本发明公开的属于节能厕所技术领域,具体为一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,包括外墙体和内墙体,所述外墙体和内墙体之间嵌入有保温腔,所述内墙体的内腔左侧壁通过螺钉固定安装有控制盒,所述控制盒包括嵌入式处理器、温度传感器、输入控制模块、存储器和电机控制电路,所述温度传感器、输入控制模块的输出端通过数据线与嵌入式处理器的输入端连接,所述嵌入式处理器的存储端口通过数据线与存储器连接,本方案通过相变石蜡保温侧的使用,能够起到对厕所内部的保温作用,为冬暖夏凉提供基础,通过反射板和吸热板的使用,能够起到发射阳光和吸收热量的作用,具有一定的温度控制作用。

本发明涉及节能厕所技术领域,具体为一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所。
背景技术
厕所泛指由人类建造专供人类(或其他特指生物,如家畜)进行生理***和放置(处理)***物的地方。人类使用的厕所大多有男厕女厕之分,不过随着科技的发展,男女共用的厕所,也问世了。
对于公共厕所,通常其在冬天较冷、夏天较热,对于使用的人来说很不舒适,为此,我们提出了一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,以解决上述背景技术中提出的对于公共厕所,通常其在冬天较冷、夏天较热,对于使用的人来说很不舒适的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,包括外墙体和内墙体,所述外墙体和内墙体之间嵌入有保温腔,所述内墙体的内腔左侧壁通过螺钉固定安装有控制盒,所述控制盒包括嵌入式处理器、温度传感器、输入控制模块、存储器和电机控制电路,所述温度传感器、输入控制模块的输出端通过数据线与嵌入式处理器的输入端连接,所述嵌入式处理器的存储端口通过数据线与存储器连接,所述嵌入式处理器的输出端通过导线与电机控制电路连接,所述外墙体的顶部左侧通过支架支撑有太阳能电池组件,所述外墙体的顶部右侧均匀安装有翻板,所述翻板的中部径向插接有转轴,且转轴与翻板之间通过螺钉固定连接,所述转轴的后端套接有传动齿轮,且相邻的两组传动齿轮之间相互啮合,右侧的所述转轴的后端通过联轴器连接有驱动电机,且驱动电机通过支架与外墙体螺接,所述电机控制电路的输出端与驱动电机的输入控制端连接,所述翻板的上表面通过固定卡接有吸热板,所述翻板的下表面固定卡接有反射板,所述翻板的左右两端均连接有限位挡板,相邻的所述翻板之间的限位挡板相互卡接。
优选的,所述保温腔为真空保温腔。
优选的,所述保温腔的内部嵌入有保温层,且保温层为相变石蜡保温层。
优选的,所述太阳能电池组件的电能输出端上安装有微型变压器,且微型变压器的输出电能输出至嵌入式处理器和驱动电机。
优选的,所述翻板两端的限位挡板关于翻板呈中心对称。
优选的,所述反射板为表面镀锌涂层的铝板。
优选的,所述吸热板为表面镀铬涂层的铝板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本方案通过相变石蜡保温侧的使用,能够起到对厕所内部的保温作用,为冬暖夏凉提供基础,通过反射板和吸热板的使用,能够起到发射阳光和吸收热量的作用,具有一定的温度控制作用。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,包括外墙体1和内墙体2,外墙体1和内墙体2之间嵌入有保温腔3,内墙体2的内腔左侧壁通过螺钉固定安装有控制盒4,控制盒4包括嵌入式处理器41、温度传感器42、输入控制模块43、存储器44和电机控制电路45,温度传感器42、输入控制模块43的输出端通过数据线与嵌入式处理器41的输入端连接,嵌入式处理器41的存储端口通过数据线与存储器44连接,嵌入式处理器41的输出端通过导线与电机控制电路45连接,外墙体1的顶部左侧通过支架支撑有太阳能电池组件5,外墙体1的顶部右侧均匀安装有翻板6,翻板6的中部径向插接有转轴7,且转轴7与翻板6之间通过螺钉固定连接,转轴7的后端套接有传动齿轮8,且相邻的两组传动齿轮8之间相互啮合,右侧的转轴7的后端通过联轴器连接有驱动电机9,且驱动电机9通过支架与外墙体1螺接,电机控制电路45的输出端与驱动电机9的输入控制端连接,翻板6的上表面通过固定卡接有吸热板12,翻板6的下表面固定卡接有反射板11,翻板6的左右两端均连接有限位挡板10,相邻的翻板6之间的限位挡板10相互卡接。
