Description

Universal high-performance wax-spraying rubber product
Technical Field
The invention relates to a rubber product, in particular to a general high-performance wax-spraying rubber product.
Background
The rubber does not have the wax spraying function, wax spraying is a phenomenon that wax such as paraffin migrates to the surface of the rubber to form a layer of wax, and the sprayed wax forms a layer of wax film to isolate air and avoid oxidation of the surface layer of a product, so that the anti-aging effect and the lubricating effect can be achieved. The rubber product with the self-lubricating function can reduce the abrasion, vibration and noise of equipment, facilitate the maintenance of mechanical equipment, simplify the structure and the manufacturing process of the equipment, and has better performance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a general high-performance wax-sprayed rubber product, and the invention selects and uses the matrix rubber as the composition of natural rubber (SCR 5), butadiene rubber (BR 9000) and styrene butadiene rubber (SBR 1500), so that the rubber product has the excellent performance of each matrix rubber; the mechanical property of the natural rubber is improved, and the ageing resistance of the product is improved. All properties of the prepared rubber product can reach the national standard, and the mechanical property is obviously improved compared with the prior art.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the general high-performance wax-sprayed rubber product comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of natural rubber, 20-40 parts of butadiene rubber, 10-30 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 5 parts of an inorganic active agent, 2 parts of an organic active agent, 3-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 2-3 parts of a dispersing agent, 4-6 parts of paraffin, 4-10 parts of a slipping agent, 1.5 parts of an accelerator, 50-70 parts of a reinforcing agent, 3-5 parts of a plasticizer and 2 parts of a vulcanizing agent.
The general high-performance wax-sprayed rubber product is a composition of SCR5 natural rubber, BR9000 butadiene rubber and SBR1500 styrene butadiene rubber.
The general high-performance wax-spraying rubber product is characterized in that the inorganic active agent is zinc oxide; the organic active agent is stearic acid.
The anti-aging agent used by the rubber material is a composition of an amine anti-aging agent N-isopropyl-N' -phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (4010 NA) and 2,2, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroquinoline (RD).
The general high-performance wax-spraying rubber product is characterized in that the carbon black dispersing agent used by the rubber material is a composition of RDP-100 and a carbon black dispersing agent SDS.
The general high-performance wax injection rubber product is characterized in that the paraffin is a composition of 58# semi-refined paraffin and microcrystalline paraffin.
The general high-performance wax-spraying rubber product is characterized in that the slipping agent is a composition of ethylene bis-stearic acid amide (EBS) and oleic acid amide (EB).
The general high-performance wax-spraying rubber product is characterized in that the accelerator is N-oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazole (NOBS) of sulfenamide; the reinforcing agent is a composition of carbon black N550 and N660; the plasticizer is aromatic oil; the vulcanizing agent is sulfur.
The invention has the advantages and effects that:
the invention selects the matrix rubber as the composition of natural rubber (SCR 5), butadiene rubber (BR 9000) and styrene butadiene rubber (SBR 1500), so that the rubber product has the excellent performance of each matrix rubber; the carbon black dispersing agent improves the dispersibility of the carbon black in the rubber, so that the carbon black is uniformly distributed in the natural rubber, and the performance reduction caused by the agglomeration of the carbon black is obviously reduced, thereby improving the mechanical property of the natural rubber. The paraffin wax in the rubber is migrated to the surface of vulcanized rubber to form a wax film, so that the friction coefficient of the product is reduced, and the anti-aging performance of the product is improved. All properties of the prepared rubber product can reach the national standard, and the mechanical property is obviously improved compared with the prior art.
