Abstract

本发明涉及一种含氯硝柳胺和茶皂素杀螺颗粒剂,该颗粒剂包含灭螺活性物质,糯米,膨润土,高岭土,灭螺活性物质由氯硝柳胺和茶皂素组成,氯硝柳胺和茶皂素的质量比。本发明能有效控制水稻福寿螺的危害,同时两个有效成分间协同增效显著,能有效的减少各单剂的用药量,降低农药成本,同时有利于延缓螺抗性的发展。

一种适用于福寿螺的绿色杀螺剂
技术领域
本发明涉及农业技术领域,具体涉及一种含氯硝柳胺和茶皂素杀螺颗粒剂
背景技术
福寿螺是四川水稻生长过程中的主要害虫之一,成体一般具有5-6个旋,体积较大,最大壳径能够有15cm,对果蔬、水稻等作物破坏力大,适应环境快,生存能力强,加之较短的繁殖周期,因此迅速扩散于河湖与田野,食量大且食物种类繁多,能破坏瓜果蔬菜和水生作物的繁殖和生长。福寿螺每4-6月和8-10月是产卵和卵孵高蜂期,也是成螺和高龄幼螺集中危害的盛期。在很多地区可自然越冬,年发生两个世代。1只雌螺经1年两代共繁殖幼螺32.5万余只,繁殖力极强,潜在危害巨大。据统计,福寿螺等软体动物对蔬菜、慈菇、紫云英等的危害率一般为4%~5%,高的可达到10%~15%,局部田块甚至30%以上。福寿螺食性杂、危害莲藕,幼螺可从叶底啃食浮贴水面的荷叶,致使荷叶叶片穿孔或缺刻,严重时叶片被啃食得千疮百孔,难以抽离水面。而对水稻等作物的破坏方面,也不容小觑,在稻田的发生密度可以高达16.95个/平方米;水稻受害株率一般为7%~15%,最高达64%。目前防治软体动物的危害以化学农药为主。
氯硝柳胺,英文名称为:niclosamide,是一种选择性强的杀螺剂,对福寿螺有一定的引诱作用,植物体不吸收该药,因此不会在植物体内积累。氯硝柳胺是一种胃毒剂,当螺取食或接触到药剂后,使螺体内乙酰胆碱酯酶大量释放,破坏螺体内特殊的黏液,使螺体迅速脱水,神经麻痹,并分泌黏液,由于大量体液的流失和细胞被破坏、导致螺体、蛞蝓等在短时间内中毒死亡。
茶皂素,英文通用名为:tea saporin,是一种天然的植物杀螺剂,是由茶树种子(茶籽、茶叶籽)中提取出来的一类醣甙化合物。茶麸含有12-18%的植物源农药茶皂素,已经普遍用于农田福寿螺的防治中。
然而,在农业生产的实际过程中,防治害螺最容易产生的问题是害螺抗药性的产生。通过不同的有效成分进行复配,是防治抗性害螺很常见的方法。通过不同成分进行复配,根据实际应用效果,来判断某种复配是增效、相加还是拮抗作用,增效明显的配方能提高药效,减少各单剂的使用量和降低农用成本。
经过发明人的研究,发现将氯硝柳胺与茶皂素按一定的比例复配后能产生很好的增效作用。
发明内容
本本发明的目的是提供一种含氯硝柳胺和茶皂素杀螺颗粒剂,具有协同增效作用,使用成本低,药效好的优点。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种含氯硝柳胺和茶皂素杀螺颗粒剂,有效成分由氯硝柳胺和茶皂素组成,氯硝柳胺和茶皂素的重量比为1-5:8-20。
本发明具有以下优点和显著技术效果:
(1)本发明的有效成分相互混配增效显著,有利于减少各单剂的施用量,降低农药成本。
(2)本发明的有效成分的作用机制不同,能缓解福寿螺抗性的发展,有利于延长氯硝柳胺的生命周期。
(3)本发明使用方便,能直接撒施,比兑水喷施和拌细沙施用更加方便。
(4)本发明配剂均为纯天然物质,使用后对环境无污染,对人畜无害,不同于其他化学杀螺药物会造成环境污染

