The invention relates to a separable train carriage sleeper device which comprises a berth and a cat ladder, wherein the berth comprises a lower berth, a middle berth and an upper berth, the upper berth (4) is of a separable structure and comprises an inner berth (41) and an outer berth (42), the inner berth (41) is fixed on a carriage wall, and the outer berth (42) is installed on the carriage wall through a height adjusting mechanism. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of meeting the space requirement of the passengers on the upper berth when sitting up, taking the comfort level of the passengers on the middle berth into consideration, facilitating the charging of the passengers and the like.
