the ice crushing hob is driven by the power platform to vertically descend and contact with the ice surface, so that the ice surface is vertically crushed layer by rotating when the ice crushing hob descends, and ice generated by crushing is thrown backwards;
driving the moving vehicle to move so as to drive the ice crushing hob to horizontally move;
and after the ice crushing is finished, the power platform drives the ice crushing hob to vertically ascend and leave the ice surface.
