Abstract
The power supply system of the portable new energy illuminating vehicle comprises a unit power supply system, a power supply change-over switch, a charging pile, a chassis battery power supply system and a controller, wherein the unit power supply system comprises a vehicle-mounted generator set and a power supply output interface, and the chassis battery power supply system comprises a chassis battery and an inverter; the power output end of the vehicle-mounted generator set is connected with a wire inlet interface I and a power output interface of the power switch respectively, a wire outlet interface IV of the power switch is connected with the input end of the charging pile, the output end of the charging pile is connected with the charging interface of the chassis battery, one end of the chassis battery is connected with one end of the inverter, the other end of the inverter is connected with the lighting lamp, a wire outlet interface III of the power switch is connected with the lighting lamp, and the vehicle-mounted generator set and the power switch are connected with the controller through signals respectively. The invention reduces noise pollution and fuel consumption of the generator set, avoids frequent low-load operation of the generator set, and the chassis endurance mileage is not limited by the capacity of the storage battery.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electrical control, relates to a power supply system of a vehicle, and particularly relates to a power supply system of a portable new energy lighting vehicle.
Background
The illumination vehicle is a special vehicle for providing on-site mobile illumination when field operation, emergency rescue, accident emergency repair, abnormal condition handling and the like are performed at night and no other illumination light source exists. The power supply system of the illumination vehicle comprises a power supply system of the vehicle-mounted illumination lamp and a power transmission system of an in-vehicle power supply device or an external power supply.
At present, the power supply of the lighting lamp in the lighting vehicle is generally taken from a generator set loaded in the vehicle, when the lighting lamp of the lighting vehicle works, the generator set in the vehicle is started to supply power, so that noise pollution is caused, meanwhile, a large amount of fuel oil is consumed, and the lighting vehicle of the existing chassis driving type adopts the chassis of a conventional diesel or gasoline engine, so that the lighting vehicle is not environment-friendly. With popularization and use of new energy automobiles, more and more new energy special-purpose vehicles are put on the market, but no lighting vehicle power supply system scheme of a new energy chassis exists at present.
In the prior art, a power supply vehicle adopting a new energy chassis is disclosed in CN201620745811.9, and a new energy chassis storage battery is charged by adopting a vehicle-mounted power generator set. In another scheme of the lighting vehicle for supplying power to the lighting lamp by using new energy in the prior art, as disclosed in CN201720877570.8, solar energy is adopted to charge an energy storage battery, and the energy storage battery supplies power to the lighting lamp.
Therefore, the current lighting lamp power supply system has the following problems:
1) The power is supplied by adopting a vehicle-mounted generator set, and the generator set is started frequently or for a long time, so that the problems of energy consumption and noise pollution are solved;
2) After the new energy is adopted to charge the energy storage battery, the new energy storage battery is used for supplying power to the illuminating lamp, so that the problem of the endurance time of the new energy storage battery exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a power supply system of a portable new energy illuminating vehicle, which aims to solve the problems of self-charging of a chassis storage battery of the new energy chassis illuminating vehicle, power consumption of an illuminating lamp and emergency power supply.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the power supply system of the portable new energy illuminating vehicle comprises a unit power supply system, a power supply change-over switch, a charging pile, a chassis battery power supply system and a controller, wherein the unit power supply system comprises a vehicle-mounted generator set and a power supply output interface, and the chassis battery power supply system comprises a chassis battery and an inverter;
the power output end of the vehicle-mounted generator set is electrically connected with the incoming line interface I and the power output interface of the power transfer switch respectively, the outgoing line interface IV of the power transfer switch is electrically connected with the charging pile input end, the charging pile output end is electrically connected with the charging interface of the chassis battery, one end of the chassis battery is electrically connected with one end of the inverter, the other end of the inverter is electrically connected with the illuminating lamp, the outgoing line interface III of the power transfer switch is electrically connected with the illuminating lamp, and the vehicle-mounted generator set and the power transfer switch are respectively in signal connection with the controller.
