Description

Preparation method of liquid plant protective film
Technical Field
The invention discloses a preparation method of a liquid plant protection film, and belongs to the technical field of plant protection.
Background
Melon flies are an important quarantine pest worldwide, originate in India, and are widely distributed in more than 30 countries and regions in tropical, subtropical and temperate regions. The melon flies lay eggs in fruits or other soft tissues through adults, and the larvae eat inside the fruits after hatching, so that the fruits are deformed, yellowed, rotted, shed and the like. The Bactrocera cucurbitae has wide hosts, and the hosts are as high as 120, so that serious social and economic losses are caused. At present, the prevention and control of Bactrocera cucurbitae has become a research focus and a hot spot in many countries.
In some specific areas, the insect sterility technology is adopted to control the melon flies, namely, a large number of sterile male insects of the melon flies are released to mate with wild female insects, no progeny is generated, the population of the melon flies is gradually reduced, and even the population is eradicated. Among them, by releasing a large amount of sterile males in japan and usa, melon flies in various regions are basically eradicated; parasitic wasps such as the Alishan agrichia cochinchinensis, the Frankia furiosaefolia and the like are released, and certain control effect is achieved in certain areas of America and India. In China, the application of chemical pesticides is still a main means for preventing and controlling melon flies. As most hosts of the Bactrocera cucurbitae are melons and fruits and vegetables which are picked continuously and grow continuously, the pesticide is easily sprayed on fruits in the picking period in the pesticide using process, so that pesticide residues exceed the standard. Furthermore, the use of large amounts of chemical pesticides results in the development of varying degrees of resistance in melon flies. Therefore, a new safe and effective control measure for bactrocera cucurbitae is urgently needed to be found.
The liquid plant protective film is a viscous water emulsion prepared by extracting and emulsifying natural substances, and is safe to the environment. After being diluted by water, the water-soluble organic fertilizer is sprayed on the surface of a plant to form a protective film, thereby playing the roles of preventing insects and diseases. The field pesticide effect test shows that the sprayed liquid plant protective film has good control effect on aphids and loquat gray leaf spot. However, the conventional liquid plant protection film still has a problem of poor plant protection effect, and thus research on the conventional liquid plant protection film is also needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problems that: aiming at the problem that the traditional liquid plant protection film has poor protection effect on plants, the preparation method of the liquid plant protection film is provided.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
(1) according to the weight parts, 20-30 parts of beeswax, 10-20 parts of plant essential oil, 10-20 parts of glycerol and 10-20 parts of linseed oil are heated, stirred and mixed to obtain No. 1 mixed liquid;
(2) ultrasonically dispersing 20-30 parts of gelatin solution, 10-20 parts of insect juice, 20-30 parts of chitosan liquid, 8-10 parts of sepiolite, 8-10 parts of carbomer, 10-20 parts of polyethyleneimine and 60-80 parts of water according to parts by weight to obtain No. 2 mixed solution;
(3) and heating, stirring and mixing 40-50 parts by weight of No. 1 mixed solution, 60-70 parts by weight of No. 2 mixed solution and 8-10 parts by weight of emulsifier to obtain the liquid plant protective film.
The plant essential oil in the step (1) is any one of lavender essential oil, schisandra essential oil, white chrysanthemum essential oil or rosemary essential oil.
The preparation process of the gelatin solution in the step (2) comprises the following steps: mixing gelatin powder and water according to a mass ratio of 1: 50-1: 100, standing and swelling, and heating, stirring and mixing to obtain the gelatin solution.
The preparation process of the insect juice in the step (2) comprises the following steps: according to the weight parts, 10-20 parts of melon flies, 10-20 parts of aphids and 30-40 parts of water are mixed and squeezed to obtain juice, and the juice is filtered and subjected to microwave treatment to obtain the insect juice.
The preparation process of the chitosan liquid in the step (2) comprises the following steps: mixing chitosan and water according to a mass ratio of 1: 50-1: 100, standing and swelling, and heating, stirring and mixing to obtain the chitosan liquid.
The carbomer in the step (2) is any one of carbomer 734P, carbomer 740P or carbomer 710P.
And (3) the emulsifier is any one of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium polyacrylate, tween-60 or span-80.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, by adding the beeswax and the plant essential oil, in the use process, firstly, beeswax particles are dispersed in a three-dimensional network formed by interpenetration crosslinking of gelatin and chitosan, so that micropores exist in the formed protective film, thereby improving the air permeability of the film, secondly, the beeswax and the plant essential oil can occupy the positions of partial functional groups in the gelatin and chitosan crosslinking network, so that the vibration strength of covalent bonds in crosslinking network molecules is reduced, the mechanical property of the product is improved, meanwhile, hydrophilic free radicals in the film can be reduced, the waterproof property of the film is further improved, the moisture is prevented from being accumulated on the surface of a plant, the breeding of bacteria is effectively reduced, and the protection of the film is further improved;
(2) according to the invention, by adding polyethyleneimine, in the using process, at night, because the polyethyleneimine contains primary amino active groups, covalent crosslinking can be carried out on the polyethyleneimine and carbon dioxide formed in the plant respiration process, so that a three-dimensional network structure is formed to enhance the strength of the protective film, and in the daytime, because the temperature is higher, the polyethyleneimine absorbing carbon dioxide can release carbon dioxide, and the released carbon dioxide promotes the photosynthesis of plants, so that the growth of the plants is promoted;
(3) according to the invention, by using the insect juice, in the using process, the insect juice is used as a biological threat signal to promote plant cell activation and carry out tissue regeneration, the regenerated tissue can be filled in a three-dimensional network formed by interpenetration and crosslinking of gelatin and chitosan, so that the early-stage protection effect is achieved, and along with the growth of plants, the plant regenerated tissue gradually replaces the three-dimensional network formed by crosslinking of gelatin and chitosan, so that the long-term protection effect is achieved.

Comparative example: liquid plant protective film produced by Anhui institute of ecological technology.
The liquid plant protective films obtained in examples 1 to 8 and the comparative products were subjected to performance tests, and the specific test methods were as follows:
cutting fresh and undamaged bitter gourd into 6cm small segments, soaking in 0.5% sodium benzoate water solution for 5min, taking out, air drying, and wrapping the naked pulp with sealing film; diluting the protective film into 400 times of liquid by using clear water, and uniformly spraying the liquid on the cut bitter gourd sections; after the moisture on the surface of the balsam pear is evaporated, putting insect cages (35 cm long, 35cm wide and 35cm high) into each cage for 1 piece, putting 25 pairs of melon flies in the same batch and eclosion for 15-20 days in the insect cages in advance, providing enough clear water and feed (white sugar: yeast powder = 1: 1) for the melon flies to eat, recording the egg laying amount and death number of the melon flies after 48h, repeating the treatment for 3 times, and taking the average value. Specific detection results are shown in table 1:
table 1: performance test meter
