if the upgrade fails, the external calling equipment outputs required upgrade information, the information of the upgrade two-dimensional code of which the upgrade data acquisition fails is recorded in the required upgrade information, the information of the two-dimensional code of which the upgrade data acquisition fails is required to be interpreted, and the upgrade two-dimensional code is output again;
the handheld device identifies the requirement upgrading information and displays an upgrading two-dimensional code recorded in the requirement upgrading information;
and if the upgrading two-dimension code is single two-dimension code information, outputting the single two-dimension code information as requirement two-dimension code information, and if the upgrading two-dimension code is a two-dimension code information group, entering a two-dimension code information group mode to analyze the requirement upgrading information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the upgrade data by the external calling device through the upgrade two-dimensional code displayed by the handheld device specifically comprises:
the calling-out equipment enters an upgrading state and judges that the upgrading two-dimensional code displayed by the handheld device is single two-dimensional code information or a two-dimensional code information group;
if the two-dimension code information is single two-dimension code information, entering a single two-dimension code information mode, and acquiring upgrading data from the single two-dimension code;
and if the two-dimension code information group is the two-dimension code information group, entering a two-dimension code information group mode, and acquiring upgrading data from the two-dimension code information group.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the calling device obtains the upgrade data through the upgrade two-dimensional code displayed by the handheld device, the method further comprises:
the external calling equipment judges whether the upgrade is successful;
and if the upgrade is successful, the external calling equipment outputs upgrade success information.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein entering a two-dimensional code information group mode for analyzing the requirement upgrade information specifically comprises:
acquiring the number of two-dimension code information in the two-dimension code information group and the number of each two-dimension code information;
matching the two-dimension code information through the requirement upgrading information;
and outputting the corresponding two-dimension code information in the two-dimension code information group as the required two-dimension code information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the manner in which the calling device outputs the demand upgrade information comprises a sound output and/or an image output.

the upgrading judgment module is used for judging whether the upgrading is successful by the external calling equipment;
and the successful information output module is used for outputting the upgrade successful information by the external calling equipment if the upgrade is successful.
