Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the intelligent communication terminal 1 selects to send a dialing instruction and a phone number to be dialed to the extension; and the butt-joint extension telephone dials the telephone number to be dialed. The flexible call method can also select one of the intelligent communication terminals 1 which are mutually associated to send a dialing instruction and a telephone number to be dialed to the docking extension set so as to enable the docking extension set to dial the telephone number to be dialed, thereby avoiding the trouble of inputting the telephone number to be dialed in the docking extension set and simplifying the dialing process; and can select other associated terminals to complete the call under the condition that the intelligent communication terminal 1 cannot establish the communication connection of the public switched power grid.

when the fixed telephone terminal 2 sends the incoming call information to the intelligent communication terminal 1, the intelligent communication terminal 1 can select to mark the incoming call number as a harassing call number and send the harassing call number to the flexible call server 3 for storage;
when the fixed telephone terminal 2 calls the harassing telephone number again, the flexible call server 3 identifies the harassing telephone number and sends a refusing instruction to the fixed telephone terminal 2, and the fixed telephone terminal 2 hangs up the harassing telephone number after receiving the refusing instruction.
The existing fixed telephone can not intercept harassing calls, and lawless persons can also find the loophole to often carry out telecommunication fraud through a fixed telephone network. The flexible call method comprises the steps that an intelligent communication terminal 1 selects to mark incoming call numbers as harassing call numbers and sends the harassing call numbers to a flexible call server 3 for storage; the flexible call server 3 can store the harassing call numbers of a plurality of intelligent communication terminals 1 which are related to each other in a centralized manner; when any associated fixed telephone terminal 2 calls the crank telephone number, the flexible call server 3 identifies the crank telephone number and sends a refusing instruction to the fixed telephone terminal 2, and the fixed telephone terminal 2 hangs up the crank telephone number after receiving the refusing instruction. Therefore, the flexible call method can realize the anti-harassment function of the fixed-line telephone and prevent the user from being disturbed.
Preferably, the system using the flexible call method provides a flexible call server 3 connected to the internet and also provides a plurality of fixed telephone terminals 2 connected to the telephone network and the internet, and the internet is also connected to a plurality of intelligent communication terminals 1, as shown in fig. 1;

The flexible call system is characterized in that a data transceiver module 22 is arranged on a fixed telephone terminal 2, the fixed telephone terminal 2 is accessed to the internet, and matching association and communication switching between the fixed telephone terminal 2 and an intelligent communication terminal 1 are realized through a flexible call server 3, so that fusion communication and information interaction between the fixed telephone terminal 2 and the intelligent communication terminal 1 are realized, fixed network communication resources are activated, and call modes are more flexible and diversified.
The intelligent communication terminal 1 firstly performs authentication login on the flexible call server 3 through the login module 11; then, various control instructions are sent to the associated fixed telephone terminal 2 through the instruction control module 12, wherein the control instructions comprise answering instructions, dialing instructions and refusing instructions; and when in call, the voice transceiver module 13 receives the digital voice packet from the flexible call server 3 and sends the digital voice packet to the flexible call server 3, so as to realize voice switching.
The fixed telephone terminal 2 firstly performs authentication login on the flexible call server 3 through the internet through the association module 21; then, the control instruction and the digital voice packet of the associated intelligent communication terminal 1 are received through the data transceiver module 22; finally, controlling the call state through the call control module 23 according to the received control instruction; and performs voice format conversion by the voice conversion module 24 during a call, converts analog voice from the telephone network into digital voice packets, and converts digital voice packets from the intelligent communication terminal 1 into analog voice to transmit to the telephone network.
The flexible call server 3 is provided with an account management module 31 for realizing the authentication login and matching association of the intelligent communication terminal 1 and the fixed telephone terminal 2, and a data transfer module 32 for transferring a control instruction and a digital voice packet between the intelligent communication terminal 1 and the fixed telephone terminal 2, and the digital voice packet is transferred in a soft switch mode to ensure the voice quality of communication.
Preferably, a plurality of the fixed telephone terminals 2 and a plurality of the intelligent communication terminals 1 are associated with each other through the flexible call server 3;
the account management module 31 of the flexible call server 3 is further configured to allocate corresponding extension numbers to the associated intelligent communication terminal 1 and the associated fixed telephone terminal 2;
as shown in fig. 7, the flexible call server 3 further includes a terminal database 33, configured to store account information and extension numbers of each fixed telephone terminal 2 and each intelligent communication terminal 1, where the account information includes a terminal account number, a telephone number, and a login password;
as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fixed telephone terminal 2 and the intelligent communication terminal 1 are both provided with an extension selection module 14 for selecting an extension number to be connected and sending the extension number to the flexible call server 3;
the data transfer module 32 of the flexible call server 3 is further configured to forward the control instruction and the digital voice to the intelligent communication terminal 1 or the fixed telephone terminal 2 corresponding to the extension number to be connected according to the received extension number to be connected.
The flexible call system can associate a plurality of fixed telephone terminals 2 and a plurality of intelligent communication terminals 1 with each other through the flexible call server 3, and the account management module 31 of the flexible call server 3 allocates corresponding extension numbers to the associated intelligent communication terminals 1 and the fixed telephone terminals 2, so as to establish a personal switchboard system, the extension number to be connected can be selected through the extension selection module 14, the flexible call server 3 receives the information of the extension number to be connected and matches the account information and the extension number stored in the terminal database 33, and after the matching is successful, the data transfer module 32 of the flexible call server 3 sends a control instruction and a digital voice to a docking extension corresponding to the extension number to be connected. Therefore, the user does not need to inform all contact ways to the contacts, or the user only needs to complete association and allocation of extension numbers on the flexible call server 3 when adding new contact ways, and does not need to inform all the contacts of the new contact ways, thereby bringing convenience to the user; moreover, the user can select one of the intelligent communication terminals 1 which are mutually related to send a dialing instruction and a telephone number to be dialed to the docking extension set, so that the docking extension set dials the telephone number to be dialed, the trouble of inputting the telephone number to be dialed in the docking extension set is avoided, and the dialing process is simplified; and can select other associated terminals to complete the call under the condition that the intelligent communication terminal 1 cannot establish the communication connection of the public switched power grid.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the intelligent communication terminal 1 further includes:
the anti-harassment module 15 is used for marking the incoming call number sent by the fixed telephone terminal 2 as a harassment call number and sending the harassment call number to the flexible call server 3;
the terminal database 33 of the flexible call server 3 is further configured to store the received crank call number;
as shown in fig. 7, the flexible call server 3 further includes a harassing call identification module 34, configured to identify a harassing call number and send a rejection instruction to the fixed telephone terminal 2.
The flexible call system is provided with a harassment prevention module 15 at the intelligent communication terminal 1, and can select to mark incoming call numbers as harassment call numbers and send the harassment call numbers to a terminal database 33 of the flexible call server 3 for storage; the terminal database 33 may store a plurality of crank call numbers of the intelligent communication terminals 1 associated with each other in a centralized manner; when any related fixed telephone terminal 2 calls the crank call number, the crank call identification module 34 of the flexible call server 3 identifies the crank call number and sends a rejection instruction to the fixed telephone terminal 2, and the fixed telephone terminal 2 hangs up the crank call number after receiving the rejection instruction. Therefore, the system for flexible call can realize the anti-harassment function of the fixed-line telephone, and prevent the user from being disturbed.

