Description

Monitoring system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a monitoring system, and more particularly, to a user response outside an operating time of a monitoring center constituting a part of the monitoring system.
Background
In order to monitor building equipment such as elevators throughout the country, a monitoring system is provided with a plurality of monitoring centers throughout the country, and each monitoring center monitors elevators provided in respective areas in charge.
Fig. 5 is an overall configuration diagram of a conventional monitoring system. Fig. 5 shows a monitoring center 1 located nationwide, a plurality of buildings 3 located on subscribers, and a data center 2 for collectively receiving calls from the buildings 3. The data center 2 is connected to each monitoring center 1 via an Intranet (Intranet)4, and is connected to each building 3 via a telephone line network 5.
In the car 6 of the plurality of elevators serving as monitoring targets of the monitoring system in the building 3, there is provided an extension telephone (not shown) for emergency handling. The monitoring and notifying device 7 is provided for each building 3, and calls the data center 2 when a passenger operates an extension telephone in the car 6. The data center 2 is provided with a firewall (F/W)21, a distributor 26, and a plurality of receiving devices 27. The receiving devices 27 are provided corresponding to the monitoring centers 1, respectively.
In the above configuration, when a passenger of the car 6 operates the extension telephone to make a call, the monitoring notification device 7 transmits a call setting request to the data center 2, thereby requesting a connection of a telephone line with the monitoring center 1 in charge of the area. The call setting request includes the building number of the building 3 as the calling party, the number of the elevator, and the telephone number of the receiving device 27 corresponding to the monitoring center 1 that monitors the equipment.
Upon receiving the call setting request through the firewall 21, the distributor 26 of the data center 2 refers to the telephone number specification receiving device 27 included in the call setting request and transmits the call setting request. The receiving device 27 transfers the call setting request transmitted from the distributor 26 to the corresponding monitoring center 1 via the intranet 4. In this way, the passenger who makes an extension call can start a conversation with the operator of the monitoring center 1 in charge of the area. In addition, the flow of the call setting request is shown by a dotted line in fig. 5.
The monitoring center 1 includes a monitoring center 1 that ends its operation at night and a monitoring center 1 that does not end its operation at night. That is, at least one monitoring center 1 among the plurality of monitoring centers 1 does not end its operation at night, and operates instead of the monitoring center 1 that ends its operation at night.
For example, in fig. 5, it is assumed that the monitoring center B is the monitoring center 1 that ends its operation at night, and the monitoring center a is the monitoring center 1 that does not end its operation at night. That is, the monitoring center a operates at night instead of the monitoring center B.
The monitoring center B transmits the situation to the data center 2 when the work is finished. Thus, the data center 2 recognizes that the monitoring center B is out of the operating time, and recognizes that the night operation of the monitoring center B is performed by the monitoring center a based on the preset information.
Here, when a call is made from an extension telephone of an elevator located in the area in charge of the monitoring center B, the monitoring notification device 7 requests a connection of a telephone line with the monitoring center B in charge of the area, as in the above case.
Upon receiving the call setting request, the distributor 26 of the data center 2 recognizes that the monitoring center B is the destination of the call setting request based on the telephone number included in the call setting request. However, since the current monitoring center a is set to act as a proxy for the monitoring center B, the distributor 26 transmits a call setting request to the receiving apparatus a. The receiving device a transfers the call setting request transmitted from the distributor 26 to the corresponding monitoring center a.
In this way, the passenger who dials the extension telephone can have a conversation with the operator of the monitoring center a. Fig. 6 shows the same system configuration as fig. 5, and shows the flow of the call setting request of the monitoring center B described above at the time outside the operating time with a broken line.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the present embodiment, a monitoring system for monitoring an elevator in a device installed in a building facility of a contracted party will be described as an example.
