On one hand, the nail bin protective cover 2 and the nail bin body 1 are pre-positioned, so that the nail bin protective cover 2 can be conveniently and accurately and quickly assembled on the nail bin body 1; on the other hand, the contact of the reinforcing ribs 251 with the two sides of the nail pushing groove 13 can enhance the fixing effect of the nail bin protective cover 2 and the nail bin body 1, so that the nail bin protective cover 2 is prevented from being separated from the nail bin body 1, the contact area of the reinforcing ribs 251 with the two sides of the nail pushing groove 13 is small, and the nail bin protective cover 2 is convenient to take down during use. The staple pushing groove 13, the staple pushing block 5 and the support 6 are prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
According to the nail bin assembly 100, the suturing nails 3 can be well blocked in the nail bin body 1 when not being triggered, and the condition that the suturing nails 3 are separated from the nail bin body 1 due to extrusion or external force in the storage and transportation processes is avoided; meanwhile, the problem that when the nail box assembly 100 is assembled in an end effector of a surgical instrument and the nail box protective cover 2 is removed, part of the nails 3 are taken up by the nail box protective cover 2 and are separated from the nail box body 1 together is solved. The nail bin assembly and the surgical instrument thereof have compact and reliable structure and convenient assembly, can effectively suture the wound of a patient, thereby reducing wound bleeding, and are beneficial to smooth operation and healing of the wound of the patient after the operation.

Claims (16)

1. A staple cartridge assembly comprising a staple cartridge body and a staple cartridge protective cover, the staple cartridge body comprising staple cavities and staples, at least a portion of the staples being disposed within the staple cavities; the nail bin protective cover comprises a baffle plate;
the nail bin protective cover is characterized by further comprising a blocking part, the blocking part is positioned on the blocking plate, and the nail bin protective cover is detachably connected with the nail bin body; after the nail bin protective cover is connected with the nail bin body, the blocking surface of the blocking baffle is arranged opposite to the top end surface of the nail bin body, the blocking part is used for forming a space between the nail bin body and the blocking baffle, and the space is used for preventing the blocking baffle from contacting with the nail cavity.
2. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 1, wherein said staple cartridge protection cover further comprises a coupling portion disposed on said baffle for removably coupling said baffle to said staple cartridge body.
3. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 1, wherein said spaces have a height that is less than a height of said staples.
4. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 2, wherein said baffle has a protrusion thereon, said protrusion forming said barrier.
5. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 4, wherein said protrusions are cylindrical or punctiform protrusions.
6. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 5, wherein said cylinder is not polygonal in cross-section; the cross section of the punctiform protrusions is circular, oval or polygonal.
7. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 4, wherein said protrusion is a cuboid or an annular body, said cuboid comprising a bar.
8. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 2, wherein said blocking portion is integrally formed with or fixedly attached or removably attached to said baffle.
9. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 2, wherein said barrier has at least two said blocking portions, said at least two blocking portions being symmetrically disposed along a central axis of said barrier.
10. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 2, wherein said connecting portion comprises a first hook portion and a second hook portion; the first clamping hook part is provided with a clamping hook, and the nail bin body is provided with a clamping groove matched with the clamping hook; the second hook part is perpendicular to the baffle plate and is used for contacting with the side face of the nail bin body.
11. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 1, wherein said baffle front end has a thickness greater than a thickness of said baffle rear end.
12. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 2, wherein said blocking portion, said connecting portion and said barrier are integrally formed to form said staple cartridge protection cover.
13. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 2, wherein said connecting portions and said blocking portions are staggered on said baffle.
14. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 1, wherein said staple cartridge protection cover further comprises a positioning ridge located on and perpendicular to said baffle.
15. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 14, wherein said positioning ridge has ribs disposed thereon, said ribs being symmetrically disposed on opposite sides of said positioning ridge, said ribs being spaced apart on a same side of said positioning ridge.
16. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 1, wherein said staple cavities and said staples are a plurality, at least a portion of each said staple being disposed within one said staple cavity.
