Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性防火涂料及其制备方法,该水性防火涂料由以下质量百分含量的原料组成:有机成膜物:20%~30%;阻燃剂:20%~50%;白色颜填料:20%~30%;助剂:0~5%;水:余量。其制备方法如下:1)将水和助剂加入分散设备中,抽真空的条件下分散均匀;2)加入白色颜填料和阻燃剂,利用剪切热将物料温度升至80℃~90℃,持续搅拌分散1.5~2.5h;3)通入冷却循环水,将物料温度降至室温,加入有机成膜物,分散至细度20μm以下,过筛。本发明的水性防火涂料的阻燃性能达到GB8624‑2006规定的A级,反光率大于95%,安全环保,成膜后漆膜的抗裂性能和耐水性能优异,在基材上的粘结强度高。

Description

一种水性防火涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性防火涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防火涂料是一种能够提高材料耐火能力、减缓火焰蔓延传播速度,或在一定时间内能阻止燃烧的涂料,也可叫做阻燃涂料。随着环保要求越来越高以及新技术新材料的发展,水性防火涂料将完全取代有机溶剂型防火涂料,这是必然的发展趋势。目前,水性防火涂料的研究火热,出现了很多水性防火涂料产品,取得了不小的进步,但现有的水性防火涂料产品均存在明显的性能缺陷,例如:CN 102876172 B公开了一种水性防火涂料,由于引入了膨胀石墨,只能做灰色和黑色的涂料,反光率较低,如果用于室内需要高功率的灯光照明,能源消耗多,且该水性防火涂料的阻燃性能也达不到不燃等级;CN 103242721 B公开了一种防火涂料,其阻燃性能达到了不燃等级,但由于引入了较多的水溶性物质和非白色非透明的物料,白度较低,反光率也较低,耐水性能也较差。
因此,有必要开发一种阻燃性能优异、反光率高、综合性能优异的水性防火涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水性防火涂料及其制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种水性防火涂料,由以下质量百分含量的原料组成:
有机成膜物:20%~30%;
阻燃剂:20%~50%;
白色颜填料:20%~30%;
助剂:0~5%;
水:余量。
所述有机成膜物为苯丙乳液、醋丙乳液、硅丙乳液、氯丙乳液、纯丙乳液、聚氨酯乳液中的至少一种。
所述阻燃剂为有机磷酸盐、次磷酸盐、聚磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、三聚氰胺、双氰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、聚磷酸三聚氰胺、焦磷酸三聚氰胺、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、聚硅硼氧烷、硼酸、硼酸锌、3.5水硼酸锌中的至少一种。
所述阻燃剂的白度大于96。
所述白色颜填料为钛白粉、立德粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、滑石粉、硅微粉中的至少一种。
所述白色颜填料的白度大于99。
所述助剂为pH调节剂、润湿分散剂、增稠剂、流变助剂、杀菌剂中的至少一种。
上述水性防火涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将水和助剂加入分散设备中,抽真空的条件下分散均匀;
2)加入白色颜填料和阻燃剂,利用剪切热将物料温度升至80℃~90℃,持续搅拌分散1.5~2.5h;
3)通入冷却循环水,将物料温度降至室温,加入有机成膜物,分散至细度20μm以下,过筛,得到水性防火涂料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的水性防火涂料的阻燃性能达到GB8624-2006《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》规定的A级(不燃级别),反光率大于95%,安全环保,成膜后漆膜的抗裂性能和耐水性能优异,在基材上的粘结强度高。
1)本发明利用剪切热将白色颜填料和阻燃剂升温至80℃~90℃,进行高温混合,可以将白色颜填料和阻燃剂颗粒分散至其最小的尺寸,促进了他们之间的相互嵌合,显著提高了阻燃剂的阻燃效率;
2)本发明中的醋丙乳液、氯丙乳液等受热分解自身可以成炭,与阻燃剂之间有协同增效作用;
3)本发明中的聚氨酯乳液受热分解会释放氨气、氮气等惰性气体,且其分解得到的异氰酸酯也可以成炭,提高了水性防火涂料的阻燃性能。
具体实施方式
一种水性防火涂料,由以下质量百分含量的原料组成:
有机成膜物:20%~30%;
阻燃剂:20%~50%;
白色颜填料:20%~30%;
助剂:0~5%;
水:余量。
优选的,所述有机成膜物为苯丙乳液、醋丙乳液、硅丙乳液、氯丙乳液、纯丙乳液、聚氨酯乳液中的至少一种。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为有机磷酸盐、次磷酸盐、聚磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、三聚氰胺、双氰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、聚磷酸三聚氰胺、焦磷酸三聚氰胺、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、聚硅硼氧烷、硼酸、硼酸锌、3.5水硼酸锌中的至少一种。
优选的,所述阻燃剂的白度大于96。
优选的,所述白色颜填料为钛白粉、立德粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、滑石粉、硅微粉中的至少一种。
优选的,所述白色颜填料的白度大于99。

1.一种水性防火涂料,其特征在于:由以下质量百分含量的原料组成:
有机成膜物:20%~30%;
阻燃剂:20%~50%;
白色颜填料:20%~30%;
助剂:0~5%;
水:余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性防火涂料,其特征在于:所述有机成膜物为苯丙乳液、醋丙乳液、硅丙乳液、氯丙乳液、纯丙乳液、聚氨酯乳液中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性防火涂料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为有机磷酸盐、次磷酸盐、聚磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、三聚氰胺、双氰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、聚磷酸三聚氰胺、焦磷酸三聚氰胺、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、聚硅硼氧烷、硼酸、硼酸锌、3.5水硼酸锌中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水性防火涂料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂的白度大于96。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性防火涂料,其特征在于:所述白色颜填料为钛白粉、立德粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、滑石粉、硅微粉中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的水性防火涂料,其特征在于:所述白色颜填料的白度大于99。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性防火涂料,其特征在于:所述助剂为pH调节剂、润湿分散剂、增稠剂、流变助剂、杀菌剂中的至少一种。
8.权利要求1~7中任意一项所述的水性防火涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将水和助剂加入分散设备中,抽真空的条件下分散均匀;
2)加入白色颜填料和阻燃剂,利用剪切热将物料温度升至80℃~90℃,持续搅拌分散1.5~2.5h;
3)通入冷却循环水,将物料温度降至室温,加入有机成膜物,分散至细度20μm以下,过筛,得到水性防火涂料。
