Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a heating container according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the heating container provided in this embodiment includes a container body 1 for containing a liquid to be heated, a base 2 located at the bottom of the container body, a controller (not shown in the figure) and a plurality of indicator light strips 3, where the controller is configured to control different indicator light strips in the plurality of indicator light strips 3 to light up, so as to display heating time corresponding to the indicator light strips 3, where the heating time includes heated time of the heating container and/or remaining heating time of the heating container.
The heating container may be an electric kettle or other common heating containers, and for convenience of description, the heating container is taken as an example of the electric kettle in this embodiment. Specifically, the electric kettle comprises a container body 1 for containing liquid to be heated, the interior of the container body 1 is a cavity, and water or other liquid can be contained in the cavity of the container body 1 and heated by means of a heating element in the electric kettle. In addition, the electric kettle further comprises a base 2, wherein the base 2 is positioned at the bottom of the container body 1 and can be used for bearing the container body 1 and providing power for the heating element on the container body 1 so as to ensure that the heating element works normally.
Because heating containers such as electric kettles and the like are used for heating liquids such as water, on one hand, the needs of users for hot water can be urgent, and on the other hand, the water can be cooled down and cooled down after boiling for a long time without being used, so that the users are required to have a certain grasp on the boiling time of the electric kettles. In order to enable a user to know the heating condition of the electric kettle, the electric kettle further comprises a controller and an indicator light strip 3, wherein the controller can acquire the heating condition such as the heating time of the electric kettle and the like, and the heating time and the like are represented through the lighting and extinguishing conditions of the indicator light strip. Because the indicator light strip 3 has more obvious visual effect when being on or off, even if a user is at a place far away from the electric kettle, the change of the indicator light strip 3 can be easily observed, so that the current water heating state of the electric kettle is known, the reaction is convenient to be carried out in time, and the display effect of the heating container is better.
Specifically, the indicator light strip 3 has a plurality of indicator light strips, and thus different heating times can be indicated by specifying the turning on or off of different indicator light strips, for example, the heating time may be between 5 minutes and 10 minutes by the turning on of one indicator light strip, and the heating time may be between 10 minutes and 15 minutes by the turning on of another indicator light strip, or the like; in addition, the water may be turned on or off by a certain indicator strip. Therefore, the electric kettle can be indicated in which time period or time point of heating time by adopting the on and off of different indicator light bands. Specifically, in this embodiment, the number of the indicator light strips 3 may be 3, and the indicator light strips specifically include an inner indicator light strip 31, a middle indicator light strip 32, and an outer indicator light strip 33, and different lighting and extinguishing of the three indicator light strips can be used to indicate different heating times.
Wherein the heating time comprises at least one of a heated time of the electric kettle and a remaining heating time of the electric kettle. The heated time of the electric kettle is counted from the time when the liquid starts to be heated in the electric kettle, and the duration time when the liquid is heated to the current moment is calculated; the remaining heating time of the electric kettle is the remaining duration required for the heating state of the liquid at the current moment until the liquid is heated to the target temperature (for example, the temperature at the time of boiling). Therefore, the electric kettle can show one or two of the two times through the indicator light belt 3, so that a user can know the heating state of the electric kettle at the moment.
In the heating time, the heating time is easy to obtain, and the controller only needs to start the heating element and time. In order to obtain the residual heating time of the electric kettle, the electric kettle needs to detect and estimate the heating condition of the electric kettle, so that the heating process can be completed only by estimating how long according to the heating state of the liquid in the electric kettle at present, and the time is displayed by the on-off state of the indicator light belt.
Wherein optionally, in order to detect the heating condition of the electric kettle, the electric kettle further comprises a temperature detection device (not shown in the figure), and the temperature detection device is electrically connected with the controller and is used for detecting the temperature of the liquid in the container body 1, so that the controller obtains the residual heating time according to the temperature rise of the liquid in the preset time and the preset time.
