Description

用于包装材料的成形环
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及包装机***以及用于在这种***中将包装容器成形和密封的装置的领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及用于包装材料的成形环,用成形环使包装材料成形和密封包装材料的方法,以及具有这种成形环的填充机。
背景技术
在包装机***的领域中,存在用于将包装材料成形为包装容器并密封包装容器的各种装置和方法。具有液体内容物的包装容器可以根据使包装材料幅材基本向下移动通过填充机的原理来制造,其中幅材在成形环中被转换成包装材料管。该管围绕填充器管形成并且连续填充预定的内容物。在填充机的底端,进行已填充管的逐渐密封,以顺序地生产其经填充的包装容器。首先将管状结构的包装材料在填充液体内容物之前沿纵向方向(即在管延伸并传送管的方向)通过密封装置进行密封。典型地,在填充机中,压力辊可旋转地设置在管状包装材料内并且压靠管状包装材料的纵向接合表面,并且配对辊可旋转地设置在管状包装材料外部的成形环处,以接收由压力辊施加的压力。因此,当包装材料行进时,压力辊和配对辊夹紧包装材料的纵向密封表面并对其进行密封。
用于使包装材料成形为管状结构和用于提供纵向密封的先前的解决方案可导致褶皱的包装材料,其可能危及密封的质量。特别是当包装材料具有更复杂的开启机构时可能会出现这种情况。而且,纵向密封表面之间的搭接部分的量可以沿着纵向方向变化,这也可以是间歇性非优化密封包装容器的原因。在高速填充机中检测有缺陷的密封非常麻烦,并且可能会限制生产线的生产量。褶皱的包装材料也可能影响包装材料的后续折叠过程,引起生产线下方的问题以及成品包装容器的可能的完整性问题。
因此,改进的成形环、用成形环使包装材料成形和密封的方法以及具有这种成形环的填充机将是有利的,并且特别地允许避免更多上述问题和损害,包括减少包装材料褶皱、包装容器密封不良或完整性问题的风险。

图1是用于将包装材料成形为管状结构的成形环100的示意图。成形环100包括旋转成形构件101,旋转成形构件101可旋转地布置成限定用于将包装材料成形为沿纵向方向103延伸的管状结构200的开口102。开口102在图3以透视图或者在图4以俯视图示出。旋转成形构件101布置在成形环100的第一平面104中。图2是成形环100的侧视示意图,示出了布置在平面104中的旋转成形构件101。成形环100包括至少一个密封构件105,106,所述至少一个密封构件105,106配置成在使用中在开口102中使包装材料成形为管状结构200后密封管状结构200的纵向接合表面201,201'。如图2所示,至少一个密封构件105,106被布置成在纵向方向103上相对于第一平面104在偏移距离107处。通过将至少一个密封构件105,106布置成相对于第一平面104(在该第一平面104中布置有成形构件101)在偏移距离107处,将包装材料成形为管状结构200不干涉纵向接合表面201,201'的密封。因此,在通过旋转成形构件101进行的成形步骤期间发生的由于纵向接合表面201,201'的位移而导致的对密封的任何有害影响可以被最小化。因此可以避免包装材料(例如,在纵向接合表面201,201'之间的密封界面处或附近)的缺陷或变形,并且可以使密封更可靠。这在包装材料于成形为管状结构200之前设置有开启机构时是特别有利的,因为这种开启机构当其被旋转成形构件101接合时可能会增加纵向接合表面201,201'的搭接部分中的瞬时波动量。这在图5a-b中进一步示出,其以俯视图示意性地示出了成形环100的一部分。在图5a中,包装材料的管状结构200布置在开口102中,在纵向接合表面201,201'之间具有限定的搭接部分(L)。至少一个密封构件105在限定的搭接部分(L)的位置以虚线示出。一旦管状结构200的厚度增加的部分203到达开口102,纵向接合表面201,201'的搭接部分增加,如图5b所示,因为在径向方向110上添加的材料径向向内推动包装材料。在图1的示例中进一步示出的增加厚度的部分203可能由从包装材料突出的开启机构(例如注塑开启机构)提供,由此增加了管的沿径向方向110的厚度。