Therefore, the commercial power wire holder assembly 100 can be hung on the casing of the outdoor unit 200 through the hook 5211, the structure is simple, and the reliability of connection between the outdoor unit 200 and the commercial power wire holder assembly 100 is improved. Of course, it is understood that the mounting base 1 and the outer casing of the outdoor unit 200 may be connected by screw connection, adhesive connection, or the like.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3-8 and 10-11, the electrical outlet assembly 100 further includes a mounting bracket 5, the mounting bracket 5 is disposed on an outer side wall of the mounting base 1, the mounting bracket 5 is provided with an assembling through hole 5311, and the hook 5211 is disposed on the mounting bracket 5. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 8 and 10 to 11, the mounting bracket 5 is disposed on the left side wall of the mounting base 1, the mounting bracket 5 and the mounting base 1 can be connected by screw connection or adhesive bonding, the mounting through hole 5311 is disposed at the lower end of the mounting bracket 5, and the hook 5211 is disposed at the upper end of the mounting bracket 5, and when the commercial power connection base assembly 100 is mounted to the cabinet of the outdoor unit 200, the hook 5211 can be engaged with the groove, and then the screw can pass through the mounting through hole 5311 to fix the mounting bracket 5 to the cabinet. Therefore, the installation of the mains supply wire holder assembly 100 and the casing of the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is convenient, and the reliability of the connection between the mains supply wire holder assembly 100 and the casing is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 to 8 and fig. 10 to 11, the mounting bracket 5 includes a first plate 51, a second plate 52 and a third plate 53, the first plate 51 is disposed on an outer side wall of the mounting base 1, the second plate 52 and the third plate 53 are respectively disposed on upper and lower ends of the first plate 51, the second plate 52 and the third plate 53 are both formed in an "L" shape, a hook 5211 is disposed on a vertical portion of the second plate 52, and an assembly through hole 5311 is disposed on a vertical portion of the third plate 53.
For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 8 and 10 to 11, the mounting bracket 5 is formed in a thin plate shape, the mounting bracket 5 includes a first plate body 51, a second plate body 52 and a third plate body 53, the first plate body 51 is provided on the left side wall of the mounting base 1, the first plate body 51 and the mounting base 1 are connected by a screw, the second plate body 52 is formed in an "L" shape, the second plate body 52 includes a second horizontal portion 522 and a second vertical portion 521 (shown in fig. 6), the second horizontal portion 522 extends in a direction away from the mounting base 1, a hook 5211 is provided at an upper end of the second vertical portion 521, the second vertical portion 521 is further provided with a connection light hole 5212, and a screw can pass through the connection light hole 5212 to fix the second vertical portion 521 to the cabinet. The third plate body 53 is also formed in an "L" shape, and the third plate body 53 includes a third horizontal portion 532 and a third vertical portion 531 (shown in fig. 6), and a fitting through-hole 5311 is provided on the third vertical portion 531, and a screw may pass through the fitting through-hole 5311 to fix the third vertical portion 531 to the above-mentioned cabinet. Thereby, it is beneficial to further improve the reliability of the connection between the mains connection terminal assembly 100 and the cabinet, and when the rain-proof cover 2 is in the open position, the horizontal portion of the second plate 52 can provide a support surface for the connection plate 21 of the rain-proof cover 2.
The detailed structure of the outlet assembly 100 installed in the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 11. It is to be understood, of course, that the following description is intended to illustrate the invention and not to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, a commercial power terminal assembly 100 installed in an outdoor unit 200 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a mounting base 1, a rain cover 2, a socket 3, a fixing bracket 4, and a mounting bracket 5.
As shown in fig. 3, a mounting bracket 5 is provided on a left side wall of the mounting base 1, and the mounting base 1 is mounted to a left side wall of a casing of the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner via the mounting bracket 5.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the mounting bracket 5 includes a first plate body 51, a second plate body 52 and a third plate body 53, the first plate body 51 is provided on the left side wall of the mounting seat 1, the first plate body 51 and the mounting seat 1 are connected by a screw, the second plate body 52 is formed in an "L" shape, the second plate body 52 includes a second horizontal portion 522 and a second vertical portion 521, the second horizontal portion 522 extends in a direction away from the mounting seat 1, a hook 5211 is provided at an upper end of the second vertical portion 521, a connection light hole 5212 is provided on the second vertical portion 521, and a screw can pass through the connection light hole 5212 to fix the second vertical portion 521 to the cabinet. The third plate body 53 is also formed in an "L" shape, the third plate body 53 includes a third horizontal portion 532 and a third vertical portion 531, an assembly through-hole 5311 is provided on the third vertical portion 531, and a screw may pass through the assembly through-hole 5311 to fix the third vertical portion 531 to the cabinet.
As shown in fig. 3, a placement groove 11 is provided in the mounting seat 1, a front side of the placement groove 11 is opened to form a mounting window, and a threading hole 12 is provided on a bottom wall of the placement groove 11.
Specifically, the left side wall of the placing groove 11 is provided with a fixing bracket 4, a wire releasing cavity 43 with an open right side is defined in the fixing bracket 4, the top wall and the bottom wall of the wire releasing cavity 43 are respectively provided with fixing plates 41 extending towards each other, each fixing plate 41 is provided with a fixing hole 411, the socket 3 is fixed on the fixing bracket 4 by a fixing connector passing through the socket 3 and matching with the fixing hole 411, and one end of the socket 3 facing the mounting bracket 5 is connected with an external power supply wire.
