the cleaning mechanism comprises a second gear, a second bearing seat, a brush and a second rotating shaft; the second bearing seat is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cleaning box, and the second rotating shaft is pivoted with the second bearing seat; the brush is fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft and is positioned in the cleaning box; the second gear is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second rotating shaft and is meshed with the first gear;
the lifting mechanism comprises a first slide rail, a first slide block, a lifting plate, a first connecting plate and a first butterfly bolt; the first sliding rail is fixedly connected to the inner side of the cleaning box, the lifting plate is in sliding connection with the first sliding rail through the first sliding block, and the clamping mechanism is fixedly connected to the lifting plate; the first connecting plate is fixedly connected to the top of the first sliding block along the vertical direction, and a first threaded hole is formed in the first connecting plate; the first butterfly bolt is in threaded connection with the first threaded hole;
the clamping mechanism comprises a second sliding rail, a second sliding block, a first clamping plate, a second connecting plate and a second butterfly bolt; the second slide rail and the second clamping plate are fixedly connected to one side, away from the first slide block, of the lifting plate, the first clamping plate is connected with the second slide rail in a sliding mode through the second slide block, the second connecting plate is fixedly connected to the second slide block, and a second threaded hole is formed in the second connecting plate; the second butterfly bolt is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole;
the fixing mechanism comprises a first fixing block, a second fixing block, a swinging rod, a second connecting rod and an elastic piece; the first fixed block is fixedly connected to one side of the cover plate, the second connecting rod is fixedly connected to one side of the cleaning box, and the middle part of the oscillating rod is hinged to one end part, far away from the cleaning box, of the second connecting rod; the second fixed block is fixedly connected to the top of the swing rod and matched with the first fixed block; one end part of the swing rod, which is far away from the second fixed block, is connected with the cleaning box through an elastic part;
the clamping mechanism also comprises an arc-shaped block, a first connecting rod, a third butterfly bolt and a mounting plate; a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed in the second clamping plate, and the first connecting rod is inserted into and matched with the through holes; the arc-shaped block is fixedly connected to one end part of the first connecting rod close to the first clamping plate, and the mounting plate is fixedly connected to the other end part of the first connecting rod; and a third threaded hole is formed in the mounting plate, and a third butterfly bolt is in threaded connection with the third threaded hole.
Preferably, the medical test tube cleaning device further comprises a heating plate, and the heating plate is fixedly connected to the inner side of the cleaning box.

The test tube cleaning device has the advantages that a plurality of test tubes are thoroughly cleaned, the working strength of medical staff is reduced, the test tubes can be quickly and effectively cleaned through the matching of the driving mechanism and the cleaning mechanism, the lifting of the test tubes is controlled through the lifting mechanism, the test tubes can be accurately lifted to the designated height, the cleaning of the test tubes is accelerated, the test tubes can be conveniently taken and placed by the medical staff, the test tubes are clamped through the clamping mechanism, the test tubes cannot fall and be damaged in the cleaning process, and the cover plate is fixed through the fixing mechanism, so that liquid or the test tubes in the cleaning box cannot fly out in the cleaning process.

Example 1
A medical test tube cleaning device is shown in figures 1-11 and comprises a bottom plate 1, a supporting seat 2, a driving mechanism 3, a cleaning box 4, a water outlet pipe 6, a cleaning mechanism 7, a lifting mechanism 8, a clamping mechanism 9, a cover plate 10 and a fixing mechanism 11; the supporting seat 2 is fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate 1 along the vertical direction, the cleaning box 4 is fixedly connected to the top of the supporting seat 2, the driving mechanism 3 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 1, and the cleaning mechanism 7 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cleaning box 4 and is in transmission connection with the output end of the driving mechanism 3; the water outlet pipe 6 is fixedly connected with one side of the cleaning box 4, and the valve 5 is arranged on the water outlet pipe 6; the lifting mechanism 8 is fixedly connected in the cleaning box 4, the clamping mechanism 9 is fixedly connected at the output end of the lifting mechanism 8, one end of the cover plate 10 is hinged with one side of the cleaning box 4, and the fixing mechanism 11 is fixedly connected with the cleaning box 4 and the cover plate 10.
