本发明公开了一种室内净化装置,包括壳体(1),壳体(1)的侧面外部设置有风机(2),壳体(1)内设置有与风机(2)出气口相连通的倾斜管道(3),倾斜管道(3)内设置有过滤网(16),倾斜管道(3)的外壁上设置有震动器(12),倾斜管道(3)的下侧壁位于过滤网(16)的下方设置有集尘槽(13),倾斜管道(3)的下端连通有水平管道(4),壳体(1)内设置有储水槽(8)和负离子发生器(11),水平管道(4)的下端的出气管***到储水槽(8)液面的下面,壳体(1)的外壁设置有与储水槽(8)连通的进水口(9)和出水口(10),储水槽(8)侧壁上端与设置在负离子发生器(11)相连通,负离子发生器(11)的出气口穿过壳体(1)的外壁。本发明的一种室内净化装置,功能全面、能够方便有效地将过滤后产生的颗粒去除。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种室内净化装置。
背景技术
现有的室内净化装置在使用时会存在一些弊端,如对于烟尘或者粉尘等颗粒物的去除,会使室内净化装置堆积大量的颗粒物,无法方便地从净化装置中去除。另外,现有的室内净化装置功能较为单一。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种功能全面、能够方便有效地将过滤后产生的颗粒去除的室内净化装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种室内净化装置,包括壳体,所述壳体的侧面外部设置有风机,所述壳体内设置有与所述风机出气口相连通的倾斜管道,所述倾斜管道内设置有过滤网,所述倾斜管道的外壁上设置有震动器,所述倾斜管道的下侧壁位于所述过滤网的下方设置有集尘槽,所述集尘槽的下端连有软管的上端,所述软管的下端穿过所述壳体的外壁后与集尘袋相连通,所述倾斜管道的下端连通有水平管道,所述水平管道内设置有光催化氧化层,所述水平管道的末端设置有反光层,所述反光层内连有紫外线灯,所述壳体内设置有储水槽和负离子发生器,所述水平管道的下端的出气管***到所述储水槽液面的下面,所述壳体的外壁设置有与所述储水槽连通的进水口和出水口,所述储水槽侧壁上端与设置在所述负离子发生器相连通,所述负离子发生器的出气口穿过所述壳体的外壁。
所述过滤网的个数为3个。
所述过滤网的形状为半圆球形。
所述壳体下表面连有4个万向轮。
所述壳体的形状为圆柱形。
所述壳体的材质为塑料。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种室内净化装置,震动器对倾斜管道进行振动,倾斜管道内过滤网上沉积的颗粒从过滤网上脱落,进入到集尘槽中,然后经过软管到达集尘袋,实现了室内净化装置内颗粒物的收集和去除。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种室内净化装置,包括壳体1,壳体1的侧面外部设置有风机2,壳体1内设置有与风机2出气口相连通的倾斜管道3,倾斜管道3内设置有过滤网16,倾斜管道3的外壁上设置有震动器12,倾斜管道3的下侧壁位于过滤网16的下方设置有集尘槽13,集尘槽13的下端连有软管14的上端,软管14的下端穿过壳体1的外壁后与集尘袋15相连通,倾斜管道3的下端连通有水平管道4,水平管道4内设置有光催化氧化层7,水平管道4的末端设置有反光层5,反光层5内连有紫外线灯5,壳体1内设置有储水槽8和负离子发生器11,水平管道4的下端的出气管***到储水槽8液面的下面,壳体1的外壁设置有与储水槽8连通的进水口9和出水口10,储水槽8侧壁上端与设置在负离子发生器11相连通,负离子发生器11的出气口穿过壳体1的外壁。
过滤网16的个数为3个。
过滤网16的形状为半圆球形。
壳体1下表面连有4个万向轮。
壳体1的形状为圆柱形。
壳体1的材质为塑料。
本发明的工作原理为:室内的污染空气在风机的带动下,进入到倾斜管道内,在过滤网的作用下,实现空气中颗粒物的过滤。当净化装置使用一段时间后,打开震动器的开关,震动器对倾斜管道进行振动,倾斜管道内过滤网上沉积的颗粒从过滤网上脱落,进入到集尘槽中,然后经过软管到达集尘袋。过滤过颗粒的空气进入到水平管道中,通过紫外线灯和光催化氧化层对空气中的VOC进行光催化降解,产生的硝酸根、氯离子等负离子进入到储水槽中,最后经过负离子发生器进行空气质量优化。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种室内净化装置,其特征在于:包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)的侧面外部设置有风机(2),所述壳体(1)内设置有与所述风机(2)出气口相连通的倾斜管道(3),所述倾斜管道(3)内设置有过滤网(16),所述倾斜管道(3)的外壁上设置有震动器(12),所述倾斜管道(3)的下侧壁位于所述过滤网(16)的下方设置有集尘槽(13),所述集尘槽(13)的下端连有软管(14)的上端,所述软管(14)的下端穿过所述壳体(1)的外壁后与集尘袋(15)相连通,所述倾斜管道(3)的下端连通有水平管道(4),所述水平管道(4)内设置有光催化氧化层(7),所述水平管道(4)的末端设置有反光层(5),所述反光层(5)内连有紫外线灯(5),所述壳体(1)内设置有储水槽(8)和负离子发生器(11),所述水平管道(4)的下端的出气管***到所述储水槽(8)液面的下面,所述壳体(1)的外壁设置有与所述储水槽(8)连通的进水口(9)和出水口(10),所述储水槽(8)侧壁上端与设置在所述负离子发生器(11)相连通,所述负离子发生器(11)的出气口穿过所述壳体(1)的外壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内净化装置,其特征在于:所述过滤网(16)的个数为3个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内净化装置,其特征在于:所述过滤网(16)的形状为半圆球形。
