技术领域
本发明涉及电机领域,更具体地,涉及一种通过电机驱动的执行器,本发明还涉及使用该执行器的电子离合器***。
背景技术
电子离合器***通常包括设置于执行器上的磁阻传感器,所述磁阻传感器通常包括位置固定的传感器部分和位置可变化的磁体,传感器部分与磁体之间留有气隙。通过将磁体安装于旋转装置,如转轴中,所述磁体在随所述转轴旋转的过程中,传感器与磁体之间的磁场发生变化,使得传感器中的电流发生变化,进而计算出所述转轴的位置。目前,现有的磁阻传感器的传感器部分与磁体部分非常接近,一旦水进入传感器,会导致传感器故障。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提供防水的执行器。
还有必要提供应用所述执行器的电子离合器***。
一种执行器,包括电机、控制器及传感器装置,所述控制器包括壳体,所述电机包括转子,所述转子包括转轴,其特征在于:所述电机安装于所述壳体外侧,所述传感器装置包括磁体和传感器,所述磁体安装于所述电机的转轴上,所述传感器安装于所述壳体内部。
作为一种优选方案,所述壳体内部形成一密封的收容腔,所述传感器设置于所述收容腔内。
作为一种优选方案,所述壳体一侧向内凹陷形成凹槽,所述电机部分陷入所述控制器壳体的凹槽中。
作为一种优选方案,所述壳体一侧向内凹陷形成凹槽,所述转轴一末端容置于所述凹槽中,所述磁体安装于所述转轴的所述末端。
作为一种优选方案,所述传感器装置还包括固定于转轴的所述末端的安装件,所述磁体安装于所述安装件中,并与所述凹槽的底壁正对。

所述上盖32靠近所述转轴251的一侧设置凹槽321,所述转轴251一末端转动地容置于所述凹槽321中。所述传感器装置50包括磁体525和传感器526,所述磁体525安装于所述转轴251的所述末端,所述传感器526设置于所述收容腔36内,并安装于所述电路板33上,所述传感器526与所述磁体525正对,以使所述传感器526能感应所述磁体525的位置信息。较佳地,所述传感器装置为磁阻传感器。
请一并参阅图4及图5,所述凹槽321包括底壁322,所述底壁322靠近所述收容腔36的一侧开设安装槽323,所述传感器526容置于所述安装槽323中,以使所述磁体525与所述传感器526之间的距离更小,并且,所述底壁322开设安装槽323的部位厚度更小,使得所述磁体525与传感器526之间的信号传递干扰小。所述安装槽323、凹槽321、磁体525和转轴251沿转轴251的轴向正对设置。
请参阅图4,所述上盖32设置所述凹槽321的一侧还设置配合部325,所述外壳21还包括连接部214,所述连接部214安装于所述配合部325中。本实施方式中,所述配合部325为所述上盖32部分结构向内部陷形成。所述配合部325上还设置密封槽324,所述密封槽324中容置密封圈26(参阅图5)。所述配合部325与所述连接部214连接时,所述密封圈26使所述连接部214与所述配合部325之间形成密封。
所述上盖32上还设置通孔326,所述通孔326设置于所述凹槽321与所述密封槽324之间。所述电机20的导电端子27穿过所述通孔326电连接于所述电路板33。
请参阅图6及图7,所述传感器装置50还包括用于安装所述磁体525的安装件52,所述安装件52一端卡持于所述转轴251并随所述转轴251转动,另一端用于安装所述磁体525。本实施方式中,所述安装件52包括卡持于转轴251的卡持部521和用于容置所述磁体525的容置部524,所述卡持部521一端开设卡持槽522,所述转轴251一端卡持于所述卡持槽522中。具体的,所述转轴251一端开设缺口253,所述卡持槽522的横截面形状与所述转轴251开设缺口253一端的横截面形状相同,以使所述安装件52随所述转轴251转动。
本发明执行器100的控制器30包括密封的壳体31,所述传感器装置50的磁体525安装于所述转轴251一端,所述传感器526安装于所述密封的壳体31中,防止其他物质例如水进入传感器526,造成传感器526失效,另外,所述壳体31的上盖正对所述磁体525的位置开设容置所述传感器526的安装槽323,使得位于所述磁体525和传感器526之间的壳体31的壁厚减小,增强了磁体525与传感器526之间的信号传递,减少阻碍。
本发明的执行器尤其适用于电子离合器***,但并不限定于此应用领域。
由此,本发明令人满意地对实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅是本发明一部分实施方式,而没有穷尽性地例举所有可能的实施方式。本领域的技术人员可以对各个实施方式中的技术特征进行各种组合以满足实际需要。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种执行器,包括电机、控制器及传感器装置,所述控制器包括壳体,所述电机包括转子,所述转子包括转轴,其特征在于:所述电机安装于所述壳体外侧,所述传感器装置包括磁体和传感器,所述磁体安装于所述电机的转轴上,所述传感器安装于所述壳体内部。
2.如权利要求1所述的执行器,其特征在于:所述壳体内部形成一密封的收容腔,所述传感器设置于所述收容腔内。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的执行器,其特征在于:所述壳体一侧向内凹陷形成凹槽,所述电机部分陷入所述控制器壳体的凹槽中。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的执行器,其特征在于:所述壳体一侧向内凹陷形成凹槽,所述转轴一末端容置于所述凹槽中,所述磁体安装于所述转轴的所述末端。
5.如权利要求4所述的执行器,其特征在于:所述传感器装置还包括固定于转轴的所述末端的安装件,所述磁体安装于所述安装件中,并与所述凹槽的底壁正对。
6.如权利要求5所述的执行器,其特征在于:所述凹槽的底壁背离所述转轴的一侧开设安装槽,所述传感器容置于所述安装槽中。
7.如权利要求6所述的执行器,其特征在于:所述安装槽、凹槽、磁体和转轴沿转轴的轴向正对设置。
8.如权利要求4所述的执行器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括上盖和下盖,所述上盖和下盖配合形成密封的收容腔,所述控制器还包括容置于所述收容腔中的电路板和安装于所述电路板上的若干电子元器件,所述电机安装于所述上盖一侧。
9.如权利要求5所述的执行器,其特征在于:所述安装件包括卡持于转轴的卡持部和容置所述磁体的容置部,所述卡持部一端开设卡持槽,所述转轴一端卡持于所述卡持槽中。
10.一种电子离合器***,其特征在于:所述电子离合器***包括如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的执行器。