As a further scheme of the invention, the power supply system further comprises a mains supply system, wherein the mains supply system comprises a mains supply input interface, the mains supply input interface is electrically connected with a wire inlet interface II of the power supply change-over switch, and a wire outlet interface V of the power supply change-over switch is also electrically connected with the illuminating lamp.
As a further scheme of the invention, the vehicle-mounted generator set is one of a diesel generator set, a gas generator set, a gasoline generator set, a coal-fired generator set, a wind generator set and a solar generator set.
According to the invention, the power supply of the generator set and the power supply of the commercial power are combined through the power supply change-over switch, so that the diversity of electricity consumption of the illuminating lamp is realized, the problems of energy consumption or noise pollution caused by long-time use or frequent use of the generator set are solved, and the problem of self-charging of the new energy chassis storage battery is also solved.
Compared with the prior art, the power supply system of the new energy illuminating vehicle illuminating lamp is divided into three paths, the controller controls the power supply change-over switch to freely select, the illuminating lamp uses the chassis battery to supply power when working for a short time, noise pollution and fuel consumption of the generator set are reduced, the illuminating lamp is powered by the mains supply when working for a long time, and frequent low-load operation of the generator set is avoided. When the electric quantity of the chassis battery is insufficient, the chassis battery can be directly charged through the charging pile in the carriage, so that the chassis endurance mileage is not limited by the capacity of the battery. Because the generator set can charge the chassis storage battery and supply power for the illuminating lamp at the same time, the problem that the generator set is easy to accumulate carbon in low-load operation is solved.

The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the power supply system of the portable new energy illuminating vehicle comprises a vehicle-mounted generator set 1, a power output interface 2, a power change-over switch 4, a charging pile 5, a chassis battery 6, an inverter 7, an illuminating lamp 9 and a controller 13;
the vehicle-mounted generator set 1 is provided with two groups of output interfaces, the power supply change-over switch 4 is provided with two groups of inlet interfaces and three groups of outlet interfaces,
a group of output interfaces of the vehicle-mounted generator set 1 are connected with an incoming line interface I of the power supply change-over switch 4 and are used for providing power supply for equipment in the vehicle; the other group of output interfaces of the vehicle-mounted generator set 1 is connected with the power output interface 2 and is used for providing emergency power.
The inlet wire interface I41 of the power supply change-over switch 4 is connected with a group of output interfaces of the vehicle-mounted generator set 1; the outlet interface III 43 of the power supply change-over switch 4 is connected with the illuminating lamp 9 through the switch III 11, and is used for working electricity of the illuminating lamp 9 under the condition that the vehicle-mounted generator set 1 is started, and the outlet interface IV 44 of the power supply change-over switch 4 is connected with the input end of the charging pile 5 and is used for charging the chassis battery 6.
The charging interface of the chassis battery 6 is connected with the output end of the charging pile 5, the output power line of the chassis battery 6 is connected with one end of the inverter 7 through a switch IV 12, and the other end of the inverter 7 is connected with the lighting lamp through a switch II 10; the inverter 7 inverts the direct current power supply of the chassis battery 6 into alternating current power supply and supplies power to the illuminating lamp 9.
One path of the illuminating lamp 9 is electrically connected with an outlet wire interface III 43 of the power supply change-over switch 4 through a switch III 11, and an inlet wire interface I41 of the power supply change-over switch 4 is electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted generator set 1; one path is electrically connected with the inverter 7 through the switch II 10 and then is electrically connected with the chassis battery 6 through the switch IV 12.
The vehicle-mounted generator set 1 and the power supply change-over switch 4 are in signal connection with the controller 13, and the controller 13 controls the start and stop of the vehicle-mounted generator set and the switching of the power supply of the lighting lamp.