通过将至少一个密封构件105,106布置成相对于第一平面104(在该第一平面104中布置有成形构件101)在偏移距离107处,当厚度增加的部分203到达至少一个密封构件105,106时,由于先前由成形构件101在第一平面104位置处施加的径向约束已被去除,所以纵向接合表面201,201'的搭接部分会再次呈现图5a中所示的限定的搭接部分(L)。因此,纵向接合表面201,201'的临时位移对包装材料密封的由厚度增加的部分203引起的影响最小化。因此,即使密封包装材料在其表面上具有预成型结构(例如在径向上延伸的开启机构),也可以避免沿纵向接合表面201,201'在包装材料中形成皱褶或其他缺陷。特别地,在一些应用中,包装材料设置有开启机构,该开启机构沿着包装材料的护套(sheath)的除了纵向接合表面201,201'之外的整个宽度延伸。在这种情况下,厚度增加的部分203可以围绕管状结构的除了发生密封的扇区206之外的直径的大部分延伸,如图5b示意性所示,以及对于纵向接合表面201,201'之间的搭接部分的影响将增加。因此,在这种情况下,将至少一个密封构件布置成相对于第一平面在偏移距离107处会是特别有利的。因此可以改善纵向密封过程的可靠性,因为可以减少由于纵向接合表面201,201'的搭接部分的波动而获得有缺陷的密封的风险。
如图4的示例所示,旋转成形构件101可以设置成环形结构。包装材料输送通过由旋转成形构件101的环形布置限定的开口102,从而限定所形成的管状结构200的直径。旋转成形构件101的数量可以改变,从而其布置可以改变,并且图4所示的结构仅是这种结构的示例。可以进一步想到的是,管状结构的形成由其他成形元件提供,不一定是以环形结构布置的旋转成形元件101提供。

旋转成形构件101的相应旋转轴线101'可以布置成在第一平面104中延伸。图2结合图4示出了旋转轴线101'在基本上相同的平面104中对准。为了清晰表述起见,并没有指示全部旋转轴线101'。使旋转轴线101'在基本上相同的平面104中对准可以提供在成形过程中精确地控制管状结构200的尺寸,但可以设想至少一些旋转成形构件101以及其相关的旋转轴101'可以在平面104外部对准,以根据具体应用和包装材料优化成形和密封过程。
旋转成形构件101可布置成限定开口102的周边108,使得成形环100包括在所述平面104中从周边108沿径向向外方向110延伸的径向间隔109,其中至少一个密封构件105,106布置在偏移距离107处。图3示出了沿输送管状结构200的方向(即,纵向轴线103的方向)在成形环100下游的位置观看的透视图。在至少一个密封构件105,106上方示出了径向间隔109,其在图4的俯视图中进一步示出。在成形环100的平面104中具有这种径向间隔109提供了空间,当由于厚度增加的部分203与旋转成形构件101接合而被径向向内推动时,包装材料可暂时移动到该空间中(沿图5b中的径向箭头110的方向),如相对于图5b所图解的。因为厚度增加的部分203穿过成形环100的开口102而在纵向接合表面201,201'的搭接部分的增加的量可以因此减小。因此,随着搭接部分的波动减小,可以进一步减小密封时包装材料变形的风险。
转到图4的示例,径向间隔109可以在正交方向112上具有宽度,该宽度垂直于径向向外方向110和纵向方向103,对应于至少一个密封构件105,106在正交方向112上的宽度113。这可以使得径向间隔109的宽度最大化,并且进一步便于包装材料在被成形构件101接合时适应该包装材料在径向方向110上的增加的运动量。宽度113仍然可以足够窄以维持管状结构200的明确限定的直径。
成形环100可以包括安装元件114,如图2中示意性示出的那样,该安装元件被配置成将至少一个密封构件105,106沿着纵向方向103附着在可变位置和/或沿着垂直于纵向方向103的方向(例如径向方向110)附着在可变位置。密封构件105,106的对准因此可以容易地改变,以将成形环100定制用于各种应用和包装材料,例如设置有不同的开启机构-从而影响厚度增加的部分203的尺寸(图5b)。包装材料的径向位移和搭接部分中的相关波动可通过安装元件114的位置的简化调节而进一步最小化。