其中,保温腔3为真空保温腔,保温腔3的内部嵌入有保温层,且保温层为相变石蜡保温层,太阳能电池组件5的电能输出端上安装有微型变压器,且微型变压器的输出电能输出至嵌入式处理器41和驱动电机9,翻板6两端的限位挡板10关于翻板6呈中心对称,反射板11为表面镀锌涂层的铝板,吸热板12为表面镀铬涂层的铝板。
对驱动电机9、反射板11、吸热板12的外部均包覆防水透明薄膜,且不影响其转动;
对嵌入式处理器41编程,使得嵌入式处理器41满足对温度传感器42的数据信息接收、处理和对电机控制电路45的输出控制,通过输入控制模块43输出设定温度值域,设定温度值域为20-25摄氏度,并将温度值域存储在存储器44内;
冬季:保温腔3内的相变石蜡保温层在冬季时会凝固从而放热,热量进入内墙体2内部,对内墙体2内部起到升温的效果,温度传感器42采集内墙体2内部的温度值,嵌入式处理器41将采集的温度值与预存的设定的温度值域对比,若采集的温度值小于温度值域,则嵌入式处理器41通过电机控制电路45控制驱动电机9工作,驱动电机9的输出端通过转轴7带动翻板6和该转轴7上的传动齿轮8转动,传动齿轮8的转动带动相啮合的传动齿轮8和翻板6反向转动,反向转动使得相邻的限位挡板10之间相互不影响,使得吸热板12朝上,吸热板12对阳光接收吸热,吸热板12为表面镀铬涂层的铝板,镀铬为暗黑色,具有较好的吸热作用,将热量传递至内墙体2的内部,起到升温作用;
夏季:保温腔3内的相变石蜡保温层在夏季时会液化从而吸热,热量从内墙体2内部进入到保温腔3内,对内墙体2内部起到降温的作用,温度传感器42采集内墙体2内部的温度值,嵌入式处理器41将采集的温度值与预存的设定的温度值域对比,若采集的温度值大于设定的温度值域,则嵌入式处理器41通过电机控制电路45控制驱动电机9工作,使得反射板11朝上,反射板11对阳光反射,反射板11为表面镀锌涂层的铝板,镀锌为光亮的银白色,具有较好的反光作用,将热量反射,减少热量的聚集温作用;
通过以上的方式进行冬季升温、夏季降温的作用。

1.一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,包括外墙体(1)和内墙体(2),其特征在于:所述外墙体(1)和内墙体(2)之间嵌入有保温腔(3),所述内墙体(2)的内腔左侧壁通过螺钉固定安装有控制盒(4),所述控制盒(4)包括嵌入式处理器(41)、温度传感器(42)、输入控制模块(43)、存储器(44)和电机控制电路(45),所述温度传感器(42)、输入控制模块(43)的输出端通过数据线与嵌入式处理器(41)的输入端连接,所述嵌入式处理器(41)的存储端口通过数据线与存储器(44)连接,所述嵌入式处理器(41)的输出端通过导线与电机控制电路(45)连接,所述外墙体(1)的顶部左侧通过支架支撑有太阳能电池组件(5),所述外墙体(1)的顶部右侧均匀安装有翻板(6),所述翻板(6)的中部径向插接有转轴(7),且转轴(7)与翻板(6)之间通过螺钉固定连接,所述转轴(7)的后端套接有传动齿轮(8),且相邻的两组传动齿轮(8)之间相互啮合,右侧的所述转轴(7)的后端通过联轴器连接有驱动电机(9),且驱动电机(9)通过支架与外墙体(1)螺接,所述电机控制电路(45)的输出端与驱动电机(9)的输入控制端连接,所述翻板(6)的上表面通过固定卡接有吸热板(12),所述翻板(6)的下表面固定卡接有反射板(11),所述翻板(6)的左右两端均连接有限位挡板(10),相邻的所述翻板(6)之间的限位挡板(10)相互卡接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,其特征在于:所述保温腔(3)为真空保温腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,其特征在于:所述保温腔(3)的内部嵌入有保温层,且保温层为相变石蜡保温层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池组件(5)的电能输出端上安装有微型变压器,且微型变压器的输出电能输出至嵌入式处理器(41)和驱动电机(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,其特征在于:所述翻板(6)两端的限位挡板(10)关于翻板(6)呈中心对称。
