背景技术
高端冰箱生产不仅体现在好的功能(保鲜、智能、风冷等)上,外观对于客户体验来说也是尤为重要的。在冰箱生产制造行业,发泡漏液一直是困扰行业的难题,市场因发泡漏液清理不彻底及清理过程中带来的箱壳划痕、刮印,严重影响高端冰箱的外观品质。为了解决上述问题,各冰箱制造企业从结构设计、堵漏材料优化及专业清洁设备等方面投入大量的人力、物力及财力成本。然而,并未从源头上解决发泡漏液问题。
其中,水管接头密封表现的尤为明显,由于水管密封不严导致发泡漏液堵住水管接头会直接导致箱体整机报废。传统水管接头密封多以聚丙烯胶带、PU粘胶海绵现场拼接贴覆防漏为主,现场防漏泡效果差且效率低。

本发明为一种冰箱水管接头密封件,包括衬纸层和密封层,所述密封层与衬纸层相接触的一表面设有一压敏胶层,所述密封层的另一表面复合有一层PE薄膜;所述密封层与衬纸层易撕粘连;
所述密封层上设有一与水管相配合的通孔,所述通孔依次贯穿密封层和衬纸层;
所述通孔对应处的衬纸层上设有一半切部。
进一步地,所述PE薄膜的厚度为1-3μm。
进一步地,所述密封层材料为一PE粘胶海绵层、橡塑粘胶海绵层和牛皮纸胶带层中的一种;所述密封层的厚度为0.1-3mm。
进一步地,所述压敏胶层采用热熔胶系、油性亚克力胶系、橡胶型胶系、水性亚克力胶系及硅胶系中的其中任一种。
进一步地,所述半切部的形状与水管接头相匹配。
进一步地,使用时先把半切部的衬纸撕掉贴到水管上,包装出库,到客户处使用时然后撕掉所有的衬纸层贴在冰箱内胆上即可。
进一步地,所述密封层以重量组份计包括如下组份:聚乙烯60-70份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物4-6份,钙粉1-3份,交联剂0.7-0.9份,氧化锌0.4-0.7份,发泡剂9-12份,十溴二苯乙烷8-11份,三氧化二锑3-5份,色母0.2-0.4份。
进一步地,所述交联剂选用过氧化二异丙苯。
进一步地,所述发泡剂选用偶氮二甲酰胺。
一种冰箱水管接头密封件的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:按配方配比称取各组分原材料并放入混合装置中充分高速搅拌混合后,高压发泡后制备出密封层卷材;
步骤2:将密封层卷材置于涂胶机上在一表面上涂胶,并复合PE膜;
步骤3:在密封层卷材另一面涂覆压敏胶并附衬纸形成衬纸层;
步骤4:通过分切机将涂胶覆膜后密封层卷材分切成片材,然后片材通过刀模制备出具有通孔和半切部的密封件。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过将密封件衬纸层、密封层和半切部设置为一体式结构,且设有一通孔,通过将密封件在衬纸层设置预埋半切部,半切部与水管接头底座形状相同并进行预粘接,实现了水管接头与密封件模块化组件供货,同时在密封件上设置有衬纸层为一易撕结构,解决了传统水管接头密封多以聚丙烯胶带、PU粘胶海绵现场拼接贴覆防漏效果差导致箱体报废且效率低的难题。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种冰箱水管接头密封件,包括衬纸层2和密封层1,密封层1与衬纸层2相接触的一表面设有一压敏胶层,密封层1的另一表面复合有一层PE薄膜;密封层1与衬纸层2易撕粘连;
密封层1上设有一与水管相配合的通孔3,通孔3依次贯穿密封层1和衬纸层2;
通孔3对应处的衬纸层2上设有一半切部4。
优选地,PE薄膜的厚度为1-3μm。
优选地,密封层1材料为一PE粘胶海绵层、橡塑粘胶海绵层和牛皮纸胶带层中的一种;密封层1的厚度为0.1-3mm。
优选地,压敏胶层采用热熔胶系、油性亚克力胶系、橡胶型胶系、水性亚克力胶系及硅胶系中的其中任一种。
优选地,半切部4的形状与水管接头相匹配。
优选地,使用时先把半切部4的衬纸撕掉贴到水管上,包装出库,到客户处使用时然后撕掉所有的衬纸层2贴在冰箱内胆上即可。
实施例2
一种冰箱水管接头密封件的密封层1以重量组份计包括如下组份:聚乙烯70份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物6份,钙粉3份,交联剂0.9份,氧化锌0.7份,发泡剂12份,十溴二苯乙烷11份,三氧化二锑5份,色母0.4份。
