Abstract

本发明涉及一种氧化铝空心球窑炉砖,由原料氧化铝空心球、氧化铝粉、板状刚玉细粉、高温膨胀剂制成;所述制成氧化铝空心球窑炉砖的原料重量配比为:氧化铝空心球65%‑76%;氧化铝粉7%‑10%;板状刚玉细粉8%‑12%;高温膨胀剂9%‑13%。本发明的氧化铝空心球砖以氧化铝空心球为主体材料,利用其高的气孔率和氧化铝含量,从而使氧化铝空心球窑炉砖具备耐高温和保温的效果;氧化铝粉的加入可以促进烧结并填充球与球之间的空隙,而且氧化铝粉本身具有杂质少、转化率高、收缩率稳定、一致性好的优势,更有利于高品质氧化铝空心球窑炉砖的形成。

一种氧化铝空心球窑炉砖
技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料,具体说是一种氧化铝空心球窑炉砖。
背景技术
随着经济的大力发展,与一般的砖相比,氧化铝空心球砖由于其氧化铝含量高、耐火度高(能达到耐火度1750℃以上)、强度高、保温效果好,已经成为砌筑高温窑炉的首选材料,并广泛应用于陶瓷高温窑炉,它既可做隔热保温材料,也可用于高温工作衬里材料。现有技术的氧化铝空心球窑炉砖气孔率高,导热系数高,膨胀系数大,在窑炉的使用过程中,由于工艺过程中的冷热交替,会产生大的热应力,故而使空心球窑炉砖容易产生裂纹,甚至会导致窑砖剥落,使得窑炉的整体使用寿命大大缩短。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种抗剥落的氧化铝空心球窑炉砖。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种氧化铝空心球窑炉砖,由原料氧化铝空心球、氧化铝粉、板状刚玉细粉、高温膨胀剂制成;所述制成氧化铝空心球窑炉砖的原料重量配比为:
氧化铝空心球 65%-76%;
氧化铝粉 7%-12%;
板状刚玉细粉 8%-12%;
高温膨胀剂 9%-13%。
作为优选,所述高温膨胀剂为硅酸铝系高温材料。
作为优选,所述板状刚玉细粉的粒径为300-350目,可以选用白刚玉、亚白刚玉及棕刚玉中的一种,或是其中至少两种矿物细粉的混合体。
作为优选,所述氧化铝空心球的氧化铝含量≥99.5%。
本发明提供的氧化铝空心球窑炉砖,采用氧化铝空心球、氧化铝粉、板状刚玉细粉、高温膨胀剂为原材料,对传统的制造所述氧化铝空心球窑炉砖的原材料进行改进,提供一种膨胀系数低、导热系数低、耐高温度强、抗剥落的氧化铝空心球窑炉砖。
具体来说,氧化铝空心球砖以氧化铝空心球为主体材料,利用其高的气孔率和氧化铝含量,从而使氧化铝空心球窑炉砖具备耐高温和保温的效果;氧化铝粉的加入可以促进烧结并填充球与球之间的空隙,而且氧化铝粉本身具有杂质少、转化率高、收缩率稳定、一致性好的优势,更有利于高品质氧化铝空心球窑炉砖的形成;板状刚玉细粉的加入是利用板状刚玉的片状的晶体结构起到稳定基质的作用,增强热稳定性;高温膨胀剂加入后,在高温下会产生第二相,即莫来石晶相,可以降低材料的热膨胀系数,引入第二相的同时也会带来微观结构的微裂纹,微小的裂纹在使用中会吸收一部分热应力,改善砖体对热应力破坏的适应性。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优势:
1、使用温度高:可达1750度以上,热稳定性好,重烧线变化率小,使用更长久;
2、优化结构,减轻炉体重量:现在用耐高温材料都属于重质砖体积密度为2.6-3.0g/cm,而氧化铝空心球砖只有1.1~1.5g/cm,同样一立方米体积,使用氧化铝空心球砖可以减轻1.1-1.9吨重量
3、节约材料:达到同样的使用温度,如使用重质砖其价格和氧化铝空心球砖价格相当,而且还需要相当可观的保温层耐火材料。如果使用氧化铝空心球砖,每立方米可节省1.1-1.9吨重质砖的使用量,更可节省80%的耐火保温材料。
4、节省能源:氧化铝空心球有明显的保温特性,导热系数低,可以起到很好的保温效果,减少热量散发,提高热效率,从而起到节约能源的目的。节能效果可达30%以上。

下面将详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
下面以三个实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种氧化铝空心球窑炉砖,由原料氧化铝空心球、氧化铝粉、板状刚玉细粉、高温膨胀剂制成,所述制成氧化铝空心球窑炉砖的原料重量配比为:
氧化铝空心球 65%;
氧化铝粉 10%;
板状刚玉细粉 12%;
高温膨胀剂 13%;
其中,所述高温膨胀剂为:硅酸铝系高温材料。所述板状刚玉细粉,其粒径为300目;所述氧化铝空心球的氧化铝含量≥99.5%。
实施例2
一种氧化铝空心球窑炉砖,由原料氧化铝空心球、氧化铝粉、板状刚玉细粉、高温膨胀剂制成,所述制成氧化铝空心球窑炉砖的原料重量配比为:
氧化铝空心球 76%;
氧化铝粉 7%;
板状刚玉细粉 8%;
高温膨胀剂 9%;
其中,所述高温膨胀剂为:硅酸铝系高温材料。所述板状刚玉细粉,其粒径为325目;所述氧化铝空心球的氧化铝含量≥99.5%。
实施例3
一种氧化铝空心球窑炉砖,由原料氧化铝空心球、氧化铝粉、板状刚玉细粉、高温膨胀剂制成,所述制成氧化铝空心球窑炉砖的原料重量配比为:
氧化铝空心球 70%;
氧化铝粉 12%;
板状刚玉细粉 10%;
高温膨胀剂 10%;
其中,所述高温膨胀剂为:硅酸铝系高温材料。所述板状刚玉细粉,其粒径为350目;所述氧化铝空心球的氧化铝含量≥99.5%。
对上述实施例1-3制备的产品进行检测,其结果如下表:
从以上实测指标可以看出,本发明的氧化铝空心球砖比现有技术生产的氧化铝空心球砖体积密度小、耐压强度高、导热系数小,性能更好。

1.一种氧化铝空心球窑炉砖,其特征在于:由原料氧化铝空心球、氧化铝粉、板状刚玉细粉、高温膨胀剂制成氧化铝空心球窑炉砖。
2.根据权利要求1所述氧化铝空心球窑炉砖,其特征在于:所述制成氧化铝空心球窑炉砖的原料重量配比为:
氧化铝空心球 65%-76%;
氧化铝粉 7%-12%;
板状刚玉细粉 8%-12%;
高温膨胀剂 9%-13%。
3.根据权利要求2所述氧化铝空心球窑炉砖,其特征在于:所述高温膨胀剂为硅酸铝系高温材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述氧化铝空心球窑炉砖,其特征在于:所述板状刚玉细粉的粒径为300-350目。
5.根据权利要求4所述氧化铝空心球窑炉砖,其特征在于:所述氧化铝空心球的氧化铝含量≥99.5%。
