本发明公开了一种纳米TiO2表面疏水修饰工艺,将硅酸钠加入含有分散剂异丙醇铵的TiO2浆料中,以喷淋的方式将10%H2SO4加入其中,制备表面沉淀有硅酸的TiO2粒子,从而在TiO2表面形成一层SiO2膜。本发明对纳米TiO2表面疏水修饰,使纳米TiO2和有机介质产生特殊功能的分子桥,从而改善了纳米复合材料的综合性能。

本发明涉及一种纳米处理工艺,特别是一种纳米表面疏水修饰工艺。
背景技术
UV涂层中添加纳米TiO2可以使UV涂层具有抑菌性能,但影响UV涂层的综合性能。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能改善UV涂层的综合性能的纳米TiO2表面疏水修饰工艺。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
纳米TiO2表面疏水修饰工艺,其改进之处在于:将硅酸钠加入含有分散剂异丙醇铵的TiO2浆料中,以喷淋的方式将10%H2SO4加入其中,制备表面沉淀有硅酸的TiO2粒子,从而在TiO2表面形成一层SiO2膜。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:对纳米TiO2表面疏水修饰,使纳米TiO2和有机介质产生特殊功能的分子桥,从而改善了纳米复合材料的综合性能。