When the test tube is to be cleaned, the fixing mechanism 11 is controlled to operate, so that the cover plate 10 is loosened, the cover plate 10 is controlled to rotate clockwise by 90 degrees, the cover plate 10 is separated from the surface of the cleaning box 4, cleaning liquid is poured into the cleaning box 4, the test tube to be cleaned is placed into the clamping mechanism 9, the clamping mechanism 9 is controlled to operate, so that the test tube is clamped tightly, the test tube is prevented from falling and being damaged in the cleaning process, the lifting mechanism 8 is controlled to operate, the clamping mechanism 9 and the test tube are driven to descend onto the output end of the cleaning mechanism 7, the cover plate 10 is rotated counterclockwise by 90 degrees to the top of the cleaning box 4, the fixing mechanism 11 is controlled to operate, so that the cover plate 10 is fixed, liquid is prevented from splashing or flying out of the test tube to injure personnel in the cleaning process, the driving mechanism 3 is controlled to operate, so that the cleaning mechanism 7 is driven to operate, and the test tube is cleaned comprehensively, after the test tube washing finishes, open valve 5 and make sewage flow from outlet pipe 6 to make things convenient for next time to use, so accomplish the washing to the test tube, make the sanitization that the test tube can be thorough, also alleviateed medical personnel's intensity of labour simultaneously.
Further, the driving mechanism 3 includes a motor 31, a first gear 32, a first rotating shaft 33 and a first bearing seat 34; the motor 31 is fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate 1, and the first bearing seat 34 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cleaning box 4; one end of the first rotating shaft 33 is in transmission connection with the output end of the motor 31, and the other end is pivoted with the first bearing block 34; the first gear 32 is fixedly connected to the middle part of the first rotating shaft 33, and the cleaning mechanism 7 is in transmission connection with the first gear 32; therefore, when the cleaning mechanism 7 is to be driven to operate, the motor 31 is controlled to rotate, so that the output end of the motor 31 drives the first rotating shaft 33 to rotate, and the first rotating shaft 33 drives the first gear 32 to rotate, thereby driving the cleaning mechanism 7 to clean the test tube.
Further, the cleaning mechanism 7 includes a second gear 71, a second bearing seat 72, a brush 73 and a second rotating shaft 74; the second bearing block 72 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cleaning box 4, and the second rotating shaft 74 is pivoted with the second bearing block 72; the brush 73 is fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft 74 and is positioned in the cleaning box 4; the second gear 71 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second rotating shaft 74, and the second gear 71 is meshed with the first gear 32; therefore, when the test tube is to be cleaned, the rotating first gear 32 drives the second gear 71 to rotate, so as to drive the second rotating shaft 74 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 74 drives the brush 73 to rotate rapidly, and the brush 73 cleans the inner wall of the test tube, thereby ensuring that the inner wall of the test tube can be cleaned rapidly and thoroughly.
Further, the lifting mechanism 8 comprises a first slide rail 81, a first slide block 82, a lifting plate 83, a first connecting plate 84 and a first butterfly bolt 86; the first slide rail 81 is fixedly connected with the inner side of the cleaning box 4, the lifting plate 83 is connected with the first slide rail 81 in a sliding way through the first slide block 82, and the clamping mechanism 9 is fixedly connected with the lifting plate 83; the first connecting plate 84 is fixedly connected to the top of the first slider 82 along the vertical direction, and a first threaded hole 85 is formed in the first connecting plate 84; the first butterfly bolt 86 is screwed with the first threaded hole 85; therefore, when the test tube is to be driven to ascend or descend, the first butterfly bolt 86 is rotated clockwise to be away from the surface of the first slide rail 81, and then the lifting plate 83 is controlled to ascend or descend to reach the designated height, so that the test tube is driven to ascend or descend to the designated height, after the test tube is lifted to the designated height, the first butterfly bolt 86 is rotated counterclockwise to be moved to the first slide rail 81 to be resisted with the first slide rail 81, so that the first sliding block 82 cannot slide for the second time, and the ascending and descending accuracy of the test tube is further ensured.
