本发明公开了一种方便于清洗的空气净化装置,包括上壳体、下壳体、空气进口腔、空气处理腔、空气检测腔、仪器放置腔,所述下壳体有一号卡槽,所述一号卡槽内有过滤网,所述空气处理腔有二号卡槽,所述二号卡槽内有加湿网,所述空气处理腔有紫外线发射探头,所述仪器放置腔有抽风机,相对于所述抽风机有紫外线灭菌仪与空气加湿仪,所述隔板上有甲醛检测仪与PM检测仪,所述上壳体有显示屏,所述出风口上有电控阀门,所述空气检测腔下端设置有通风口,所述上壳体呈对称有两个卡接杆,所述卡接杆上有卡接头,所述下壳体呈对称有两个卡接嘴。本发明具有净化效果优质、功能齐全、便于安装、放置、维修、清洗的空气净化装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体的说是一种方便清洗的空气净化装置。
背景技术
工业的快速发展,环境质量受到很大影响。去年环境监测显示,我国为空气污染指数最严重的国家之一,各大城市的PM2.5 指数爆表,达到严重污染的程度,首当其冲的是北京、上海、广州和成都几大城市。多份研究报告指出:上海、广州、成都、重庆等城市灰霾天数占到了全年的30%-50%。城市污染越来越严重,对空气的净化越来越受到人们的重视,然而现有的空气净化器清洗维修难度较高、净化效果单一不足。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本发明目的是提供一种净化效果优质、功能齐全、便于安装、放置、维修的方便清洗的空气净化装置。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种方便清洗的空气净化装置,包括上壳体、下壳体、空气进口腔、空气处理腔、空气检测腔、仪器放置腔,所述下壳体的上端中部和下端中部固定连接有一号卡槽,所述一号卡槽内卡接连接有过滤网,所述过滤网将下壳体分为了空气进口腔与空气处理腔,所述空气进口腔相对于所述过滤网一侧设置有进风口,所述空气处理腔中部上端和下端固定连接有二号卡槽,所述二号卡槽内卡接连接有加湿网,所述空气处理腔上端固定连接有紫外线发射探头,所述空气进口腔上端中部固定连接有抽风管,所述空气处理腔上端固定连接有空气导通管,所述上壳体上端中部固定连接有隔板,所述隔板将所述上壳体分为仪器放置腔与空气检测腔,所述仪器放置腔下端中部固定连接有抽风机,所述抽风机与所述抽风管相互连通设置,相对于所述抽风机两侧分别固定安装有紫外线灭菌仪与空气加湿仪,所述隔板上固定连接有甲醛检测仪与PM检测仪,所述甲醛检测仪与所述PM检测仪的探头分别穿过所述隔板到达空气检测腔,所述上壳体嵌合连接有显示屏,所述显示屏位于所述仪器放置腔的上端中部,所述隔板一侧固定连接有单片机,所述空气检测腔相对所述隔板另一侧设置有出风口,所述出风口上固定连接有电控阀门,所述空气检测腔下端设置有通风口,所述通风口与所述空气导通管相对应,所述空气导通管嵌合连接在所述通风口内,所述紫外线灭菌仪与所述紫外线发射探头通过数据线连接,所述空气加湿器与所述加湿网通过数据线连接,所述显示屏、甲醛检测仪、PM检测仪、紫外线灭菌仪、空气加湿仪、电控阀门均通过数据线与所述单片机连接,所述上壳体两侧下端呈对称固定安装有两个卡接杆,所述卡接杆上铰链连接有卡接头,所述下壳体两侧上端呈对称固定安装有两个卡接嘴,所述卡接头与所述卡接嘴卡接连接。
所述仪器放置腔内设置有风扇和散热口,所述风扇一侧设置有温度计,所述的风扇和所述温度计均通过数据线与单片机连接。
所述显示屏下部固定连接有操作按键,所述操作按键旁设置有工作指示灯,所述工作指示灯设置有多组且分别对应各组工作仪器。
所述所述进风口固定连接有隔离网,所述隔离网材质为优质尼龙丝,所述过滤网优选为进***性炭过滤网。
本发明的有益效果:过滤网和加湿网通过卡接连接可以将其取出方便清洗,设置进口过滤网使得空气净化更为有保障,设置空气加湿仪和紫外线灭菌仪可以使得空气得到进一步净化同时满足人们对空气湿度的要求,设置的甲醛检测仪和PM检测仪可以将空气净化后的情况通过显示屏展现,让人们更了解净化效果,设置风扇和散热口可以大幅降低腔内温度可以长时间运作,操作按键可以通过显示屏展现的不同数据来操控装置的各项要求,整个装置分为上下两部分方便于放置安装,更方便于清洗空气处理腔,在清洗同时还不会影响其他仪器。

请参阅图1、图2、图3,一种方便清洗的空气净化装置,包括上壳体1、下壳体2、空气进口腔3、空气处理腔4、空气检测腔5、仪器放置腔6,下壳体2的上端中部和下端中部固定连接有一号卡槽7,一号卡槽7内卡接连接有过滤网88,过滤网8将下壳体2分为了空气进口腔3与空气处理腔4,空气进口腔3相对于过滤网8一侧设置有进风口9,空气处理腔4中部上端和下端固定连接有二号卡槽10,二号卡槽10内卡接连接有加湿网11,空气处理腔4上端固定连接有紫外线发射探头12,空气进口腔3上端中部固定连接有抽风管13,空气处理腔4上端固定连接有空气导通管14,上壳体1上端中部固定连接有隔板15,隔板15将上壳体1分为仪器放置腔6与空气检测腔5,仪器放置腔6下端中部固定连接