When the clothes blocking mechanism 6 blocks the clothes hanger carrier, the compression cylinder 11-1 drives the compression block 11-2 to move downwards to compress the hook 2 of the clothes hanger carrier, so that the stability of the clothes hanger carrier is ensured, and shaking is avoided.
It should be noted that, the sensing mechanism 9, the clothes blocking cylinder 6-2, the clothes hanger releasing cylinder 8-1, the shaking preventing cylinder 10-1 and the pressing cylinder 11-1 of the clothes hanger carrier separating device provided by the invention are all connected with the controller and are all controlled by the controller.
The action principle of the clothes hanger carrier separating device provided by the invention is briefly summarized as follows:
in the initial state, the corresponding air cylinders of the clothes blocking mechanism 6 and the anti-shaking mechanism 10 extend out and are in a blocking state, and the air cylinders of the clothes hanger release mechanism 8 and the pressing mechanism 11 are in a contraction state;
when the clothes hanger carrier slides from the main rail 7 to the clothes blocking mechanism 6 and is blocked by the clothes blocking mechanism 6, the carrier body 1 of the clothes hanger carrier is blocked by the anti-shaking mechanism 10, and shaking is stopped rapidly;
after the sensing mechanism 9 senses the clothes hanger carrier, the pressing mechanism 11 acts to press the clothes hanger carrier; immediately, the clothes hanger release mechanism 8 drives the pressing block 8-2 to press the pressing rod 3 of the clothes hanger carrier to release the clothes hanger, and after the clothes hanger is released, the clothes hanger release mechanism 8 immediately retracts and resets;
finally, the pressing mechanism 11 is retracted and reset, and meanwhile, the clothes blocking mechanism 6 and the anti-shaking mechanism 10 release the clothes hanger carrier; after completion of the release, the cloth-stopping mechanism 6 and the anti-shake mechanism 10 return to the blocking state again.

1.
