技术领域
本发明涉及一种气相防锈油,属于金属防锈技术领域。
背景技术
金属在潮湿环境下容易发生氧化反应,导致金属表面发生锈蚀,从而影响金属制品的使用和美观。因此,机械设备、武器装备和汽车零部件等金属制品出厂时都会进行防锈处理。防止生锈的方法很多,工业上常见的方法是在金属表面覆盖一层防锈剂,在进入下道工序或使用前进行清洗。但是对于大型结构复杂的设备,无法全部浸泡防锈油或使防锈油覆盖所有表面,或是大型密闭存储罐仅能以小孔进行喷油作业的设备,传统防锈油无法解决上述问题。因此诞生气相防锈油,兼具接触防锈油和非接触防锈功能。
气相防锈油基本原理是在防锈油中加入气相防锈剂。常见的气相防锈剂为亚硝酸二环己胺、二环己胺、环己胺、苯并三氮唑类、脂肪胺类或吗啉类等。气相防锈油中加入二环己胺等其它胺类化合物会散发出强烈的气味,虽然对能够金属产生防锈效果,但是二环己胺等胺类化合物对操作人员的眼睛和皮肤以及呼吸道都有刺激性,从而对人体产生危害。因此一种使用安全性高的气相防锈油的开发很有必要。
发明内容
发明目的:为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种气相防锈油,该气相防锈油利用月桂酸与二环己胺、辛胺反应成盐,从而可以降低气相防锈油的气味,进而减少气相防锈油对人体的刺激性。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种气相防锈油,由如下重量份数的组分混制而成:5~10份防锈剂I、3~5份防锈剂II、1~3份成膜剂、3~10份气相防锈剂、1~2份助溶剂、0.5~1份抗氧剂以及80~90份基础油;其中,所述气相防锈剂由月桂酸、辛胺和二环己胺通过加热反应而制得。
本发明气相防锈油中的气相防锈剂由月桂酸、二环己胺和辛胺组成,通过月桂酸与二环己胺、辛胺反应成盐有效降低了二环己胺和辛胺在气相防锈油中的气味。
其中,所述防锈剂I为二壬基萘磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钡或石油磺酸钙中的一种或两种。
其中,所述防锈剂II为十二烯基丁二酸半酯、N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐或2-氨基乙基十七烯基咪唑啉中的一种或两种。
其中,所述成膜剂为氧化石蜡、凡士林、精制石蜡或石油树脂中的一种或两种。
其中,所述助溶剂为邻苯二甲酸辛酯或斯盘-80。

其中,所述基础油在40℃下的粘度为8~11cSt。低粘度能够实现更小的消耗量。
其中,所述气相防锈剂采用如下方法制备而成:将所需量的月桂酸、辛胺和二环己胺置于反应釜中充分搅拌30~50min;将混合均匀的反应物料加热至90±10℃保温,继续搅拌30~50min;关闭加热,往反应釜中加入一定量的基础油,混合后将得到的气相防锈剂冷却至室温即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明气相防锈油具有接触性防锈功能和非接触性防锈功能,对多种黑色金属具有良好的防锈性能,而且还可以有效降低气相防锈油的气味,改善操作人员使用时的舒适度。
本发明配方中的助溶剂能够有效提高整体配方的稳定性,由于辛胺和二环己胺与月桂酸反应成盐,成盐后的物质容易从基础油中析出,因此在配方中加了邻苯二甲酸辛酯或斯盘-80后能够有效提高各物质在基础油中的溶解性,有效防止物质从基础油中析出,进而提高配方的稳定性;防锈剂1、防锈剂II以及气相防锈剂共同作用实现产品持久的接触防锈与非接触防锈。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步阐述。
实施例1
本发明气相防锈油,由如下重量份数的原料组分制备而成:
10#白油80份,二壬基萘磺酸钡5份,石油磺酸钡5份,2-氨基乙基十七烯基咪唑啉3份,氧化石蜡1份,凡士林1份,气相防锈剂5份,斯盘-80 1份以及2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚1份。
其中,气相防锈剂为月桂酸与辛胺和二环己胺通过加热反应而制得:
取10份月桂酸、6份辛胺和9份二环己胺置于玻璃反应釜中,搅拌40min,搅拌速度为150rpm;然后将玻璃反应釜的温度升高至90℃,继续搅拌40min;关闭加热,加入10#白油10份,冷却至室温停止搅拌,得到气相防锈剂。
本发明气相防锈油的制备:
在反应釜中加入80份10#白油,加热至80℃,开启搅拌,依次往反应釜中加入1份2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、5份二壬基萘磺酸钡、5份石油磺酸钡、3份2-氨基乙基十七烯基咪唑啉、1份氧化石蜡、1份凡士林、1份斯盘-80和5份气相防锈剂,搅拌60min后关闭加热,冷却至室温,即得到气相防锈油。
实施例2
本发明气相防锈油,由如下重量份数的原料组分制备而成:
10#白油90份、石油磺酸钠5份、石油磺酸钙5份、N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐5份、氧化石蜡1份、石油树脂1份、气相防锈剂5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份以及2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.5份。
其中,气相防锈剂为月桂酸与辛胺和二环己胺通过加热反应而制得:
取12份月桂酸、6份辛胺和10份二环己胺置于玻璃反应釜中,搅拌50min,搅拌速度为150rpm;然后将玻璃反应釜的温度升高至90℃,继续搅拌40min;关闭加热,加入10#白油5份,冷却至室温停止搅拌,得到气相防锈剂。
本发明气相防锈油的制备:
在反应釜中加入90份10#白油,加热至80℃,开启搅拌,依次往反应釜中加入0.5份2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、5份石油磺酸钠、5份石油磺酸钙、5份十八胺基-N-油酰肌胺酸、1份氧化石蜡、1份石油树脂、2份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和5份气相防锈剂,搅拌60min后关闭加热,冷却至室温,即得到气相防锈油。

本发明气相防锈油没有刺激性气味,同时仍具有良好持久的接触防锈与非接触防锈的效果。
产品试验结果表明,本发明气相防锈油达到了JB/T-4050.1指标要求。并且经过工厂使用,证明本产品具有良好的防锈性能,能够解决设备盲孔等接触不到防锈油的地方,并且没有刺激性气味。
本发明利用辛胺和二环己胺与月桂酸反应成盐,改善了常规气相防锈剂辛胺与二环己胺的存在的刺激性气味,增强了气相防锈油的人体舒适度;并且胺类成盐后,通过配方中其他组分的协同配合,保证了气相防锈剂的气相防锈功能,而且具备持久的气相防锈功能。本发明可广泛用于黑色金属的防锈,包括机械设备及零件的密封保存或武器装备的长期防锈。

所述气相防锈剂采用如下方法制备而成:将所需量的月桂酸、辛胺和二环己胺置于反应釜中充分搅拌30~50min;将混合均匀的反应物料加热至90±10℃保温,继续搅拌30~50min;关闭加热,往反应釜中加入一定量的基础油,混合后将得到的气相防锈剂冷却至室温即可。

4.根据权利要求1所述的气相防锈油,其特征在于:所述成膜剂为氧化石蜡、凡士林、精制石蜡或石油树脂中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的气相防锈油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的气相防锈油,其特征在于:所述基础油在40℃下的粘度为8~11cSt。
