本发明公开了一种以粪便为燃料的猪舍增温***,所述燃烧室的前部安装有燃气燃烧器,所述燃烧室的后部与换热器的烟气进口相连接,所述换热器的冷空入口与循环风机的出口相连接,循环风机的进口与回风管的出口相连接,所述回风管与回风罩相通,所述换热器的热空气出口与供风管相连接,所述供风管与供风罩相通,所述供风罩和回风罩均安装在猪舍内,所述燃气燃烧器与气化炉的燃气出口相连接,所述气化炉下部的内腔中设置水平方向的空气管,空气管上设有排灰用的间隙,所述空气管的下部设有若干个通孔,所述空气管的两端与空气集箱相通,本发明具有清洁环保的优点,能够实现粪便能源化、无害化、资源化利用。

技术领域
本发明属于废弃物处理技术领域,具体涉及一种以粪便为燃料的猪舍增温***。
背景技术
随着中国畜牧业的快速发展,畜禽生产所导致的畜禽粪便排放日趋加重,严重影响了中国农业可持续发展。畜禽粪便排放的大量增加给农村生态环境带来了沉重的压力,并严重影响中国农业可持续发展。在传统的生产方式中,农户将畜禽粪便收集起来并还田,从而减少了对邻近水资源和大气的污染。但是,从20世纪60年代“绿色革命”以来,传统的有机肥在很大程度上被化肥替代,大量的畜禽粪便未经处理就直接排放,对水体、土壤和空气造成严重的污染,并危及畜禽和人体健康。
畜禽粪便由碳、氢、氧为主要成分为可燃物,其主要组分为挥发分、固定碳、灰分和水分,粪便经干燥后,其热值能够达到2000kcal/kg以上,粪便气化,即高温缺氧的环境下粪便中的可燃组分与空气进行气化反应产生可燃的燃气。如何实现畜禽粪便资源化、能源化、无害化处理成为本技术领域技术人员急需解决的重要问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种以粪便为燃料的猪舍增温***。
一种以粪便为燃料的猪舍增温***,包括气化炉、空气管、燃烧室、换热器,其特征在于:所述燃烧室的前部安装有燃气燃烧器,所述燃烧室的后部与换热器的烟气进口相连接,所述换热器的冷空入口与循环风机的出口相连接,循环风机的进口与回风管的出口相连接,所述回风管与回风罩相通,所述换热器的热空气出口与供风管相连接,所述供风管与供风罩相通,所述供风罩和回风罩均安装在猪舍内,所述燃气燃烧器与气化炉的燃气出口相连接,所述气化炉下部的内腔中设置水平方向的空气管,空气管上设有排灰用的间隙,所述空气管的下部设有若干个通孔,所述空气管的两端与空气集箱相通。
优选地,所述气化炉的进料口与原料给料装置的出口相连接,气化炉底部的排灰口与排灰装置的进口相连接。
优选地,所述燃烧室的侧壁上安装有点火燃烧器。
优选地,所述换热器的烟气出口与烟气处理装置相连接,所述烟气处理装置的出口与引风机相连接,所述引风机与烟囱的进口相连接。
优选地,所述空气集箱的空气进口通过管道与气化鼓风机的出口相连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明在使用时,经干燥后的粪便由原料给料装置给入气化炉中,气化所需的空气气化鼓风机给入空气管并从空气管下部的通孔中进入气化炉,空气和粪便在高温的条件下在气化炉中发生气化反应生成燃气,燃气进入燃气燃烧器喷入燃烧室内燃烧,燃烧产生的高温烟气与循环风机送入的空气换热,加热后的热空气送入猪舍为猪舍增温,同时循环风机从猪舍中抽吸一部分空气。本发明具有节能环保的优点,能够实现粪便资源化、能源化、无害化处理。

参见图1、图2,一种以粪便为燃料的猪舍增温***,包括气化炉2、空气管13、燃烧室3、换热器14,所述燃烧室3的前部安装有燃气燃烧器4,所述燃烧室3的后部与换热器14的烟气进口相连接,所述换热器14的冷空入口与循环风机16的出口相连接,循环风机16的进口与回风管8的出口相连接,所述回风管8与回风罩9相通,所述换热器14的热空气出口与供风管6相连接,所述供风管6与供风罩7相通,所述供风罩7和回风罩9均安装在猪舍内,所述燃气燃烧器4与气化炉2的燃气出口相连接,所述气化炉2下部的内腔中设置水平方向的空气管13,空气管13上设有排灰用的间隙,所述空气管13的下部设有若干个通孔,所述空气管13的两端与空气集箱12相通,气化炉2的进料口与原料给料装置1的出口相连接,气化炉2底部的排灰口与排灰装置11的进口相连接,所述燃烧室3的侧壁上安装有点火燃烧器5,所述换热器14的烟气出口与烟气处理装置15相连接,所述烟气处理装置15的出口与引风机17相连接,所述引风机17与烟囱18的进口相连接,所述空气集箱12的空气进口通过管道与气化鼓风机10的出口相连接。
本发明的工作原理是:
本发明在使用时,经干燥后的粪便由原料给料装置1给入气化炉2中,气化所需的空气气化鼓风机10给入空气管13并从空气管13下部的通孔中进入气化炉2,空气和粪便在高温的条件下在气化炉2中发生气化反应生成燃气,燃气进入燃气燃烧器4喷入燃烧室3内燃烧,燃烧产生的高温烟气与循环风机16送入的空气换热,加热后的热空气送入猪舍为猪舍增温,同时循环风机16从猪舍中抽吸一部分空气。本发明具有节能环保的优点,能够实现粪便资源化、能源化、无害化处理。

1.一种以粪便为燃料的猪舍增温***,包括气化炉(2)、空气管(13)、燃烧室(3)、换热器(14),其特征在于:所述燃烧室(3)的前部安装有燃气燃烧器(4),所述燃烧室(3)的后部与换热器(14)的烟气进口相连接,所述换热器(14)的冷空入口与循环风机(16)的出口相连接,循环风机(16)的进口与回风管(8)的出口相连接,所述回风管(8)与回风罩(9)相通,所述换热器(14)的热空气出口与供风管(6)相连接,所述供风管(6)与供风罩(7)相通,所述供风罩(7)和回风罩(9)均安装在猪舍内,所述燃气燃烧器(4)与气化炉(2)的燃气出口相连接,所述气化炉(2)下部的内腔中设置水平方向的空气管(13),空气管(13)上设有排灰用的间隙,所述空气管(13)的下部设有若干个通孔,所述空气管(13)的两端与空气集箱(12)相通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种以粪便为燃料的猪舍增温***,其特征在于:所述气化炉(2)的进料口与原料给料装置(1)的出口相连接,气化炉(2)底部的排灰口与排灰装置(11)的进口相连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种以粪便为燃料的猪舍增温***,其特征在于:所述燃烧室(3)的侧壁上安装有点火燃烧器(5)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种以粪便为燃料的猪舍增温***,其特征在于:所述换热器(14)的烟气出口与烟气处理装置(15)相连接,所述烟气处理装置(15)的出口与引风机(17)相连接,所述引风机(17)与烟囱(18)的进口相连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种以粪便为燃料的猪舍增温***,其特征在于:所述空气集箱(12)的空气进口通过管道与气化鼓风机(10)的出口相连接。