When in operation, under the condition of emergency power supply, the power supply of the chassis battery 6 can be converted into an alternating current power supply through the inverter 7, and then the alternating current power supply can directly supply power to the illuminating lamp 9, so that no noise pollution and no fuel consumption are caused when the illuminating lamp 9 works; under the long-time working condition of the illuminating lamp 9, when the electric quantity of the chassis storage battery 6 is insufficient, the vehicle-mounted generator set 1 is started, the power supply of the vehicle-mounted generator set 1 is directly used for supplying power to the illuminating lamp 9 through the power supply change-over switch 4, meanwhile, the power supply line of the charging pile 5 is closed by the power supply change-over switch 4, the chassis storage battery 6 is charged through the charging pile 5, the purpose that the generator set simultaneously supplies power to the illuminating lamp 9 and charges the chassis storage battery 6 is achieved, when the emergency power supply is needed for field operation, the vehicle-mounted generator set 1 can simultaneously provide the emergency power supply for the field through the power supply output interface 2, and the problem of carbon deposition of the generator set caused by low-load operation of the vehicle-mounted generator set 1 is avoided.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, the power supply system of the portable new energy lighting vehicle further comprises a mains supply system, wherein the mains supply system comprises a mains supply input interface 3, the mains supply input interface 3 is connected with a wire inlet interface ii 42 of the power supply change-over switch 4, and free switching of a power supply between a vehicle-mounted generator set and the mains supply is realized through the change-over switch, so that power conflict is prevented; the outgoing line interface V45 of the power supply change-over switch 4 is connected with the lighting lamp 9 through a switch I8 and is used for working electricity of the lighting lamp 9 under the condition of mains supply input.
When the electric power is supplied to the lighting lamp 9 through the mains input interface 3, the electric power is supplied to the lighting lamp 9 for lighting, when the chassis battery 6 needs to be charged, the power line of the charging pile 5 is closed through the power change-over switch 4, and the chassis battery 6 can be charged through the charging pile 5, so that no noise pollution and fuel consumption are caused when the lighting lamp 9 works, when the electric quantity of the chassis battery 6 is insufficient, the charging and cruising work of the chassis battery 6 can be realized, and the cruising mileage of the chassis is not limited by the capacity of the battery any more; when the illuminating lamp 9 works for a long time, the problem of carbon deposition of the vehicle-mounted generator set caused by long-term low-load operation of the generator set is avoided through a scheme of mains supply access.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the power supply system of the new energy illuminating vehicle illuminating lamp is divided into three paths, the controller controls the power supply change-over switch to freely select, the illuminating lamp uses the chassis battery to supply power when working for a short time, noise pollution and fuel consumption of the generator set are reduced, the illuminating lamp supplies power through the mains supply when working for a long time, frequent low-load operation of the generator set is avoided, and when the electric quantity of the chassis battery is insufficient, the illuminating lamp can be directly charged through the charging pile in the carriage, so that the chassis endurance mileage is not limited by the capacity of the battery any more.
The chassis battery 6 can be charged by the commercial power or the vehicle-mounted generator set 1 through the charging pile 5, and the illuminating lamp can be powered by the chassis battery 6 or the commercial power or the vehicle-mounted generator set 1 according to different working conditions. The switching of the illumination lamp power supply is controlled by the controller 13.
The vehicle-mounted generator set 1 is one of a diesel generator set, a gas generator set, a gasoline generator set, a coal-fired generator set, a wind generator set and a solar generator set. The in-vehicle generator set 1 in embodiment 1 and embodiment 2 is a diesel generator set.

the power output end of the vehicle-mounted generator set (1) is electrically connected with a wire inlet interface I (41) and a power output interface (2) of the power switch (4) respectively, a wire outlet interface IV (44) of the power switch (4) is electrically connected with one end of the charging pile (5), the other end of the charging pile (5) is electrically connected with a charging interface of the chassis battery (6), one end of the chassis battery (6) is electrically connected with one end of the inverter (7), the other end of the inverter (7) is electrically connected with the lighting lamp (9), a wire outlet interface III (43) of the power switch (4) is electrically connected with the lighting lamp (9), and the vehicle-mounted generator set (1) and the power switch (4) are respectively in signal connection with the controller (13).
