Abstract
The invention provides a special-shaped wall column template structure which comprises a first wall column template and a second wall column template which are perpendicular to each other, wherein a corner template is arranged between the first wall column template and the second wall column template, the corner template comprises a first connecting template and a second connecting template, a first transverse back edge is arranged on the surface of the first wall column template, and a second transverse back edge is arranged on the surface of the second wall column template. The inner surface of the end part of the first transverse back edge is provided with a first support frame at an internal corner formed between the first connecting template and the second connecting template, and the inner surface of the end part of the second transverse back edge is provided with a second support frame at an internal corner formed between the first connecting template and the second connecting template. By adopting the special-shaped wall column template structure provided by the invention, when the connecting assembly is fixed between the end part of the first transverse back edge and the end part of the second transverse back edge, the first support frame and the second support frame have obvious supporting and reinforcing effects on the corner template.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a special-shaped wall column template structure.
Background
The corner of the existing wall column generally adopts a right-angle corner, the corner is easy to process, but the space utilization rate of the corner is low in the actual use process, in order to solve the problem, a groove surface is usually formed in the corner in the prior art, the original right-angle corner forms a sawtooth-shaped corner, two more wall surfaces are arranged at the corner besides the original two right-angle surfaces, and the space of the corner can be effectively utilized in use. The existing method for processing the sawtooth-shaped corners does not form a system, and in fact, the back edges outside the templates of the existing method are difficult to reinforce and install due to the existence of two narrower wall surfaces.

The invention aims to provide a special-shaped wall column template structure with obvious reinforcing effect.
The invention provides a special-shaped wall column template structure, which comprises a first wall column template and a second wall column template which are perpendicular to each other, wherein a corner template is arranged between the first wall column template and the second wall column template, the corner template comprises a first connecting template and a second connecting template, one side edge of the first connecting template is connected with one side edge of the first wall column template to form an external corner, one side edge of the second connecting template is connected with one side edge of the second wall column template to form an external corner, and an internal corner is formed between the first connecting template and the second connecting template;
the surface of the first wall column template is provided with a first transverse back edge, the surface of the second wall column template is provided with a second transverse back edge, the end part of the first transverse back edge extends out of the side edge of the first wall column template, the end part of the second transverse back edge extends out of the side edge of the second wall column template, and the end part of the first transverse back edge and the end part of the second transverse back edge are connected through a connecting component.
The first support frame is installed at the inner surface of the end part of the first transverse back edge and positioned between the first connecting template and the second connecting template to form an internal corner, the first support frame is abutted to the first connecting template, the second support frame is installed at the inner surface of the end part of the second transverse back edge and positioned between the first connecting template and the second connecting template to form an internal corner, and the second support frame is abutted to the second connecting template.
Further, the other side edge of the first connection template and the other side edge of the second connection template are connected by a corner member to form an internal corner, the corner member comprises a body with an L-shaped cross section and two connecting plates which are respectively integrally extended inwards from the free sides of the two walls of the body perpendicularly to the two walls, and the two connecting plates are respectively connected with the other side edge of the first connection template and the other side edge of the second connection template.
Further, the first supporting frame is a right-angled triangle iron frame and comprises a first right-angled frame arranged on the inner surface of the end part of the first transverse back edge, a second right-angled frame abutting against the first connecting template and a first inclined frame connecting the first right-angled frame and the second right-angled frame; the second support frame is a right-angled triangle iron frame and comprises a third right-angled frame, a fourth right-angled frame, a second inclined frame and a first inclined frame, wherein the third right-angled frame is installed on the inner surface of the end part of the second transverse back edge, the fourth right-angled frame is abutted to the second connecting template, the second inclined frame is connected with the third right-angled frame and the fourth right-angled frame, and the first inclined frame and the second inclined frame are parallel to each other.
Further, the connecting assembly comprises a first connecting member arranged on the outer surface of the end part of the first transverse back edge and a second connecting member arranged on the outer surface of the end part of the second transverse back edge, a screw rod is inserted between the first connecting member and the second connecting member, and two ends of the screw rod are both in threaded connection with nuts.
According to the special-shaped wall column template structure provided by the invention, the support frames for abutting the corner templates are arranged on the transverse back edges of the first wall column template 1 and the second wall column template, and when the connecting assembly is fixed between the end part of the first transverse back edge and the end part of the second transverse back edge, the first support frames and the second support frames have obvious supporting and reinforcing effects on the corner templates, so that the mold expansion phenomenon at the corner templates is effectively prevented, and meanwhile, the technical difficulty of reinforcing the templates is reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in combination with embodiments.
Referring to the drawings, an embodiment of the invention provides a special-shaped wall column template structure, which comprises a first wall column template 1 and a second wall column template 2 which are perpendicular to each other, wherein a corner template is arranged between the first wall column template 1 and the second wall column template 2, the corner template comprises a first connecting template 3 and a second connecting template 4, one side edge of the first connecting template 3 is connected with one side edge of the first wall column template 1 to form an external corner, one side edge of the second connecting template 4 is connected with one side edge of the second wall column template 2 to form an external corner, and an internal corner is formed between the first connecting template 3 and the second connecting template 4;
the surface of the first wall column template 1 is provided with a first transverse back edge 5, the surface of the second wall column template 2 is provided with a second transverse back edge 6, the first transverse back edge 5 and the second transverse back edge 6 are positioned at the same horizontal position, the end part of the first transverse back edge 5 extends out of the side edge of the first wall column template 1, the end part of the second transverse back edge 6 extends out of the side edge of the second wall column template 2, and the end part of the first transverse back edge 5 and the end part of the second transverse back edge 6 are connected through a connecting component.
The connecting assembly comprises a first connecting member 7 arranged on the outer surface of the end part of the first transverse back ridge 5, a second connecting member 8 arranged on the outer surface of the end part of the second transverse back ridge 6, a screw rod 9 inserted between the first connecting member 7 and the second connecting member 8, and nuts 10 screwed at two ends of the screw rod 9;
a first support frame 11 is arranged at the inner surface of the end part of the first transverse back edge 5 and positioned between the first connecting template 3 and the second connecting template 4 to form an internal corner, the first support frame 11 is abutted against the first connecting template 3, a second support frame 12 is arranged at the inner surface of the end part of the second transverse back edge 6 and positioned between the first connecting template 3 and the second connecting template 4 to form an internal corner, and the second support frame 12 is abutted against the second connecting template 4.
In the present embodiment, the other side edge of the first connection die plate 3 and the other side edge of the second connection die plate 4 are connected by a corner member 13 to form an inside corner, the corner member 13 including a body 14 having an L-shaped cross section and two connection plates 15 integrally extending inward from free sides of two walls of the body 14 perpendicularly to the two walls, respectively, the two connection plates 15 connecting the other side edge of the first connection die plate 3 and the other side edge of the second connection die plate 4, respectively.
Because the corner templates are arranged between the first wall column template 1 and the second wall column template 2 and have narrower wall surfaces, certain difficulty is caused to manual installation of the back edges, and therefore, a conventional installation mode of the back edges of the templates is not applicable, and the special-shaped wall column template structure provided by the embodiment of the invention is adopted, the support frames for abutting the corner templates are arranged on the transverse back edges of the first wall column template 1 and the second wall column template 2, and when the connecting assembly is fixed between the end parts of the first transverse back edge 5 and the end parts of the second transverse back edges 6, the first support frames 11 and the second support frames 12 have obvious supporting and reinforcing effects on the corner templates, so that the die expansion phenomenon at the corner templates is effectively prevented, and meanwhile, the technical difficulty of template reinforcement is reduced.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the first supporting frame 11 is a right-angled triangle iron frame, which includes a first right-angled frame 17 mounted on the inner surface of the end portion of the first transverse back edge 5, a second right-angled frame 18 abutting against the first connecting template 3, and a first oblique frame 21 connecting the first right-angled frame 17 and the second right-angled frame 18; the second supporting frame 12 is a right-angled triangle iron frame, and comprises a third right-angled frame 19 installed on the inner surface of the end part of the second transverse back edge 6, a third right-angled frame 20 abutting against the second connecting template 4, and a second inclined frame 22 connecting the third right-angled frame 19 and the third right-angled frame 20, wherein the first inclined frame 21 and the second inclined frame 22 are parallel to each other.
The first support frame 11 and the second support frame 12 of the preferred embodiment of the present invention are both right triangle iron frames, and the stability of the structure is further increased by utilizing the inherent stabilization effect of the triangle.