实施例3
一种冰箱水管接头密封件的密封层1以重量组份计包括如下组份:聚乙烯65份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5份,钙粉2份,交联剂0.8份,氧化锌0.5份,发泡剂11份,十溴二苯乙烷9份,三氧化二锑4份,色母0.3份。
实施例4
一种冰箱水管接头密封件的密封层1以重量组份计包括如下组份:聚乙烯61份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物4.5份,钙粉1.5份,交联剂0.75份,氧化锌0.6份,发泡剂9份,十溴二苯乙烷8份,三氧化二锑3.5份,色母0.25份。
实施例5
一种冰箱水管接头密封件的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:按配方配比称取各组分原材料并放入混合装置中充分高速搅拌混合后,高压发泡后制备出密封层1卷材;
步骤2:将密封层1卷材置于涂胶机上在一表面上涂胶,并复合PE膜;
步骤3:在密封层1卷材另一面涂覆压敏胶并附衬纸形成衬纸层2;
步骤4:通过分切机将涂胶覆膜后密封层1卷材分切成片材,然后片材通过刀模制备出具有通孔3和半切部4的密封件。

Claims (9)
1.一种冰箱水管接头密封件,包括衬纸层(2)和密封层(1),其特征在于:所述密封层(1)与衬纸层(2)相接触的一表面设有一压敏胶层,所述密封层(1)的另一表面复合有一层PE薄膜;
所述密封层(1)上设有一与水管相配合的通孔(3),所述通孔(3)依次贯穿密封层(1)和衬纸层(2);
所述通孔(3)对应处的衬纸层(2)上设有一半切部(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱水管接头密封件,其特征在于,所述PE薄膜的厚度为1-3μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱水管接头密封件,其特征在于,所述密封层(1)材料为一PE粘胶海绵层、橡塑粘胶海绵层和牛皮纸胶带层中的一种;所述密封层(1)的厚度为0.1-3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱水管接头密封件,其特征在于,所述压敏胶层采用热熔胶系、油性亚克力胶系、橡胶型胶系、水性亚克力胶系及硅胶系中的其中任一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱水管接头密封件,其特征在于,所述半切部(4)的形状与水管接头相匹配。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱水管接头密封件,其特征在于,所述密封层(1)以重量组份计包括如下组份:聚乙烯60-70份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物4-6份,钙粉1-3份,交联剂0.7-0.9份,氧化锌0.4-0.7份,发泡剂9-12份,十溴二苯乙烷8-11份,三氧化二锑3-5份,色母0.2-0.4份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种冰箱水管接头密封件,其特征在于,所述交联剂选用过氧化二异丙苯。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种冰箱水管接头密封件,其特征在于,所述发泡剂选用偶氮二甲酰胺。
9.一种冰箱水管接头密封件的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:按配方配比称取各组分原材料并放入混合装置中充分高速搅拌混合后,高压发泡后制备出密封层(1)卷材;
步骤2:将密封层(1)卷材置于涂胶机上在一表面上涂胶,并复合PE膜;
步骤3:在密封层(1)卷材另一面涂覆压敏胶并附衬纸形成衬纸层(2);
步骤4:通过分切机将涂胶覆膜后密封层(1)卷材分切成片材,然后片材通过刀模制备出具有通孔(3)和半切部(4)的密封件。