Specifically, the temperature detection device can detect the temperature of the liquid in the electric kettle and transmit a temperature signal of the liquid to the controller. After the controller obtains the temperature of the liquid, the temperature rise condition of the liquid in the preset time can be calculated according to different temperatures which are separated by the preset time, namely the temperature rise of the liquid in the preset time, and the temperature rise condition of the liquid in the unit time is obtained through the temperature rise and the preset time. Therefore, the time required by the current temperature to rise to the target temperature of the liquid in the electric kettle at the current temperature rise speed in unit time can be further obtained according to the temperature rise of the liquid in unit time and the temperature of the liquid in the electric kettle, and the time can be used as the residual heating time.
In addition, the remaining heating time of the electric kettle can be obtained by other methods, for example, the remaining heating time is set in advance through an empirical formula, wherein the process of calculating the remaining heating time can be to set the required heating time according to a program, and the process of subtracting the heated time from the required heating time is the remaining heating time. Alternatively, the prediction can be performed by detecting the real-time temperature of the liquid in the electric kettle, and other technical means commonly used by those skilled in the art are not described herein.
In addition, optionally, in order to promote the indication effect of the indicator light strips 3 on the heating time, a plurality of indicator light strips 3 are arranged at intervals. Therefore, the different indicator light strips are mutually spaced, so that a user can conveniently distinguish the different indicator light strips, and the identification degree of display is improved. In addition, the indicator light strips can also be distinguished in other ways, for example, different indicator light strips can be used with different light colors, etc.
Wherein, the indicator light strip 3 can be positioned at different parts of the electric kettle. For example, as an alternative embodiment, the indicator strip 3 is located on the container body 1. At this time, the indicator strip may be provided on the exposed surface of the container body 1 in a surrounding manner or the like.
The container body of the electric kettle can be made of various materials such as plastic, metal or glass, and when the materials such as glass are adopted, the container body 1 is of a transparent structure; and the surface of the container body 1 needs to be provided with accessories such as a handle 11, a switch 12 and the like. Thus, in order to avoid that the indicator strip 3 interferes with the structure and function of the container body 1, as an alternative embodiment the indicator strip 3 may be located on the base 2 of the electric kettle. Since the base 2 is generally wide, it has a flat surface large enough to provide a plurality of indicator light strips 3, so that the indicator light strips 3 are placed at a more conspicuous position on the base 2. And the base 2 is generally provided with a power supply and other circuits, so that the power supply and the light-emitting control of the indicator light strip 3 are conveniently realized.
Further, in order to make the position of the indicator light strip 3 more conspicuous and make the indicator light strip 3 more clearly indicate the heating condition of the electric kettle, the plurality of indicator light strips 3 are generally concentric and annular and wound on the outer side of the circumference of the base 2. Therefore, the indication lamp strip 3 is circumferentially arranged around the base 2, so that a user can conveniently observe the on or off state of the indication lamp strip no matter which direction the user is from, and state information such as the heating time of the electric kettle at the moment is obtained. Meanwhile, since the container body 1 is placed on the top of the base 2, the indicator strip 3 on the base 2 also surrounds the bottom outside of the container body 1. When the indicator light strip 3 is lighted, a light strip encircling the outer side of the container body 1 is formed, so that the container body 1 of the electric kettle encircling the middle of the indicator light strip 3 can be highlighted, the attention of a user can be favorably attracted to the electric kettle, and the prompting effect is better.
The indicator strip 3 may have a change in height, for example, the height of a plurality of indicator strips may be sequentially increased from outside to inside, etc., so that the container body 1 located at the center can be further protruded.
When the indicator light strip 3 is concentric and annular and surrounds the circumference of the base 2, different heating time is generally required to be indicated by means of turning on different indicator light strips in the plurality of indicator light strips 3, so that a certain sequence is required to be arranged for turning on and off the indicator light strips 3, and even if a user forgets the turning-on rule of the indicator light strips 3, the heating time can be simply judged by orderly turning on and off the indicator light strips 3. For example, alternatively, the plurality of indicator light strips 3 may be sequentially lighted from outside to inside or from inside to outside depending on the heating time. The turn-on and turn-off of the indicator light strips 3 will be in a certain order, and even if the user does not know the heating time period specifically indicated by each indicator light strip, the user can roughly judge according to the positions of the turned-on indicator light strips in the plurality of indicator light strips 3, so that the heating time of the electric kettle can be roughly estimated.