The special-shaped wall column template structure is characterized by comprising a first wall column template and a second wall column template which are perpendicular to each other, wherein a corner template is arranged between the first wall column template and the second wall column template, the corner template comprises a first connecting template and a second connecting template, one side edge of the first connecting template is connected with one side edge of the first wall column template to form an external corner, one side edge of the second connecting template is connected with one side edge of the second wall column template to form an external corner, and an internal corner is formed between the first connecting template and the second connecting template;
a first transverse back edge is arranged on the surface of the first wall column template, a second transverse back edge is arranged on the surface of the second wall column template, the end part of the first transverse back edge extends out of the side edge of the first wall column template, the end part of the second transverse back edge extends out of the side edge of the second wall column template, and the end parts of the first transverse back edge and the second transverse back edge are connected through a connecting component;
the first support frame is installed at the inner surface of the end part of the first transverse back edge and positioned between the first connecting template and the second connecting template to form an internal corner, the first support frame is abutted to the first connecting template, the second support frame is installed at the inner surface of the end part of the second transverse back edge and positioned between the first connecting template and the second connecting template to form an internal corner, and the second support frame is abutted to the second connecting template.

The profiled wall stud form construction of claim 1, wherein the other side of the first connection form and the other side of the second connection form are connected by a corner member comprising a body having an L-shaped cross section and two webs integrally extending inwardly from free sides of the two walls of the body perpendicular to the two walls respectively, the two webs connecting the other side of the first connection form and the other side of the second connection form respectively.

The profiled wall stud form structure of claim 1, wherein the first support bracket is a right angle triangular iron bracket comprising a first right angle frame mounted to an inner surface of an end of the first transverse back rib, a second right angle frame abutting the first connection form, and a first angled frame connecting the first right angle frame and the second right angle frame; the second support frame is a right-angled triangle iron frame and comprises a third right-angled frame, a fourth right-angled frame, a second inclined frame and a first inclined frame, wherein the third right-angled frame is installed on the inner surface of the end part of the second transverse back edge, the fourth right-angled frame is abutted to the second connecting template, the second inclined frame is connected with the third right-angled frame and the fourth right-angled frame, and the first inclined frame and the second inclined frame are parallel to each other.
4. The special-shaped wall column template structure according to claim 1, wherein the connecting assembly comprises a first connecting member arranged on the outer surface of the end part of the first transverse back edge and a second connecting member arranged on the outer surface of the end part of the second transverse back edge, a screw rod is inserted between the first connecting member and the second connecting member, and two ends of the screw rod are both in threaded connection with nuts.
