Abstract
The invention relates to a self-compacting concrete self-compacting performance comprehensive tester and a testing method thereof, the method adopts the self-compacting performance comprehensive tester to detect self-compacting concrete mixtures, the detection method comprises the steps of filling a V funnel with the mixtures with certain mass, standing for 10s, opening a valve, enabling the mixtures to sequentially pass through the V funnel and a transverse groove with a reinforcing bar grid, discharging the mixtures into a material receiving container, opening the valve for 40s, stopping material receiving, and evaluating the self-compacting performance of the self-compacting concrete by using the ratio of the mass of the discharged mixtures to the total mass, namely the concrete discharge rate P. The method can comprehensively evaluate the filling property, the clearance passing property and the segregation resistance of the self-compacting concrete through one-time test, and is simple, practical, strong in operability and higher in accuracy compared with the method for evaluating the self-compacting property by adopting a plurality of times of test combinations such as an expansion test, a V funnel test, a J-ring test and the like at present.

Background

The self-compaction performance of the self-compaction concrete is mainly reflected in filling performance, clearance passing performance and segregation resistance, is the key for ensuring the pouring quality of the concrete, and how to effectively evaluate the self-compaction performance of the self-compaction concrete is very important for quality control in the preparation and construction processes of the self-compaction concrete.