In addition, since the indicator strip 3 can be turned on and off in sequence according to the heating time, the indicator strip 3 can present a countdown-like indication manner according to the change of the heating time of the electric kettle. For example, when the remaining heating time gradually decreases, the indicator strip 3 is turned on and off sequentially in sequence until the indicator strip 3 at the end of the sequence is turned on or off, indicating that the heating of the liquid in the electric kettle is completed. The indication lamp strip 3 can be turned on and off in sequence to achieve a dynamic indication effect, so that the attention of a user is attracted to the indication lamp strip 3 and the electric kettle indicated by the indication lamp strip 3, and a good heating time indication effect is achieved.
The plurality of indicator light strips 3 can be sequentially turned on from outside to inside along with the difference of the remaining heating time, so that the turned-on indicator light strips 3 gradually approach the container body 1 of the electric kettle along with the heating process of the electric kettle, and when the innermost indicator light strip is turned on, the liquid in the container body 1 at the central part is predicted to be boiled, and then a large amount of steam is generated by the electric kettle or other audible and visual prompts are performed to finish heating. The external-to-internal lighting mode of the indication lamp strip 3 is consistent with the sensory experience brought to the user by the heating process of the electric kettle, and the indication effect of the heating time can be effectively improved.
In addition to the indication by lighting, the plurality of indicator strips 3 may indicate the heating time by turning off. For example, the plurality of indicator light strips 3 can be in a lighting state, and when the electric kettle is heated and reaches the heating time corresponding to the specific indicator light strip, the indicator light strips are extinguished to give a prompt to a user. So that the indicator light strips 3 turn from on to off one by one along with the heating of the electric kettle until the liquid in the electric kettle is heated.
When the heating of the liquid in the electric kettle is completed, for example, when the liquid is boiled, the plurality of indicator light strips 3 can generate different lighting effects from the previous ones, so that the indication of the heating time can be distinguished from the previous one. For example, a plurality of indicator strips 3 may be turned on at the same time, or turned off at the same time, or the like, so that the user can intuitively see the difference between when the indicator strip is turned on or off from the previous single indicator strip, and thereby know that heating has been completed.
In order to form the indicator light strips 3 into elongated light sources, each indicator light strip optionally includes a plurality of spot light sources therein. For example, a plurality of LED lights may be included in each indicator strip. The plurality of LED lamps can be arranged in the middle of the indicator strip 3 and are connected together by connecting wires or flexible circuit boards, so that the indicator strip 3 can be lighted to prompt light when the power is on. In addition, the indicator light strip can also take the form of other light sources commonly used by those skilled in the art, and the description thereof is omitted herein.
In addition, since the heating time includes the heated time or the remaining heating time, in order to distinguish the heated time from the remaining heating time, the indicator light strip 3 can display different types of heating time, and the indicator light strip 3 can have a plurality of different lighting effects. Specifically, the state of the indicator strip 3 when it is lit includes: a normally-on state, a cycle-on state, or a respiratory lamp state, etc. These different states may show on the one hand the heated time or the remaining heated time, and on the other hand different time nodes may be represented with different states to alert the user to the time. For example, during the heating process of the electric kettle, the indicator light strip 3 can display the heating time in a normally-on state, and when the heating time reaches a certain time period needing to be noted, for example, a time period needing to be charged, the indicator light strip 3 can switch to a lighting mode, for example, a circulating lighting state is adopted for displaying, so as to remind a user of paying attention to the heating time.
