技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于将电子数据载体设置在流体工程设备的部件上的设备。
背景技术
已知隔膜阀,其中阀隔膜配备有RFID芯片。由此,可能的是不仅涉及材料、尺寸、隔膜的制造商等的数据保存在数据载体中和/或数字式地在***中进行参考,而且涉及客户或供应商的数据也如此进行。因此,设置RFID芯片提高了阀隔膜的可追溯性。例如参考DE10 2013 214 304 A1。
因此,本发明的任务在于,为流体工程设备的其他或尚没有设置有RFID芯片的部件提供可追溯性。
发明内容

于是提供了防有意或无意操纵的设备,借助该设备相关的工程部件在电子上是唯一可识别的。这尤其是在已有的流体工程设备中是有利的,因为可以简单且安全地加装电子数据载体。
在该设备的第一改进方案中,提出了,电子数据载体设置在***件的远端的区域中。有利地,以此方式和方法可以提供结构空间优化的和紧凑的设备。
此外,尤其有利的是,电子数据载体设置在容器的底部上,其中容器用其底部向外指向地设置在该设备的凹进部中。由此,电子数据载体受保护以受环境影响并且同时可以读取地设置在设备的露出的部位上。
在一个改进方案中,容器由PTFE制造。由此,改进了设备的可清洁性。
该设备的一个有利的实施形式的特征在于,***件包括固定部段,该固定部段在第二位置中与基本体一起限制用于绳索部段的固定通道,其中固定通道在其延伸中具有弯曲部。由此,绳索部段被迫使进入弯曲部并且由此形状配合地固定于设备。

在***件相对于基本体的第二位置中,***件的远端的闭合面与主体的闭合面平齐。通过平齐结束,防止***件从主体中移除。此外,得到在无接触地读取电子数据载体时和在设备的可清洁性方面的优点。

图1示出了用于将电子数据载体4设置在部件6上的设备2的示意性立体视图。部件6是流体工程设备的一部分并且示例性地是在阀体与驱动体之间的中间件、管道件、阀体或驱动体。绳索8围绕部件6周侧地引导并且在此用两端部固定在设备2中。当然,绳索8也可以仅仅围绕部件6的部段引导。通过割断绳索8可以事后移除设备。

基本体10具有穿通开口28和30,绳索部段32和34通过该穿通开口从基本体10的外空间引导到内部释放腔35中并且穿过释放腔35引导在基本体10的内部中。在***件12的第一位置中,***件12的释放部段37释放用于绳索部段32的释放腔35。
