1. Inhale piece device, its characterized in that: the device comprises a supporting seat for positioning and supporting the thin strip, a cutter for cutting the thin strip on the supporting seat into a discharging sheet, a pusher for pushing the cutter to cut the thin strip, a suction needle for adsorbing the sheet and a moving mechanism for driving the suction needle to be adjacent to and far away from the thin strip, wherein an inner hole of the suction needle is smaller than the width of the thin strip, and the suction needle is arranged on the moving mechanism; the supporting seat is internally provided with a positioning hole for the thin strip to pass through and extend out of the front end of the supporting seat, the upper inner surface and the lower inner surface of the positioning hole are both planar, the cutter is positioned at the front end of the supporting seat, and the suction needle is positioned above the cutter; and when the suction needle is in a lower stroke position close to the supporting seat: the lower end of the suction needle is positioned above the positioning hole and is arranged at intervals with the upper inner surface of the positioning hole;
the front end face of the supporting seat comprises a plane section and an inclined surface section which is obliquely extended from the plane section, the cutting edge of the cutter is attached to the plane section, the inclined surface section is positioned on one side of the plane section, which is close to the suction needle, the positioning hole extends to the plane section, an included angle between the inclined surface section and the plane section is an obtuse angle, and an included angle between the inclined surface section and the upper inner surface of the positioning hole is an acute angle;
the intersection line of the inclined surface section and the plane section is collinear with the front end of the upper inner surface of the positioning hole;
the axial direction of the suction needle is parallel to the plane section, and the top surface of the cutter is a plane perpendicular to the plane section.
2. The suction sheet device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the middle part of the supporting seat in the width direction is provided with a convex block in a protruding way, and the plane section and the inclined plane section are both positioned on the convex block.
3. A suction sheet device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the support seat is provided with a slot communicated with the positioning hole, and the moving mechanism is provided with a jackscrew which is used for extending into the slot to press the thin strip.
