Detailed Description
The invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and the specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the hugging brake system controlled by the push rod motor comprises a push rod motor 1, a hydraulic main pump 2, an oil pressure sensor 3, a brake caliper 4 and a brake disc 5, wherein the brake caliper 4 and the brake disc 5 are arranged near a tire, and the brake caliper 4 and the brake disc 5 are matched to form a brake actuating mechanism so as to finish the braking operation of a vehicle. The push rod motor 1 is connected with the hydraulic main pump 2, the hydraulic main pump 2 is pushed to generate pressure by utilizing the driving action of the push rod motor 1, hydraulic oil is transmitted to the oil pressure sensor 3 after passing through the hydraulic main pump 2 and the oil way 6, the oil pressure sensor 3 senses that the oil hydraulic pressure generates a braking operation instruction, and the braking executing mechanism is controlled to complete braking, so that the electronically controlled band-type brake is realized.
In the preferred embodiment, each caliper 4 and disc 5 form a set, corresponding in number to the number of tires, i.e. each tire corresponds to a set of brake actuators, according to a front-to-rear left-to-right division of the vehicle. In this example, the four groups are left front, left rear, right front and right rear. In specific application, a mode of independently controlling each group of brake actuating mechanisms can be considered, and a mode of combined control can also be adopted.
