背景技术
智能家居是以住宅为平台,通过物联网技术将家中的各种设备连接到一起,实现智能化的一种生态***,它具有智能灯光控制、智能电器控制、安防监控***、智能背景音乐、智能视频共享、可视对讲***和家庭影院***等功能,目前,空气污染日趋严重,雾霾对人体的健康造成不同程度的影响,对空气进行净化的任务刻不容缓,但当下,家用的空气净化设备结构单一,净化效果差,缺少对室内家居空气实时监测的有效装置,且不便于移动,使得其使用不方便,为此,我们提出一种基于物联网的用于智能家居的空气净化设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于物联网的用于智能家居的空气净化设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的家用的空气净化设备结构单一,净化效果差,缺少对室内家居空气实时监测的有效装置,且不便于移动,使得其使用不方便的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于物联网的用于智能家居的空气净化设备,包括净化箱,所述净化箱的底端安装有电池箱,所述电池箱的底端连接有减震基座,所述减震基座的底部四角均安装有万向轮,所述净化箱左侧的底端插接有进风管,所述进风管的左侧连接有进风口,所述进风管的右端连接有风机一,所述风机一的底端焊接在净化箱内腔的底端,所述风机一的顶端连接有风管一,所述风管一的端部连接有过滤装置,且过滤装置焊接在净化箱内腔顶端的左侧壁上,所述过滤装置包括过滤箱,所述过滤箱的内腔中从上到下依次设置有活性炭吸附层、纳米银离子过滤网、玻璃纤维过滤网、HEPA复合过滤网和无纺布过滤网,所述过滤装置右侧的顶端连接有风管二,所述风管二的端部连接有风机二,所述风机二焊接在净化箱内腔顶端的右侧壁上,所述风机二的底端通过连接管连接有杀菌装置,所述杀菌装置包括球形杀菌箱,所述球形杀菌箱的内壁设置有反光板,所述球形杀菌箱内腔的左右上下侧均安装有紫外线杀菌灯,所述杀菌装置的底端通过连接管连接有风机三,所述风机三底端焊接在净化箱内腔的底端,所述风机三的右侧连接有出风管,所述出风管的右端贯穿净化箱内腔的右侧壁并连接有出风口,所述净化箱的右侧壁上方均匀开有散热口,所述净化箱顶端的右侧壁从上到下依次设置有空气质量传感器、LED显示器和PLC控制器,所述净化箱顶端的左侧壁上下两端分别设置有无线通讯装置和推手,所述电池箱的内腔中安装有电池组,且电池组与PLC控制器电性连接,所述PLC控制器分别与风机一、风机二、紫外线杀菌灯、风机三、空气质量传感器、LED显示器和无线通讯装置电性连接。
