/d,对照排便次数为0.31±0.11次/d,差异没有统计学意义,即两组之间具有可比性;试食组实施期间排便次数为2.12±0.10次/d,对照组实施期间排便次数为0.30±0.11次/d,试食组的排便次数较试食前明显增加,且较空白组也明显增加,差异均具有统计学意义。试食组与空白对照组在试食前排便状况与粪便性状基本相同,试食期间,空白对照组排便时会伴随腹痛、有***灼烧感、下坠感、不适感、便频但排便困难而少量等症状,试食组的排便时无上述不适症状;试食期间,空白对照组粪便过硬、边缘粗糙、不易排出,试食组粪便平滑且软、边缘明显、易排出。
3 结论
本发明实施例1的样品中含有乳糖、酵母菌。乳酸菌和低聚木糖等成分,食用后在机体内能够对机体肠道微生态环境和肠道运动状况都起能起到明显的积极作用,并且明显达到促进排便的功效。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种改善肠道通便的产品,其特征在于,包括以下主要成分:乳糖、脱脂乳粉、低聚木糖、营养酵母粉和乳酸菌。
2.如权利要求1所述的改善肠道通便的产品,其特征在于,所述的改善肠道通便的产品还包括辅料。
3.如权利要求2所述的改善肠道通便的产品,其特征在于,所述的辅料为食品用香精。
4.如权利要求2所述的改善肠道通便的产品,其特征在于,所述的改善肠道通便的产品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
乳糖 60-90%、
脱脂乳粉 5-20%、
低聚木糖 2-10%、
营养酵母粉 2-10%、
乳酸菌 0.001-0.2%、
辅料 余量。
5.如权利要求2所述的改善肠道通便的产品,其特征在于,所述的改善肠道通便的产品可以制备成片状,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:将乳糖、脱脂乳粉、低聚木糖、营养酵母粉、乳酸菌与辅料混合均匀后,干燥、包装,即可。
