Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below. It should be understood that the description herein of the embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 to fig. 2 are schematic structural views of a sound box with a positioning mechanism according to the present invention. The built-up speaker with speakers comprises a panel 10, at least one first speaker 20 arranged on the panel 10, at least one second speaker 30 adjacent to the first speaker 20, and a circuit board 40 arranged on the panel 10. It is conceivable that the speaker assembly further includes other functional modules, such as electrical connection components, screws, socket components, frames, etc., which are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The panel 10 is used to assemble various functional modules, such as the first and second speakers 20, 30, the circuit board 40, and other modules, such as a mask, a base frame, etc. The panel 10 has at least one first through hole 11 for providing the first horn 20, at least one second through hole 12 for providing the second horn, and a slot 13 provided between the first through hole 11 and the second through hole 12. In the present embodiment, the panel 10 has two rows of first through holes 11, and each row of first through holes 11 has four. The second through holes 12 also have four. The first and second through holes 11, 12 are used to provide the first and second horns 20, 30, respectively, so that the first and second through holes 11, 12 may or may not be the same size. The slot 13 communicates with the first through hole 11 and is used only for passing through a switching circuit board 23 described below.
The horn 20 comprises a frame 21, two braided wires 22 accommodated in the frame 21, a switching circuit board 23 arranged on the frame 21, and two signal input wires 24 respectively electrically connected to the switching circuit board 23. For the loudspeaker, the first basin stand 21 should be a prior art, and will not be described in detail herein. The braided wire 22 is used in the horn primarily to connect an external electrical control device to the coil inside the horn to transmit acoustic energy to the coil. The shape and length of the braided wire 22 are critical because it vibrates with the coil, and therefore the braided wire 22 is highly demanding in terms of the process of assembly. This also results in that it is easy to make the braided wire 22 difficult to secure its shape and length when the assembly space is small. As in the present invention, when the speaker 20 and the first speaker 30 are assembled into the first and second through holes 11 and 12 of the panel 10, the distance between the speaker 20 and the first speaker 30 will be small and the braided wire 22 will be difficult to be soldered to the circuit board 40 while securing the shape and length, so that the transit circuit board 23 needs to be provided, when the minimum distance between the second frame 21 and the frame 21 is in the order of millimeters. The transfer circuit board 23 is disposed on a side wall of the tub 21 and includes two rows of wiring assemblies 231 disposed at intervals. Each row of wiring assemblies 231 includes a threading hole 232, a bonding pad 233 spaced from the threading hole 232, and a wiring pad 234 spaced from the bonding pad 233 and electrically connected to the bonding pad 233. The threading hole 232 is used for threading the braided wire 22, and in order not to obstruct the movement of the braided wire 22, the diameter of the threading hole 232 should be larger than the diameter of the braided wire 22. The bonding pad 233 is disposed between the threading hole 232 and the bonding pad 234 and is used to bond the braided wire 22. At the time of assembly, the braided wire 22 passes through the threading hole 232 and is welded to the pad 233. To better enable soldering of the braided wires 22, the first row of wire bonding assemblies 231 also includes a wire clamping slot 235. The wire clamping groove 235 is located near one end of the terminal plate 234. When the braided wire 22 is welded, the braided wire 22 is first clamped in the clamping groove 235, then the braided wire 22 is welded on the bonding pad 233, and finally the redundant braided wire 22 is cut off, namely, the braided wire 22 between the bonding pad 233 and the clamping groove 235 is cut off, thus completing the assembly of the braided wire 22. The bond pad 234 is used to electrically connect the signal input lead 24, and since the signal input lead 24 has no process requirements, it can be soldered directly to the bond pad 234. However, to facilitate welding the signal input lead 24, the signal input lead 24 is inserted into the land 24 from the side of the land 234 facing the tub 21, thereby facilitating welding of the signal input lead 24 to the land 234 from the side facing away from the tub 21, and preventing interference of the welding gun with the signal input lead 24. For ease of assembly, the wire holes 232, pads 233, wire plates 234, and wire grooves 235 of the wire assembly 231 are aligned in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the horn 20. When the speaker 20 is assembled into the first through hole 11, the transit circuit board 23 should be located below the slot 13, so as to avoid the contact between the transit circuit board 23 and the panel 10 to affect the sound quality. The transfer circuit board 23 may be riveted to the side wall of the basin frame 21, but other methods, such as screwing, are also possible. Accordingly, the transfer circuit board 23 further includes a rivet 236 disposed between the two rows of wiring members 231, and the transfer circuit board 23 is fixed to the tub 21 by the rivet 236.
The first horn 30 may have the same structure as the horn 20 or may have a different structure. In this embodiment, the first horn 30 has a different structure from the horn 20, that is, the first horn 30 does not have the switching circuit board 23. Therefore, the first speaker 30 is a common structure, which is a prior art and will not be described herein. The first horn 30 comprises a second frame 31. Through the arrangement of the first and second through holes 11 and 12, the minimum distance between the basin frame 21 and the first basin frame 31 can be millimeter level, and meanwhile, under the guarantee of the assembly structure of the loudspeaker 20, the assembly yield and the quality of sound can be guaranteed by the loudspeaker 20 and the first loudspeaker 30.
The circuit board 40 may be disposed directly under the first horn 30, and since the assembly requirements of the horn 20 can be guaranteed, the circuit board 40 may be disposed directly under the first horn 30, and the braided wires of the first horn 30 may be electrically connected directly to the circuit board 40, for reducing the cost. The circuit board 40 itself should be a technology known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.
Compared with the prior art, the loudspeaker 20 has an independent switching circuit board 23, when the braided wire 22 is assembled again, the braided wire 22 passes through the threading hole 232 and is welded on the bonding pad 233, and the signal input wire 23 is electrically connected to the bonding pad 234, so that the loudspeaker 20 becomes an independent functional module, and when the loudspeaker 20 is assembled into a sound box, only the signal input wire 23 needs to be connected to a bus. For the combined sound box with the loudspeaker, due to the existence of the loudspeaker 20, a slot 13 needs to be formed in the panel 10, the slot 13 is positioned between the loudspeaker and the first loudspeaker 30, the switching circuit board 23 is inserted into the slot 13 during the assembly, and the switching circuit board 23 is positioned below the slot 13 and is not contacted with the slot 12, so that the minimum distance between the loudspeaker 20 and the first loudspeaker 30 can reach millimeter level by the assembly structure and the assembly method, and the purposes of compact structure and no influence of assembly on sound quality are achieved.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions or improvements within the spirit of the present invention are intended to be covered by the claims of the present invention.