The monitoring system of the present embodiment is provided with a monitoring center for each area. An elevator car is provided with an extension telephone for emergency handling. The monitoring center deals with a passenger who operates an extension telephone when an elevator is out of order or in an emergency as one of jobs. In addition, a plurality of monitoring centers are provided as described above, wherein there are two types of monitoring centers as follows: namely, the monitoring center only works in the daytime and finishes the work at night; and a monitoring center which works at night and is used for replacing a monitoring center which does not work at night to work outside the working time. For example, the whole country is divided into 8 areas, and a monitoring center is provided for each area, wherein the monitoring centers located in tokyo and osaka operate for 24 hours, and the other monitoring centers end operating at night. When the country is divided into things, the monitoring center on the east side requests the generation of nighttime work to tokyo, and the monitoring center on the west side requests the generation of nighttime work to osaka.
In the following description, a monitoring center that ends its operation at night is referred to as a "regional monitoring center", and a monitoring center that operates outside the operation time of a substitute regional monitoring center is referred to as a "substitute monitoring center". Of course, even in the case of a proxy monitoring center, the monitoring center functions as a regional monitoring center in the area in charge during the daytime. In the present embodiment, "night" means the same outside of the operating time of the area monitoring center, and "day" means the same inside of the operating time of the area monitoring center.
In the following description, the description will be given of the "monitoring center" as a content common to the area monitoring center and the substitute monitoring center, and the "area monitoring center" or the "substitute monitoring center" will be given only in the description dedicated to the area monitoring center or the substitute monitoring center. In addition, although a plurality of generation monitoring centers may be provided as described above, each generation monitoring center may have the same function, and therefore, in the present embodiment, for convenience, only one monitoring center is described as functioning as a generation monitoring center.
Fig. 1 is an overall configuration diagram showing an embodiment of a monitoring system of the present invention. The same components as those in the prior art are denoted by the same reference numerals. Fig. 1 shows a monitoring center 1, a data center 20 as a connection management center, a system management center 8, and a plurality of buildings 3 as subscribers, all of which are located nationwide, and the data center 20 manages line connections between extension telephones in the cars 6 of the elevators and the monitoring center 1. The data center 20 is connected to the system management center 8 and each monitoring center 1 via the intranet 4, and is connected to each building 3 via the telephone network 5. The system management center 8 manages the monitoring center 1 collectively.
In the car 6 of a plurality of elevators serving as monitoring targets of the monitoring system in the building 3, there is provided an extension telephone (not shown) for emergency handling. The monitoring and notification device 7 is provided for each building 3, and when a passenger operates an extension telephone in the car 6, a call setting request is digitally transmitted to the data center 2 via the telephone network 5.
The data center 2 includes a firewall (F/W)21, a receiving device 22, a status monitoring unit 23, and a work management information storage unit 24. Firewall 21 is a network device that blocks an attack or an unauthorized access via telephone network 5.
The receiving device 22 is connected to the monitoring and notifying device 7 of the building 3 via the digital telephone network 5, receives the call setting request transmitted from the monitoring and notifying device 7, specifies the monitoring center 1 to which the call setting request is to be transferred by a method described later, and transmits the specified call setting request. The reception device 22 includes a reception unit 221 and a control unit 222. The receiving unit 221 functions as receiving means for receiving a call setting request to the data center 20, which is transmitted by the monitoring and notifying device 7 in response to a call from an extension telephone in the car 6 of the elevator. The control unit 222 refers to the operation management information set in the operation management information storage unit 24, and thereby specifies the transfer destination of the received call setting request. The control unit 222 functions as a control means for performing control to connect the extension telephone in the car 6 to the specified monitoring center 1.
The status monitoring unit 23 updates the setting contents of the operation management information storage unit 24 so that the receiving device 22 specifies the monitoring center 1 to which the received call setting request is transferred.
Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the data structure of the job management information stored in the job management information storage unit 24 according to the present embodiment. The operation management information of the present embodiment is generated for each building 3, and each operation management information is set so that a building number for identifying the building 3 is associated with an area where the building 3 is installed, a regional monitoring center that is responsible for the building 3, a representative monitoring center that performs operations outside the operation time of the regional monitoring center, and an operation status indicating whether the regional monitoring center is in operation time or out of operation time. The "building number" refers to an identification number assigned to each building. The building number, area, region monitoring center, and agent monitoring center included in the job management information are predetermined according to the operation. The operation status of each monitoring center 1 is monitored by the status monitoring unit 23, and the operation status sets whether the regional monitoring center 1 in charge of each building 3 is in operation time ("inside") or out of operation time ("outside").
In fig. 2, a representative monitoring center is not set in the building 3 belonging to the area "tokyo", which means that the area monitoring center in tokyo functions as a representative monitoring center and there is no case where the operation time is out.
The above-described centers 1, 8, and 20 are provided with general-purpose server computers. Each server computer has a CPU, ROM, RAM, and HDD, and also has a network interface for performing network communication, and has a user interface as necessary. The reception unit 221, the control unit 222, and the status monitoring unit 23 in the reception device 22 of the data center 20 are realized by the coordinated operation with a program running on a CPU of a server computer installed in the data center 20. Further, the work management information storage unit 24 is implemented by an HDD. Alternatively, a RAM or an external storage unit may be used via a network.
Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described. First, the operation performed during the operation time in the monitoring center 1 will be described.
The monitoring center 1 is provided with a plurality of operator terminals (not shown), and each operator uses the operator terminals to monitor the state of the elevator and to deal with passengers, such as a conversation with the passengers of the car 6 via an extension telephone. When the operation is completed, the operator performs a predetermined operation on the operator terminal, and notifies the system management center 8 of the completion of the operation via the intranet 4. The system management center 8 receives the notification from each monitoring center 1 as described above to manage the operation status of each monitoring center 1, and also receives the operation completion notification to know that the area monitoring center 1 has been out of operation time. Since the status monitoring unit 23 constantly monitors the operation status of each monitoring center 1 managed by the system management center 8, it detects that the monitoring center 1 has notified the system management center 8 of the completion of the operation, and recognizes that the monitoring center 1 has been out of the operation time. Then, the status monitoring unit 23 changes the operation status of the building 3 in the area in charge of the monitoring center 1 included in the operation management information to outside ("outside") the operation time.
On the other hand, when the operator starts the operation, the operator performs a predetermined operation on the operator terminal, and notifies the system management center 8 of the start of the operation via the intranet 4. The system management center 8 receives the operation start notification, and thereby recognizes that the region monitoring center 1 has been in operation for a certain period of time. The status monitoring unit 23 detects that the monitoring center 1 has notified the system management center 8 of the start of operation, and recognizes that the monitoring center has been operating for a certain period of time. Then, the status monitoring unit 23 changes the operation status of the building 3 in the area in charge of the monitoring center 1 included in the operation management information to within the operation time ("within").
The switching control of the operation status included in the operation management information is an example, and for example, regarding the change of the operation status, the monitoring centers 1 may directly notify the data center 20 or the system management center 8 may notify the data center 20.
Next, a process from when a call setting request is transmitted from the building 3 side to when the building 3 side and the monitoring center 1 side are connected to a line will be described with reference to a flowchart shown in fig. 3.
When a passenger of the elevator car 6 operates the extension telephone to make a call, the monitoring and notifying device 7 specifies the telephone number of the data center 2 in accordance with the operation of the passenger and transmits a call setting request including the building number of the building and the number of the elevator. In the case of the present embodiment, the telephone number of the data center 2 is designated in the call setting request issued regardless of the area to which the building 3 belongs. Thereby, the data center 2 collectively receives the call setting request.
The receiving unit 221 in the receiving device 22 of the data center 2 receives the call setting request transmitted from the monitoring notification device 7 (step S101). Next, the control unit 222 extracts the building number from the call setting request (step S102). Then, the operation state of the monitoring center 1 corresponding to the building 3 as the call setting request sender is acquired with reference to the operation management information registered in the operation management information storage unit 24 (step S103).
