一种速干衣面料用抗紫外线整理液
技术领域
本发明属于户外服装生产领域,具体涉及一种速干衣面料用抗紫外线整理液。
背景技术
户外服装主要可以分为内衣、保暖层和外衣三种。户外环境复杂多变,为抵御恶劣环境对人体的伤害,保护身体热量不被散失以及快速排出运动时所产生的汗水,在登山、攀岩及其他户外运动时,应该做到分层着装。所谓的分层着装是指在户外运动中穿着不同材质的衣服,以适应野外各种天气变化对人体所带来的影响,例如冲锋衣裤、抓绒衣裤、保暖衣裤、防晒衣裤、速干衣裤等等。
速干衣就是干的比较快的衣服,与毛质或棉质的衣物相比,在外界条件相同的情况下,更容易将水分挥发出去,干得更快。它并不是把汗水吸收,而是将汗水迅速地转移到衣服的表面,通过空气流通将汗水蒸发,从而达到速干的目的,一般的速干衣的干燥速度比棉织物要快50%。
速干衣物是应户外使用环境的要求产生的。一般情况下,春夏交替时就可以穿上速干衣物了,此时它们比起厚重的冲锋衣要方便,实用得多。速干衣的主要功能是快速排汗,也就是将皮肤上出的汗水迅速吸收、扩散,并通过尽可能扩大面积来加快蒸发速度。
利用微孔薄膜原理的速干面料在市场上极为常见。其速干原理是利用微孔孔径介于水分子,空气分子最大直径与水滴分子的最小直径之间的一层薄膜,然后再将薄膜与外层织物复合,于是面料就有了防水透气的功效.这与GORE-TEX的原理有点相似,采用这种原理的面料,发挥作用的是那带有微孔的薄膜,它既起到防泼水的作用还起到透气的作用,不管是利用微孔薄膜原理还是别的什么原理,其实都是纤维不同的化纤面料罢了。
由于速干衣在制作过程中比较着重于其排汗效果,在防晒抗紫外线能力方面没有多大的改善,但是在户外活动中,如果不做好防晒工作,则会对皮肤造成一定的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种速干衣面料用抗紫外线整理液。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种速干衣面料用抗紫外线整理液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮14-18份、氨基硅油乳液6-8份、柠檬酸1-3份、有机镍聚合物10-14份、纳米氧化锌15-18份、壳聚糖9-14份、聚氧乙烯酯7-11份、硅烷偶联剂2-4份、聚乙烯醇1-5份、乙酸乙酯3-7份、去离子水50-60份。
进一步的,由以下重量份数的原料组成:2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮14份、氨基硅油乳液6份、柠檬酸1份、有机镍聚合物10份、纳米氧化锌15份、壳聚糖9份、聚氧乙烯酯7份、硅烷偶联剂2份、聚乙烯醇1份、乙酸乙酯3份、去离子水50份。
进一步的,由以下重量份数的原料组成:2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮18份、氨基硅油乳液8份、柠檬酸3份、有机镍聚合物14份、纳米氧化锌18份、壳聚糖14份、聚氧乙烯酯11份、硅烷偶联剂4份、聚乙烯醇5份、乙酸乙酯7份、去离子水60份。

本发明的有益效果为:(1)该抗紫外线整理液处理之后的速干衣面料具有良好的抗紫外线性能,同时抗紫外线性能的持久度高;(2)该抗紫外线整理液成分简单,成本低,环保型强,同时适用于其他面料也具有良好的抗紫外线效果。

一种速干衣面料用抗紫外线整理液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮14份、氨基硅油乳液6份、柠檬酸1份、有机镍聚合物10份、纳米氧化锌15份、壳聚糖9份、聚氧乙烯酯7份、硅烷偶联剂2份、聚乙烯醇1份、乙酸乙酯3份、去离子水50份。
实施例2
一种速干衣面料用抗紫外线整理液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮18份、氨基硅油乳液8份、柠檬酸3份、有机镍聚合物14份、纳米氧化锌18份、壳聚糖14份、聚氧乙烯酯11份、硅烷偶联剂4份、聚乙烯醇5份、乙酸乙酯7份、去离子水60份。
实施例3
一种速干衣面料用抗紫外线整理液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮16份、氨基硅油乳液7份、柠檬酸2份、有机镍聚合物12份、纳米氧化锌16份、壳聚糖12份、聚氧乙烯酯9份、硅烷偶联剂3份、聚乙烯醇3份、乙酸乙酯5份、去离子水55份。
具体的,是将上述重量份数的原料混合均匀之后,调节其PH值为6.0-6.5,得所述抗紫外线整理液,然后调节温度为70-80℃,将速干衣面料浸渍于该抗紫外线整理液中,保持时间为40-50min,在温度为90-95℃下烘干20-30min,最终得具有抗紫外线效果的速干衣面料。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)该抗紫外线整理液处理之后的速干衣面料具有良好的抗紫外线性能,同时抗紫外线性能的持久度高;(2)该抗紫外线整理液成分简单,成本低,环保型强,同时适用于其他面料也具有良好的抗紫外线效果。