In the normally-on state, the indicator light strip 3 always keeps a light-emitting state in a lighting time period, and the light-emitting brightness of the indicator light strip 3 always keeps unchanged; in the cyclic lighting state, the plurality of light sources inside the indicator strip 3 are sequentially lighted or extinguished in a certain direction, thereby presenting a lighting effect similar to a ticker; when the indicator light belt 3 is in a breathing light state, all light sources in the indicator light belt 3 keep synchronous light emission and synchronous extinction, but the indicator light belt 3 can be in a light-emitting-extinction-light-emitting periodic circulation state in a lighting time period, and a transition process between the light emission and extinction is smoother; at this time, the indicator strip 3 as a whole exhibits a light-emitting effect similar to that of a breathing lamp. The heating state of the heating container can also be displayed by adjusting the lighting period of the indicator light strip 3, for example, when the period is longer, the frequency of lighting-extinguishing-lighting of the indicator light strip 3 is lower at this time, and the remaining heating time is longer, so that the heating container is in the early temperature rising process; when the period is shorter, the frequency of the light-off-light emission of the indicator light strip 3 is higher, and the residual heating time is shorter, so that the liquid in the heating container is about to reach the target temperature, the sense is direct, and the indication effect of the heating time can be effectively improved. Alternatively, the indicator light strip 3 may have a plurality of light colors when being lighted, and different colors may indicate different heating states of the heating container to the user, for example, the color of the indicator light strip 3 when being lighted may be yellow, orange, red, etc., and a lighter color may indicate a longer remaining heating time, while a darker color indicates that a shorter remaining heating time is still left.
Specifically, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an indicator strip according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of pins of a chip for driving the indicator light strip of fig. 2 to illuminate. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the number of the indicator light strips 3 is plural, for example, 3, and each indicator light strip may have a plurality of light sources, for example, LED lamps LED1 to LED24, etc., and the chip has a plurality of pins A1 to a16 and B1 to B2, etc., which are connected between different LED lamps, so that the LED lamps form a matrix connection together, and the different LED lamps in each light strip may be turned on in turn to realize a cyclic lighting state.
In this embodiment, the heating container includes a container body for holding a liquid to be heated, a base located at the bottom of the container body, and further includes a controller and a plurality of indicator light bands, where the controller is configured to control different indicator light bands in the plurality of indicator light bands to light up, so as to display a heating time corresponding to the indicator light bands, where the heating time includes a heated time of the heating container and/or a remaining heating time of the heating container. The indicator light strip has obvious visual effect when being on or off, so that a user can easily observe the change of the indicator light strip, the current heating time of the heating container is known, and the reaction is convenient to timely perform.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of a heating time display method according to a second embodiment of the invention. The heating time display method provided in this embodiment may be applied to the heating container in the first embodiment to control the lighting state of the indicator strip in the heating container. As shown in fig. 4, the heating time display method provided in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring heating time of a heating container, wherein the heating time comprises heated time and/or residual heating time.
The heating container can be an electric kettle or other containers capable of heating liquid. Similar to the embodiment, the electric kettle in fig. 1 is also taken as an example in the present embodiment.
When the electric kettle is heated, the heating time of the electric kettle can be obtained. Wherein the heating time may include at least one of a heated time and a remaining heating time of the electric kettle. The meaning of the heated time and the remaining heated time is described in detail in the first embodiment, and will not be described here again.
In particular, in the heating time of the electric kettle, the obtaining process of the heated time is easier, and the controller only needs to start the heating element and time at the same time. In order to obtain the residual heating time of the electric kettle, the electric kettle needs to detect and estimate the heating condition of the electric kettle, so that the heating process can be completed only by estimating how long according to the heating state of the liquid in the electric kettle at present, and the time is used as the residual heating time to indicate.
S102, displaying heating time by utilizing a plurality of indicator light bands on the heating container, wherein different indicator light bands in the plurality of indicator light bands correspond to different heating times.
