涡轮风扇
技术领域
本发明涉及一种搭载于空调机的由热可塑性树脂成型的涡轮风扇,涉及一种可实现理想的焊接强度的涡轮风扇。
背景技术
现有技术的涡轮风扇通过如下三种方法制造而成。
第一、利用热可塑性树脂各别成型主板和多个叶片成为一体的风扇主体及护罩之后,通过超声波焊接等结合的方法;
第二、利用热可塑性树脂各别成型在护罩的背面一体形成多个叶片的风扇主体及主板之后,通过超声波焊接等结合的方法;
第三、利用热可塑性树脂单独成型主板、护罩及多个叶片之后,通过超声波焊接等结合的方法。
在所述各方法中,在主板或护罩具备与叶片部件配合的嵌合部。在所述嵌合部内配置焊接边缘,将要结合的部件与所述焊接边缘接触之后,在施加加压力的同时施加超声波振动,则焊接边缘熔融使两个部件结合。
为提高涡轮风扇的性能,需在确认作为涡轮风扇的构成部件的主板、护罩及叶片部件的结合后的尺寸的同时,提高结合强度。根据图9(a)、图9(b)、图9(c)对现有技术的产品进行说明。现有技术的涡轮风扇,向主板92的嵌合部924嵌入护罩的叶片部934进行预组装之后,通过超声波焊接制造而成。在预组装状态下,叶片部934通过嵌合部924的壁部925进行定位,且其底部934B与焊接边缘926处于接触状态。焊接边缘926的截面略呈三角形状,在嵌合部924的底部具备一列至两列。所述利用焊接边缘的组装方法中,为提高超声波焊接时相互部件的结合强度延长焊接长度是受到限制的,因此存在随着提高涡轮风扇的性能而无法满足提高焊接强度的要求的问题。
发明内容
[发明所要解决的问题]
鉴于所述情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种较之现有技术的涡轮风扇可提高通过超声波焊接的焊接强度的涡轮风扇。
[解决问题的技术手段]
为达到所述目的,第一实施例的涡轮风扇,
利用热可塑性树脂各别成型具备多个焊接嵌合部的主板或护罩,及与所述多个焊接嵌合部相同数量的叶片部件之后,通过超声波焊接将主板或护罩和叶片部件组装成一体,其中,所述焊接嵌合部具备围绕***焊接嵌合部的叶片部件周围且垂直形成的壁部,且在底部内侧面具备倾斜部;
所述叶片部件在***所述焊接嵌合部并与所述倾斜部接触的状态下,与主板或护罩进行超声波焊接。
第一实施例的涡轮风扇具有如下效果:
叶片部件***主板或护罩的焊接嵌合部,通过超声波焊接结合。焊接嵌合部为具备垂直形成以围绕叶片部件的周围的壁部的构成,叶片部件可实现高精密度的定位。另外,在焊接嵌合部的底部的内侧面具备围绕叶片部件的边缘部的倾斜部。叶片部件的底面的边缘部的整个周围与所述焊接嵌合部内的倾斜部接触。因叶片部件的边缘部以尖锐的形状形成,因此叶片部件的整个边缘部的周围存在焊接边缘。因此,叶片部件的整个周围与焊接嵌合部的倾斜部焊接。因此,较之现有技术,焊接长度变长,焊接强度得到明显提高。

目前为止的涡轮风扇利用热可塑性树脂各别成型各部件并通过超声波焊接组装结合(焊接)制造。对为提高焊接后的涡轮风扇的焊接强度的各部件的构成及结构,以将在护罩一体成型叶片部件(下称“叶片部”)的具备叶片的护罩和主板,通过超声波焊接结合的涡轮风扇为例进行说明。另外,本发明不受本实施例的限制。

<1>主板的结构

将所述预组装的工件搭载于超声波焊接器的夹具上。将工件的具备叶片的护罩13的一定位置用超声波焊接器的焊头(horn)接触加压,则相当于焊接边缘的叶片部134的边缘部134C与焊接嵌合部的倾斜面128的部分熔融结合成为如图7(b)所示的状态,从而使工件成为一体。将工件搭载于超声波焊接器的夹具上的方法,可以是如图1所示的将主板12安装于夹具之上,还可以是反转将具备叶片的护罩安装于夹具上。
进一步地,以图8说明超声波焊接加工过程。与焊接嵌合部124的倾斜面128(请参考图7(a)、图7(b))接触的叶片部134的边缘部134C起到焊接边缘的作用,以熔融边缘部134C和倾斜面128的接触部,叶片部的底部134B下降与带状的凸部129接触,边缘部134C成为焊接部M。
另外,在配置于焊接嵌合部的底部的带状的凸部129的周边具备空间126。在焊接过程中,熔融树脂中不参与叶片部134的边缘部134C和倾斜面128的结合的熔融树脂N将聚集在位于其下部的空间126内。因此过度熔融的树脂妨碍焊接,从而降低焊接强度或导致焊接后的尺寸不均匀的问题皆可被消除。
根据所述本发明具有如下效果:因没有过多的焊接,从而可确保焊接后的涡轮风扇的规定的产品尺寸。另外,较之如图9(a)、图9(b)、图9(c)所示的利用焊接边缘焊接的现有技术的产品,焊接长度变长,从而可显著提高焊接强度。另外,通过焊接嵌合部124内的带状的凸部129的作用,具备叶片的护罩13的叶片部134和主板12可在确保各部件的位置对齐,以稳定的姿势被均匀地超声波焊接。这样得到的涡轮风扇的性能明显高于现有技术的产品。

Claims (3)

1.一种涡轮风扇,利用热可塑性树脂各别成型具备多个焊接嵌合部的主板或护罩,及与所述多个焊接嵌合部相同数量的叶片部件之后,通过超声波焊接将所述主板或所述护罩和所述叶片部件组装成一体,其特征在于:
所述焊接嵌合部具备围绕***所述焊接嵌合部的所述叶片部件周围且垂直形成的壁部,且在底部内侧面具备倾斜部;以及
所述叶片部件在***所述焊接嵌合部并与所述倾斜部接触的状态下,与所述主板或所述护罩进行超声波焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮风扇,其特征在于,在所述焊接嵌合部的所述底部,具备与所述叶片部件接触的带状的凸部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涡轮风扇,其特征在于,在所述焊接嵌合部的所述底部和焊接后的所述叶片部件之间具备空间。