Further, the clamping mechanism 9 includes a second slide rail 91, a second slide block 92, a first clamping plate 93, a second clamping plate 94, a second connecting plate 95 and a second butterfly bolt 97; the second slide rail 91 and the second clamp plate 94 are fixedly connected to one side of the lifting plate 83 far away from the first slide block 82, the first clamp plate 93 is slidably connected with the second slide rail 91 through the second slide block 92, the second connecting plate 95 is fixedly connected to the second slide block 92, and a second threaded hole 96 is formed in the second connecting plate 95; the second butterfly bolt 97 is screwed with the second threaded hole 96; therefore, when a test tube is to be clamped, the test tube to be clamped is placed between the first clamping plate 93 and the second clamping plate 94, the first clamping plate 93 is controlled to move towards the second clamping plate 94, so that the test tube is clamped through the cooperation of the first clamping plate 93 and the second clamping plate 94, after the test tube is clamped, the second butterfly bolt 97 is rotated clockwise to move towards the second sliding rail 91 and resist against the second sliding rail 91, so that the first clamping plate 93 is prevented from moving for the second time, when the test tube is to be loosened, the second butterfly bolt 97 is rotated anticlockwise to leave the surface of the second sliding rail 91, the first clamping plate 93 is controlled to move towards the direction away from the second clamping plate 94, so that the test tube is loosened, and the clamping and loosening of the test tube are controlled through the clamping mechanism 9, so that the test tube cannot drop and be damaged in the cleaning process.
Further, the fixing mechanism 11 includes a first fixing block 111, a second fixing block 112, a swing lever 113, a second connecting rod 114, and an elastic member 115; the first fixing block 111 is fixedly connected to one side of the cover plate 10, the second connecting rod 114 is fixedly connected to one side of the cleaning box 4, and the middle part of the swing rod 113 is hinged to one end part, far away from the cleaning box 4, of the second connecting rod 114; the second fixed block 112 is fixedly connected to the top of the swing rod 113, and the second fixed block 112 is matched with the first fixed block 111; one end part of the swing rod 113 far away from the second fixed block 112 is connected with the cleaning box 4 through an elastic piece 115; therefore, when the cover plate 10 is to be fixed, the cover plate 10 is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise, so that the first fixing block 111 moves downward, and further the second fixing block 112 and the swing rod 113 are driven to swing counterclockwise, the elastic element 115 is compressed, when the first fixing block 111 completely moves to the lower part of the second fixing block 112, at this time, due to the elastic force of the elastic element 115, the swing rod 113 swings along the pointer, so that the second fixing block 112 is driven to move rightward to the upper part of the first fixing block 111, and further the cover plate 10 is fixed, when the cover plate 10 is to be loosened, the lower end of the swing rod 113 moves toward the cleaning box 4, so that the second fixing block 112 is driven to move leftward to leave the surface of the first fixing block 111, and further the cover plate 10 is loosened, so that the fixing and loosening of the cover plate 10 are controlled by the fixing mechanism 11, and liquid cannot splash out of the cleaning box 4 in the cleaning process of the test tube.
Further, the clamping mechanism 9 further comprises an arc-shaped block 98, a first connecting rod 99, a third butterfly bolt 912 and an installation plate 913; a plurality of through holes 910 are uniformly formed in the second clamping plate 94, and the first connecting rod 99 is inserted and matched with the through holes 910; the arc-shaped block 98 is fixedly connected to one end of the first connecting rod 99 close to the first clamping plate 93, and the mounting plate 913 is fixedly connected to the other end of the first connecting rod 99; a third threaded hole 911 is formed in the mounting plate 913, and the third butterfly bolt 912 is in threaded connection with the third threaded hole 911; therefore, when a test tube with a smaller model needs to be cleaned, the third butterfly bolt 912 is controlled to rotate, so that the third butterfly bolt 912 moves a certain distance in the direction away from the second clamping plate 94, the mounting plate 913 is controlled to move in the direction towards the second clamping plate 94 until the third butterfly bolt 912 is resisted from the new second clamping plate 94, the moving mounting plate 913 drives the first connecting rod 99 and the arc block 98 to move in the direction towards the first clamping plate 93, and the test tube with the smaller model is clamped, so that the clamping mechanism 9 can make corresponding adjustment according to different test tube models, and the utilization rate of the device is improved.
Furthermore, the medical test tube cleaning device also comprises a heating plate 12, wherein the heating plate 12 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the cleaning box 4; so when the test tube washing back that finishes, control hot plate 12 heats in wasing case 4 to disinfect to the test tube, make medical personnel need not take the test tube to disinfect again, alleviateed staff's intensity of labour.