After the heating time is obtained, the current heating time can be displayed through a plurality of indicator light strips arranged on the electric kettle. Wherein, since the indicator light strip has a plurality of indicator light strips, different heating times can be indicated by the on or off of different indicator light strips. At this time, when the heating process of the electric kettle reaches a certain heating time or a certain residual heating time is still remained, the user can be prompted by the corresponding indication lamp belt being on or off, so that the user can know the current heating time of the electric kettle only by rough observation. The corresponding heating time can be indicated by lighting one indicating lamp strip each time, or by lighting a plurality of indicating lamp strips each time and indicating the corresponding heating time by different lighting combinations of the plurality of indicating lamp strips.
Specifically, in step S101, when the remaining heating time of the electric kettle needs to be obtained, since the remaining heating time cannot be directly counted up, it is necessary to detect the heating state of the electric kettle and estimate the remaining heating time according to the heating state. Wherein, as an alternative embodiment, the heating time includes a remaining heating time. Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a heating time acquisition process according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, step S101 specifically includes:
s201, acquiring the temperature rise in unit time when the heating container is heated.
Among them, it is generally considered that the temperature rise per unit time of the liquid in the heating vessel such as an electric kettle is approximately constant when the liquid is heated. At this time, the temperature rise per unit time may be obtained by detecting a temperature difference generated when the electric kettle is heated for a preset time, and dividing the temperature difference by the preset time. For example, when the electric kettle is heating, the temperature of the liquid at the first time point is T1, and the heating is continued for a preset time, for example, 15 seconds, then the second time point is reached, and the temperature of the liquid is T2, so that the temperature rise in unit time is t= (T2-T1)/15. The temperature rise in unit time can be obtained. And estimating the subsequent time according to the temperature rise in the unit time.
S202, determining the residual heating time according to the temperature rise in unit time and the residual heating temperature of the heating container, wherein the residual heating temperature of the heating container is the difference between the target temperature of the heating container and the current temperature of the heating container.
After the temperature rise in unit time is obtained, the temperature of the liquid needs to be increased according to the target temperature of the electric kettle, namely the temperature to be heated by the liquid and the current temperature of the electric kettle, and the temperature is the residual heating temperature of the electric kettle. The ratio of the residual heating temperature of the electric kettle to the temperature rise of the liquid in the electric kettle in unit time is the residual heating time.
As an alternative embodiment, the step of displaying the heating time in step S102, that is, using a plurality of indicator light strips on the heating container, may specifically include:
and turning on a first indicator light strip in the plurality of indicator light strips and turning off other indicator light strips except the first indicator light strip in the plurality of indicator light strips so as to indicate the corresponding heating time of the first indicator light strip.
In this way, the heating time corresponding to the first indicator light strip can be carried out by lighting and lighting of a single first indicator light strip in the plurality of indicator light strips each time, and at this time, because the other indicator light strips are in the off state, the first indicator light strip can emit more obvious light to prompt. When the heating time is over and a new heating time is needed to be displayed, the other first indicator light belt is lighted, so that the new heating time is displayed. The time corresponding to the first indicator light bands can be the same or different, and the time period of the heating time corresponding to each indicator light band can be adjusted according to the needs of users.
For example, three indicator light strips 3 can be arranged on the electric kettle in fig. 1, and each indicator light strip corresponds to a heating time in the range of 5 minutes. When the electric kettle is heated, the outer layer indicator light belt 33 is on when reaching the last 15 minutes, and other indicator light belts are off; when the last 10 minutes are reached, the middle indicator strip 32 is on and the other indicator strips are off; when the last 5 minutes is reached, the inner layer indicator strip 31 is lit, and the middle layer indicator strip 32 and the outer layer indicator strip 33 are extinguished. And (5) until the residual heating time is 0, finishing heating at the moment, and stopping heating the electric kettle.
Wherein, further, first pilot lamp area can take on a plurality of different states and outward appearance when lighting. Specifically, the lighting state of the first indicator light strip when the first indicator light strip is lighted includes one of the following: a normally-on state, a cycle-on state, or a respiratory lamp state, etc. Thus, different display effects can be formed depending on different lighting states. The specific lighting performance of the first indicator light strip in the above three states is described in detail in the first embodiment, and will not be described herein.