Here, when the monitoring center 1 is in operation (yes in step S104), the control unit 222 transfers the call setting request transmitted from the monitoring notification device 7 to the monitoring center 1 in charge of the building 3 via the intranet 4 (step S105).
When a call setting request is transmitted from the data center 20, the operator terminal lights a predetermined lamp or the like to notify the operator of the transmission of the call setting request. When the operator knows that there is a call from the extension telephone of the car 6 (a call request from a passenger) by turning on a predetermined lamp, the operator performs a predetermined operation on the operator terminal to set a call in response to the call request, thereby establishing a line connection. Thus, when a line connection is made between the extension telephone and the operator terminal, the operator starts a voice call with the passenger in the car 6.
On the other hand, when the monitoring center 1 is out of the operating time (no in step S104), the control unit 222 specifies the representative monitoring center in charge of the building 3 with reference to the operation management information, and transfers the call setting request transmitted from the monitoring notification device 7 to the specified representative monitoring center via the intranet 4 (step S106). The processing steps after the call setting request is transferred to the representative monitoring center and the line is connected between the extension telephone and the operator terminal are the same as the processing contents after the call setting request is transferred to the regional monitoring center, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
For example, in fig. 1, it is assumed that the monitoring center B is a region monitoring center 1 in charge of the northeast region, and the monitoring center a is a region monitoring center 1 in charge of the tokyo region and a representative monitoring center of the region monitoring center 1 in charge of the northeast region. Further, assume that a call setting request is issued from building 3 in the northeast area.
As described above, the call setting request issued from the building 3 is assigned the telephone number of the data center 2 regardless of the zone to which the call setting request belongs, and therefore, the call setting request is also issued from the building 3 in the northeast zone to which the telephone number of the data center 2 is assigned. The receiving device 22 recognizes that the notification is from the northeast area based on the building number included in the call setting request, and also recognizes that the region monitoring center 1 in charge of the northeast area is out of operation time based on the setting of the operation management information. Then, the call setting request is forwarded to the agent monitoring center (monitoring center a) set in the job management information. Fig. 4 shows the same system configuration as fig. 1, but shows the flow of the call setting request when the monitoring center B described above is out of operation time by a broken line.
According to the present embodiment, when the call setting request is transmitted, the line connection with the monitoring center 1 can be performed without making the building 3 side aware of the line connection destination, regardless of whether the monitoring center 1 in charge of the area is in operation or out of operation.
In the above description, one data center 20 is provided to collectively receive call setting requests. However, the data center 20 may need to be stopped for maintenance or the like. Therefore, at least two data centers 20 may also be provided. For example, the data center 20 is provided in both tokyo and osaka. In this case, the telephone number of the data center 20 in tokyo is set as the 1 st contact party and the telephone number of the data center 20 in osaka is set as the 2 nd contact party to the monitoring and notifying device 7 in the east of the country. The monitoring and notifying apparatus 7 on the east side makes a call to the data center 20 of tokyo as the 1 st contact party, and when the data center 20 of tokyo is stopped, makes a call again to the data center 20 of osaka as the 2 nd contact party by making a call impossible. The monitoring notification device 7 on the west side of the country may set the telephone number of the data center 20 in osaka as the 1 st contact party and the telephone number of the data center 20 in tokyo as the 2 nd contact party, as opposed to the east side, and perform the processing reverse to the above.
In addition, like the data center 20, the monitoring center 1 in tokyo may be stopped by maintenance or the like, and therefore, it is preferable that at least two monitoring centers 1 be replaced with a substitute monitoring center.
In the present embodiment, the monitoring center 1 notifies the end of the operation, but may notify the monitoring center as needed when the operation ends, instead of simply notifying the end of the operation. Thus, it is not necessary to set the substitute monitoring center in the work management information in advance.
In the present embodiment, the elevator installed in the building 3 has been described as an example of the device to be monitored, but the present invention may be used for monitoring purposes of other devices. In the present embodiment, night time is set to be other than the operation time, but the range of the operation time may be determined as appropriate depending on the object to be monitored or the content of the operation.
