s2, after installation, firstly judging that a normal air pressure value in the wire harness body (2) needs to be input, wherein the air pressure value lower than 10kpa is an alarm threshold value, then inputting the alarm threshold value into a data comparator (29) through a key (32), and using the alarm threshold value as comparison data, a central processing unit (28) opens an airtight detector body (1), the airtight detector body (1) blows air for 5 seconds to the wire harness body (2) with the air pressure of 15kpa, and then the detector performs a pressure maintaining process of 15-16kpa within 30 seconds;
S3, the air pressure sensor (31) detects the air pressure value in the wire harness body (2), then the detected value is transmitted to the data comparator (29), the detected air pressure value is compared with the alarm threshold value in the data comparator (29), the data comparator (29) feeds the alarm threshold value back to the central processing unit (28) through the feedback module (34), if the air pressure value is lower than the alarm threshold value, the air pressure value in the wire harness body (2) is lower, and meanwhile the central processing unit (28) can open the control switch (33) to enable the alarm (30) to start working, so that the air tightness of the wire harness body (2) can be judged;
S4, when the wire harness body (2) needs to be disassembled, the pressure head (23) is pressed, and the pressure head (23) extrudes the clamping block (21) clamped in the clamping groove (22) through the buffer force of the clamping spring, so that the clamping block (21) extrudes out of the clamping groove (22), and the effect of convenient disassembly is achieved.
