when the foldable step needs to be folded and stored: firstly, pressing down a spring pin on an auxiliary supporting leg 5, folding the two auxiliary supporting legs inwards, and when the auxiliary supporting legs are folded to the horizontal direction, clamping the spring pin with a transverse pin hole on a supporting leg fixing seat 11 to realize the folding and fixing of the auxiliary supporting legs; then the locking hasp 6 is pulled to be separated from the opening fixing pin 7; the pedal 4 is lifted upwards, and the sections of the first folding leg 2 and the second folding leg 3 simultaneously move backwards under the traction action of the tucking screw until the first folding leg 2 realizes two-layer folding and the second folding leg 3 realizes three-layer folding; at the moment, the tightening fixing pin 8 moves to the locking hasp 6, and the locking hasp 6 is buckled on the tightening fixing pin 8, so that the folded integral structure is fixedly arranged on the vehicle bottom plate; the display view of the folded step on the caravan is shown in fig. 3.
When the foldable step needs to be unfolded: pulling the locking hasp 6 to separate from the tightening fixing pin 8; the pedal 4 is pulled downwards, and the sections of the first folding leg 2 and the second folding leg 3 simultaneously move towards the front side under the traction action of the tucking screw until the sections are completely unfolded; at the moment, the opening fixing pin 7 moves to the locking hasp 6, and the whole structure which is completely stretched is locked and fixed by buckling the locking hasp 6 on the opening fixing pin 7; then the spring pin on the auxiliary supporting leg 5 is pressed down to lead the two auxiliary supporting legs to extend out towards the lower end; when the auxiliary supporting leg extends to the vertical direction, the spring pin is clamped with the longitudinal pin hole in the supporting leg fixing seat 11, and the auxiliary supporting leg is locked and fixed. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