As shown in fig. 3, a wire outlet hole 42 is formed in the bottom wall of the wire releasing chamber 43, the wire outlet hole 42 is located above the wire passing hole 12, and an external power line sequentially passes through the wire outlet hole 42 and the wire passing hole 12 and then passes through the mounting base 1 to be connected with a distribution box of an air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and 6, the rain cover 2 is rotatably disposed on the mounting base 1 between an open position and a closed position, the rain cover 2 includes a connecting plate 21 and a cover body 22 connected to the connecting plate 21, two hooks 211 are disposed on the connecting plate 21, two slots 5221 corresponding to the hooks 211 one by one are disposed on the second horizontal portion 522, a protrusion extending forward is disposed on each hook 211, when each hook 211 extends into the corresponding slot 5221, the protrusion of each hook 211 can abut against the bottom wall of the second horizontal portion 522 (as shown in fig. 8), and the rain cover 2 is matched with the slots 5221 through the hooks 211 to be rotatable relative to the mounting base 1 to switch between the open position and the closed position.
As shown in fig. 9, when the rain shield 2 is rotated to the open position, the connecting plate 21 is rotated to the vertical position, and the shield body 22 is completely separated from the mounting seat 1 to form a mounting space. As shown in fig. 10-11, when the rain shield 2 is rotated to the closed position, the connecting plate 21 is rotated to the horizontal position, the connecting plate 21 is covered on the top of the placing groove 11 and the cover 22 is covered on the mounting window to define a rain-proof space.
As shown in fig. 3, a wire-clamping groove 13 is provided on the bottom wall of the placing groove 11, an inlet of the wire-clamping groove 13 is located on the free end surface of the bottom wall of the placing groove 11, elastic wire-clamping protrusions 131 are provided on opposite side walls of the wire-clamping groove 13, and the elastic wire-clamping protrusions 131 are provided adjacent to the inlet of the wire-clamping groove 13.
Specifically, for example, when a tool connected with the mains supply needs to be connected to the socket 3, the rain-proof cover 2 is firstly opened to the open position, then a power line of the tool connected with the mains supply needs to be connected to the socket 3, then the power line of the tool connected with the mains supply needs to be led out from the wire clamping groove 13 at the bottom of the mounting seat 1, and finally the rain-proof cover 2 is switched to the closed position to define a rain-proof space.
Other configurations and operations of the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A mains connection socket assembly installed on an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the mounting seat is suitable for being mounted on the air conditioner outdoor unit;
the rain cover is arranged on the mounting seat in a rotatable or movable manner between an opening position and a closing position;
the socket is arranged on the mounting seat, the socket is connected with an external power line, the external power line extends out of the mounting seat, at least one part of the rain cover is separated from the mounting seat at the opening position to form a mounting window, the rain cover is matched with the mounting seat at the closing position to limit a rain-proof space, and the mounting seat is positioned in the rain-proof space;
the socket is arranged on the inner wall of the placing groove and is opposite to the mounting window in arrangement, a threading hole is formed in the side wall of the placing groove, an external power line penetrates through the threading hole and stretches into the mounting seat, the rain-proof cover is matched with the mounting seat to open or close the mounting window, a clamping groove is formed in the mounting seat, a clamping hook stretching into the clamping groove is arranged on the rain-proof cover, and the rain-proof cover is matched with the clamping groove to be opposite to the mounting seat in a rotatable manner.
2. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein a fixing bracket is provided in the receiving groove, and the socket is fixed to the fixing bracket.
3. The utility power socket assembly of claim 2, wherein the fixing bracket defines a wire releasing chamber with an open side, the wire releasing chamber is provided with a wire outlet, the socket is arranged on the open side of the wire releasing chamber, and the external power line sequentially passes through the wire outlet and the wire threading hole and then passes through the mounting seat.
4. The outdoor unit of claim 3, wherein the top and bottom walls of the wire discharging chamber are respectively provided with fixing plates extending toward each other, each of the fixing plates is provided with a fixing hole, and the socket is fixed to the fixing bracket by a fixing connector passing through the socket to be engaged with the fixing hole.
5. A commercial power socket assembly installed at an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the placing groove is opened at a top thereof;
the rain cover comprises a connecting plate and a cover body connected with the connecting plate, the clamping hook is arranged on the connecting plate, and in the closed position, the connecting plate is covered on the top of the placing groove and the cover body is covered on the mounting window.
6. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein a wire-locking groove is formed in a bottom wall of the receiving groove, and an inlet of the wire-locking groove is formed in a free end surface of the bottom wall of the receiving groove.
7. The outdoor unit of claim 6, wherein the opposite side walls of the wire locking groove are provided with elastic wire locking protrusions, and the elastic wire locking protrusions are disposed adjacent to an inlet of the wire locking groove.
8. A commercial power terminal assembly as in any one of claims 1-7, wherein the mounting base is provided with a hook adapted to be hung on a casing of the outdoor unit.
9. The outdoor unit of claim 8, further comprising a mounting bracket disposed on an outer sidewall of the mounting base, wherein the mounting bracket has an assembly through hole, and the hook is disposed on the mounting bracket.
10. A service outlet assembly as recited in claim 9, wherein the mounting bracket comprises:
the first plate body is arranged on the outer side wall of the mounting seat;
the second plate body with the third plate body is established respectively the upper and lower both ends of first plate body, the second plate body with the third plate body all forms to "L" shape, the couple is established on the vertical portion of second plate body, the assembly through-hole is established on the vertical portion of third plate body.