and hanging up the incoming phone number according to the call rejection instruction.
The fixed telephone terminal 2 is matched with the intelligent communication terminal 1 through the internet, and executes corresponding actions according to the received control instruction: when a dialing instruction is received, the telephone number to be dialed is dialed, so that the telephone number to be dialed does not need to be manually input in the fixed telephone terminal 2, the fixed telephone dialing process is simplified, people can be encouraged to use the fixed telephone terminal 2 with low radiation, high conversation quality and clear tone quality, and fixed network communication resources are activated; when receiving a call answering instruction, the call answering telephone number is connected and transferred to the intelligent communication terminal 1 through the Internet, so that the fixed telephone terminal 2 can also communicate with a call answering telephone number party through the intelligent communication terminal 1 under the condition that the public switched power network communication connection cannot be established or no one answers the call; when the call rejection instruction is received, the incoming call number is hung up, so that the anti-harassment function of the fixed telephone is realized, and the user is prevented from being disturbed.

when a telephone call comes in from the fixed telephone terminal, the fixed telephone terminal sends incoming call information to the intelligent communication terminal, the incoming call telephone number is connected after receiving an answering instruction of the intelligent communication terminal, and the fixed telephone terminal completes voice switching between the intelligent communication terminal and an incoming call telephone number party after connection, so that the call between the intelligent communication terminal and the incoming call telephone number party is realized;

when the fixed telephone terminal sends the incoming call information to the intelligent communication terminal, the intelligent communication terminal can select to mark the incoming call number as a harassing call number and send the harassing call number to the flexible call server for storage;
when the fixed telephone terminal calls the crank telephone number again, the flexible call server identifies the crank telephone number and sends a refusing instruction to the fixed telephone terminal, and the fixed telephone terminal hangs up the crank telephone number after receiving the refusing instruction;
the flexible call server stores the crank call numbers of a plurality of intelligent communication terminals which are mutually associated in a centralized manner; when any related fixed telephone terminal calls in the crank telephone number, the flexible call server identifies the crank telephone number and sends a refusing instruction to the fixed telephone terminal, and the fixed telephone terminal hangs up the crank telephone number after receiving the refusing instruction.

The method of flexible telephony as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: the plurality of fixed telephone terminals and the plurality of intelligent communication terminals are mutually associated, and the flexible call server distributes corresponding extension numbers to the associated intelligent communication terminals and the fixed telephone terminals;
when a fixed telephone terminal/intelligent communication terminal has a telephone call, the fixed telephone terminal/intelligent communication terminal automatically answers and sends extension number connection prompt information to an incoming telephone number party, and then the fixed telephone terminal/intelligent communication terminal sends received extension number information to be connected and incoming call information to a flexible call server;
the flexible call server sends incoming call information to an intelligent communication terminal or a fixed telephone terminal corresponding to the extension number to be connected according to the received extension number information to be connected, and defines the intelligent communication terminal or the fixed telephone terminal corresponding to the extension number to be connected as a docking extension;
