The invention changes the printing on the print wheel in real time by the rotation number of the metering wheel, and can correspondingly display the printing content on the display screen.

The print wheel is a tool for printing, and is applied to printing products in various industries, such as: wires, cables, telephone lines, etc. The surface marking method of the cable product mainly comprises two kinds of printing ink (namely printing by an ink character wheel and printing by an ink jet printer) and hot-pressing printing. At present, the surface printing of the cable product mainly adopts printing ink printing. The printing of the ink print wheel is realized by utilizing the thermoplasticity of the surface of the cable extruded from the extruder, utilizing the pinch roller to clamp the lead wire between the print wheel and the pinch roller, and utilizing the pressure of the pinch roller to the lead wire to lead the lead wire to form friction force between the print wheels, so that the print wheel synchronously rotates along with the advancing of the lead wire, and the mark is printed on the surface of the cable.
The prior character wheel has the characters fixed on the periphery surface when the printer leaves a factory, and the character wheel capable of changing the characters at present is inconvenient in that the characters need to be manually replaced one by one.

In order to solve the problem that the prior print wheel can not change the printing or needs to be manually replaced in the background technology, the invention provides an automatic meter print wheel capable of automatically changing.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the automatic metering type-printing wheel includes ink nozzle and ink scraping sheet, the ink nozzle is used for spraying ink to the type-printing wheel, and the ink scraping sheet is used for scraping excess ink on the type-printing wheel, so that the type-printing wheel can be used for printing on the surface of product. The automatic meter counting type-in wheel further comprises a metering wheel and a printing wheel, wherein a printing opening is formed in the peripheral side face of the metering wheel, the printing wheel is installed at the printing opening, different printing characters are arranged on the peripheral side face of the printing wheel, a single-chip microcomputer, a pressure sensor and a motor are arranged in the metering wheel and are electrically connected with the single-chip microcomputer, a counter is arranged in the single-chip microcomputer, the counter counts according to a sending signal of the pressure sensor, and the motor drives the printing wheel to rotate different printing characters to the printing opening.
The counter counts three times in one cycle of the metering wheel rotation.
The counter counts according to the signal of the pressure sensor, and counts for the first time when the counter contacts with the product, counts for the second time when the counter contacts with the ink nozzle, and counts for the third time when the counter contacts with the ink scraping sheet.
After the counter counts a second time in one cycle, the printing press rotates.
The number of the printing wheels is four, and when the counting quantity of the counter reaches an integral multiple of 2, the first printing wheel rotates; when the count of the counter reaches an integral multiple of 20, the second printing wheel rotates; when the count of the counter reaches an integral multiple of 200, the third printing wheel rotates; when the count of the counter reaches an integer multiple of 2000, the fourth print wheel rotates.
The metering wheel is provided with a display screen, and the display screen is electrically connected with the MCU.
Preferably, the printing on the printing wheel is 0 to 9 digits.

The counter U3 counts three times in one rotation of the metering wheel 4, and the counter U3 counts according to the signal of the pressure sensor U1, counts for the first time when contacting the cable, counts for the second time when contacting the ink nozzle 1, and counts for the third time when contacting the ink scraping sheet 2. After the counter U3 counts for the second time in a period, the singlechip MCU controls the motor U2 to rotate the printing wheel 5; after the third counting, the display screen U4 displays the corresponding printing of the printing wheel at the moment.
When the count of the counter U3 reaches an integer multiple of 2, the first printing wheel rotates; when the counting number of the counter is an integer multiple of 20, the second printing wheel rotates; when the counting number of the counter is an integer multiple of 200, the third printing wheel rotates; when the count number of the counter is an integer multiple of 2000, the fourth print wheel rotates.