Thus, to highlight the importance of a certain remaining heating time, a certain indicator light strip may be caused to assume a different lighting state from other indicator light strips. For example, in order to make the user feel more intuitive, when the rest of the indicator light strips are always on, one of the indicator light strips can be in a circulating on state when being on, namely, the ticker-like on effect is shown.
And because the heating time of the heating container comprises at least one of the heated time and the residual heating time, when the first indicator light strip has a plurality of different lighting states, the lighting states of the first indicator light strip when the first indicator light strip displays the heated time and the residual heating time can be different. In this way, the display of the heated time and the remaining heated time can be realized respectively by the different lighting states of the first indicator light strip. For example, the first indicator light band may be set to a normally-on state when the remaining heating time is displayed, and set to a breathing light state when the heated time is displayed. The electric kettle can also display the residual heating time or the heated time respectively through switching.
Specifically, taking the electric kettle with three indicator light bands as an example, when the outer indicator light band is lighted in the form of a breathing light, the electric kettle is indicated to be heated for 10 minutes; when the middle-layer indicator light belt is lightened in the form of a breathing light, the electric kettle is heated for 20 minutes; when the inner layer indicator light belt is lighted and is in a breathing light type lighting state, the inner layer indicator light belt is heated for 30 minutes. Therefore, a user can acquire the heating time according to the lighting condition of the indication lamp belt, and pay attention to the electric kettle or perform tasks such as timing feeding. When the indicator light belt is in a breathing light state, the breathing interval can be set manually.
Generally, in order to clearly display the heating time, the number of the indicator light strips on the electric kettle is generally smaller, so that if the heating time of the electric kettle is longer, in order to display the heating time of the electric kettle by a limited number of indicator light strips, each indicator light strip can correspond to a relatively accurate heating time as much as possible, the heating temperature display method of the embodiment may further include the following steps:
and when the residual heating time is greater than a preset threshold value, keeping the plurality of indicator light bands in an off state.
Therefore, when the residual heating time is greater than the preset threshold value, the electric kettle is heated for a longer period of time, and the indicator light strips can be in an off state until the residual heating time is less than or equal to the preset threshold value, namely, after the electric kettle is heated to a certain period, the indicator light strips are turned on to display the user. Still take the electric kettle in fig. 1 as an example, when the remaining heating time is greater than 15 minutes, all three indicator light strips are kept in an off state.
In addition, when the heating of the electric kettle is completed, the user should be reminded that the liquid in the electric kettle has been boiled, but the movement of the single indicator strip may not be able to bring enough attention to the user, so the heating temperature display method of the embodiment may further include the following steps:
when the heating of the liquid in the heating container is completed, all the indicator light strips are kept in a lighting state.
Because when the heating is incomplete, only the individual indicator light bands are usually lightened, and when the liquid heating is completed, all the indicator light bands are lightened, so that the visual effects of the indicator light bands are quite different when the heating is incomplete and the heating is completed, a user is reminded of noticing the state of the electric kettle, and a good prompting effect is ensured. Still take the electric kettle with three indicator light bands in fig. 1 as an example, when the remaining heating time is 0, all the three indicator light bands will be turned on to indicate to the user that the heating is completed.
The two steps of keeping the plurality of indicator light strips turned off and the plurality of indicator light strips turned on may be used in the heating temperature display method of the present embodiment at the same time, or alternatively may be used in the heating temperature display method provided in the present embodiment, and how to apply the method may be specifically determined according to the actual heating state.
In this embodiment, the heating time display method specifically includes the following steps: firstly, obtaining heating time of a heating container, wherein the heating time comprises heated time and/or residual heating time; and then displaying the heating time by utilizing a plurality of indicator light bands on the heating container, wherein different indicator light bands in the plurality of indicator light bands correspond to different heating times. The heating container can be turned on or off by utilizing the indicator light strip with obvious visual effect, so that a user can easily observe the change of the indicator light strip, the current heating time of the heating container is known, and the reaction is convenient to timely perform.