如图4所示,第一可旋转构件105可以包括布置在成形环100在开口102的周边108的径向外侧处的第一辊105。第二可旋转构件106可以包括可附接到填充管202(图1)的压力辊106,填充管202布置在包装材料的管状结构200中,如在图4的俯视图中进一步例示的那样。压力辊106因此可以如上所述从包装材料的任一侧抵靠第一辊105推压以将包装材料密封在一起。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于包装材料的成形环(100),其包括:
旋转成形构件(101),所述旋转成形构件能旋转地布置成限定用于使所述包装材料成形为沿纵向方向(103)延伸的管状结构(200)的开口(102),其中所述旋转成形构件布置在所述成形环的第一平面(104)中,
至少一个密封构件(105,106),其被配置成在使用中在使所述包装材料在所述开口中成形为所述管状结构之后密封所述管状结构的纵向接合表面(201,201'),其中所述至少一个密封构件沿所述纵向方向相对于所述第一平面布置在偏移距离(107)处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成形环,其中,所述至少一个密封构件能旋转地布置到所述成形环上,由此所述至少一个密封构件的旋转轴线(111,111')相对于所述第一平面布置在所述偏移距离处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的成形环,其中所述至少一个密封构件包括第一可旋转构件(105)和第二可旋转构件(106),所述第一可旋转构件(105)和所述第二可旋转构件(106)被布置成在使用中将所述包装材料夹紧在它们之间,以沿着所述纵向接合表面密封所述包装材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的成形环,其中所述第一可旋转构件和所述第二可旋转构件沿所述纵向方向布置,使得所述包装材料在使用中相对于所述第一平面被夹紧在所述偏移距离处。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的成形环,其中所述旋转成形构件的相应旋转轴线(101')被布置成在所述平面中延伸。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的成形环,其中,所述旋转成形构件被布置成限定所述开口的周边(108),其中所述至少一个密封构件布置在所述偏移距离处,使得所述成形环包括径向间隔(109),所述径向间隔(109)在所述平面中从所述周边沿径向向外方向(110)延伸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的成形环,其中,所述径向间隔在正交方向(112)上具有沿与所述径向向外方向和所述纵向方向垂直的宽度,所述宽度对应于所述至少一个密封构件的沿所述正交方向的宽度(113)。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的成形环,其包括安装元件(114),所述安装元件(114)被配置成将所述至少一个密封构件沿着所述纵向方向附接在可变位置和/或沿着垂直于所述纵向方向的方向附接在可变位置。
9.一种利用成形环(100)使包装材料成形并密封的方法(300),所述成形环(100)具有能旋转地布置成限定开口(102)的旋转成形构件(101),所述方法包括
通过将所述包装材料沿纵向方向(103)输送穿过所述开口而使所述包装材料在所述开口中成形(301)为管状结构(200),以及
在使所述包装材料在所述开口中成形为所述管状结构之后用至少一个密封构件(105,106)密封(311)所述管状结构的纵向接合表面(201,201')。
10.一种填充机,其包括根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的成形环(100)和包装材料,所述包装材料在通过布置在第一平面(104)中的旋转成形构件(101)限定的所述成形环的开口(102)中成形为管状结构(200),所述管状结构(200)沿纵向方向(103)延伸,其中至少一个密封构件(105,106)被配置成在使用中在将所述包装材料在所述开口中成形为所述管状结构之后密封所述管状结构的纵向接合表面(201,201'),其中所述至少一个密封构件在所述纵向方向上相对于所述第一平面布置在偏移距离(107)处。