以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案和有益效果作进一步说明,本发明所述的百分比均为重量百分比
一、制备实施例
实施例1:氯硝柳胺·茶皂素杀螺颗粒剂
原料按重量配比:茶皂素8%,氯硝柳胺1%,糯米5%(粘结剂),膨润土10%,高岭土补足至100%。
实施例2:氯硝柳胺·茶皂素杀螺颗粒剂
原料按重量配比:茶皂素10%,氯硝柳胺1%,糯米5%(粘结剂),膨润土10%,高岭土补足至100%。
实施例3:氯硝柳胺·茶皂素杀螺颗粒剂
原料按重量配比:茶皂素12%,氯硝柳胺1%,糯米5%(粘结剂),膨润土10%,高岭土补足至100%。
实施例4:氯硝柳胺·茶皂素杀螺颗粒剂
原料按重量配比:茶皂素14%,氯硝柳胺1%,糯米5%(粘结剂),膨润土10%,高岭土补足至100%。
实施例5:氯硝柳胺·茶皂素杀螺颗粒剂
原料按重量配比:茶皂素16%,氯硝柳胺1%,糯米5%(粘结剂),膨润土10%,高岭土补足至100%。
上述的实施例1至5的制备方法为:将各组分在混合缸中混合均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎后再混合均匀,造粒、干燥、筛分制得本发明所述的颗粒剂产品。
二、实验过程
分组:准备实验用具-透明塑料盆,分为6组,实施例1至5及不加药品的空白作为对照组。每组倒入2L脱氯水并加入福寿螺12-15只,同时加空心菜,白菜等蔬菜作为福寿螺的食物,每隔2天换一次食物,3次实验重复。
施药:用天平准确称取6%氯硝柳胺制剂,对应编号施加药液,另取一组以2L脱氯水为空白对照。为了防止再施加药液出现误差,按照低浓度到高浓度的原则施加药液。在更换药物种类和浓度时,要做到用去离子水反复清洗,本方法能够有效的避免实验是因为药物残留等原因而造成的交叉污染或者误差。
观察与纪录:施药后即每隔12小时,观察一次实验个体,持续一周时间。实验观察是首先挑拣出已明显开口死亡的福寿螺个体,对于始终紧闭螺壳的福寿螺个体,可选择洗去表面药物后放置于清水中,数日后观察看是否死亡或者选择用敲击法来确定福寿螺死活。观察后及时记录死亡螺个数,录入表格。
实验结果:实施例4具有最好的杀螺效果
确定氯硝柳胺与茶皂素质量比为1:14时对于福寿螺的杀灭效果最好后,进行复配实验:将氯硝柳胺和茶皂素按比例制备为可湿性制剂,确定最适浓度配比。
分组:准备实验用具-透明塑料盆,分为12组,依次编号为0.5mg/L、1mg/L、1.5mg/L、2mg/L、2.5mg/L、3mg/L、3.5mg/L、4mg/L、4.5mg/L、5mg/L、5.5mg/L、6mg/L;不加药品的空白作为对照组。每组倒入2L脱氯水并加入福寿螺12-15只,同时加空心菜,白菜等蔬菜作为福寿螺的食物,每隔2天换一次食物,3次实验重复。

1.一种含氯硝柳胺和茶皂素杀螺颗粒剂,其特征在于,该颗粒剂包含灭螺活性物质,糯米,膨润土,高岭土,其中,灭螺活性物质,糯米,膨润土,高岭土的重量比为9-25:5:10:60-76。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灭螺活性物质由氯硝柳胺和茶皂素组成,氯硝柳胺和茶皂素的重量比为1-5:8-20。