有抽风机16,抽风机16与抽风管13相互连通设置,相对于抽风机16两侧分别固定安装有紫外线灭菌仪17与空气加湿仪18,隔板15上固定连接有甲醛检测仪19与PM检测仪20,甲醛检测仪19与PM检测仪20的探头分别穿过隔板15到达空气检测腔5,上壳体1嵌合连接有显示屏21,显示屏21位于仪器放置腔6的上端中部,隔板15一侧固定连接有单片机22,空气检测腔5相对隔板15另一侧设置有出风口23,出风口23上固定连接有电控阀门24,空气检测腔5下端设置有通风口30,通风口30与空气导通管14相对应,空气导通管14嵌合连接在通风口30内,紫外线灭菌仪17与紫外线发射探头12通过数据线连接,空气加湿器与加湿网11通过数据线连接,显示屏21、甲醛检测仪19、PM检测仪20、紫外线灭菌仪17、空气加湿仪18、电控阀门24均通过数据线与单片机22连接,上壳体1两侧下端呈对称固定安装有两个卡接杆26,卡接杆26上铰链连接有卡接头27,下壳体2两侧上端呈对称固定安装有两个卡接嘴28,卡接头27与卡接嘴28卡接连接。
本发明中,仪器放置腔6内设置有风扇29和散热口,风扇29一侧设置有温度计,风扇29和温度计均通过数据线与单片机22连接,通过温度计显示仪器放置腔6内的温度,温度过高时打开风扇29对腔内温度进行降低以便于长时间工作;显示屏21下部固定连接有操作按键,操作按键旁设置有工作指示灯,工作指示灯设置有多组且分别对应各组工作仪器,通过操作按键控制相应的仪器以便满足不同人员需求,工作指示灯可以告知人们哪种仪器停止工作便于维修;进风口9固定连接有隔离网25,隔离网25材质为优质尼龙丝,过滤网8优选为进***性炭过滤网8,隔离网25可以将空气中大的杂物进行隔离放置吸入装置内造成损坏,进***性炭过滤网8则保障空气净化效果。
本发明的工作原理是:使用时,通过操作按键开启抽风机16将空气经过隔离网25抽取到空气进口腔3,空气经过过滤网8到达空气处理腔4进行灭菌和加湿,再通过空气导通管14进入空气检测腔5对空气的甲醛含量和PM值进行检测,然后展现在显示屏21上,当符合空气要求再通过单片机22控制电控阀门24导出,可通过操作按键对空气加湿仪18和紫外线灭菌仪17进行控制以达到不同人员需求。

1.一种方便于清洗的空气净化装置,包括上壳体(1)、下壳体(2)、空气进口腔(3)、空气处理腔(4)、空气检测腔(5)、仪器放置腔(6),其特征在于:所述下壳体(2)的上端中部和下端中部固定连接有一号卡槽(7),所述一号卡槽(7)内卡接连接有过滤网(8),所述过滤网(8)将下壳体(2)分为了空气进口腔(3)与空气处理腔(4),所述空气进口腔(3)相对于所述过滤网(8)一侧设置有进风口(9),所述空气处理腔(4)中部上端和下端固定连接有二号卡槽(10),所述二号卡槽(10)内卡接连接有加湿网(11),所述空气处理腔(4)上端固定连接有紫外线发射探头(12),所述空气进口腔(3)上端中部固定连接有抽风管(13),所述空气处理腔(4)上端固定连接有空气导通管(14),所述上壳体(1)上端中部固定连接有隔板(15),所述隔板(15)将所述上壳体(1)分为仪器放置腔(6)与空气检测腔(5),所述仪器放置腔(6)下端中部固定连接有抽风机(16),所述抽风机(16)与所述抽风管(13)相互连通设置,相对于所述抽风机(16)两侧分别固定安装有紫外线灭菌仪(17)与空气加湿仪(18),所述隔板(15)上固定连接有甲醛检测仪(19)与PM检测仪(20),所述甲醛检测仪(19)与所述PM检测仪(20)的探头分别穿过所述隔板(15)到达空气检测腔(5),所述上壳体(1)嵌合连接有显示屏(21),所述显示屏(21)位于所述仪器放置腔(6)的上端中部,所述隔板(15)一侧固定连接有单片机(22),所述空气检测腔(5)相对所述隔板(15)另一侧设置有出风口(23),所述出风口(23)上固定连接有电控阀门(24),所述空气检测腔(5)下端设置有通风口(30),所述通风口(30)与所述空气导通管(14)相对应,所述空气导通管(14)嵌合连接在所述通风口(30)内,所述紫外线灭菌仪(17)与所述紫外线发射探头(12)通过数据线连接,所述空气加湿器与所述加湿网(11)通过数据线连接,所述显示屏(21)、甲醛检测仪(19)、PM检测仪(20)、紫外线灭菌仪(17)、空气加湿仪(18)、电控阀门(24)均通过数据线与所述单片机(22)连接,所述上壳体(1)两侧下端呈对称固定安装有两个卡接杆(26),所述卡接杆(26)上铰链连接有卡接头(27),所述下壳体(2)两侧上端呈对称固定安装有两个卡接嘴(28),所述卡接头(27)与所述卡接嘴(28)卡接连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便清洗的空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述仪器放置腔(6)内设置有风扇(29)和散热口,所述风扇(29)一侧设置有温度计,所述的风扇(29)和所述温度计均通过数据线与单片机(22)连接。
