Abstract
本发明公开了一种以新会柑果肉为主料的有机肥料,有机肥料的组成成分按重量百分比表示:70‑80%新会柑果肉、5‑10%粗糠、5‑15%养虫下脚料、1‑5%生石灰、1‑3%生物菌以及2‑3%腐殖酸,将新会柑果肉作为有机肥的主料,变废为宝,实现新会柑果肉的减量化、无害化、资源化处理,而且本发明的粗蛋白含量高,能够增加土壤的有机质和肥力,新会柑果肉含有多种氨基酸,能被农作物直接吸收利用,其有机酸能促进难溶性矿物的分解,提高土壤养分的有效性,其维生素能分解有机肥料,提高土壤中的物质和能量转化,本发明能够部分或完全替代化肥,减少化肥对土壤结构的破坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机肥料,特别是一种以新会柑果肉为主料的有机肥料。
背景技术
新会柑,学名茶枝柑,为芸香科植物,是广东江门市新会区特产,新会柑“皮贵肉贱”,其皮薄柔软,色鲜味香,制成的“新会陈皮”具有很高的药用价值,而新会柑果肉则每年有多达25万吨被作为废渣被丢弃,造成巨大的环境污染和资源浪费。虽然目前有技术将新会柑果肉制作成果汁、糖果或果脯等,提高了新会柑果肉的利用率,但由于新会柑含有大量产生苦味的柠檬苦素和柚皮苷,难以脱除或覆盖,因此这些技术大多制作成本较高且成品口味单一,也没有形成产业化生产,消耗新会柑果肉的能力有限,因此,提高新会柑果肉的综合利用水平具有极其重要的意义。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种以新会柑果肉为主料的有机肥料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种以新会柑果肉为主料的有机肥料,所述有机肥料的组成成分按重量百分比表示:70-80%新会柑果肉、5-10%粗糠、5-15%养虫下脚料、1-5%生石灰、1-3%生物菌以及2-3%腐殖酸。
所述有机肥料的PH值为7.5-8.3。
所述有机肥料的含水量为30%。
所述有机肥料的细度为20-25目。
本发明的有益效果是:将新会柑果肉作为有机肥的主料,变废为宝,实现新会柑果肉的减量化、无害化、资源化处理,而且本发明的粗蛋白含量高,能够增加土壤的有机质和肥力,新会柑果肉含有多种氨基酸,能被农作物直接吸收利用,其有机酸能促进难溶性矿物的分解,提高土壤养分的有效性,其维生素能分解有机肥料,提高土壤中的物质和能量转化,本发明能够部分或完全替代化肥,减少化肥对土壤结构的破坏。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行说明和分析。
实施例1:
有机肥料的组成成分按重量百分比表示:80%新会柑果肉、5%粗糠、5%养虫下脚料、5%生石灰、3%生物菌以及2%腐殖酸。所述有机肥料的PH值为7.5,含水量为30%,细度为20-25目。
实施例2:
有机肥料的组成成分按重量百分比表示:70%新会柑果肉、10%粗糠、15%养虫下脚料、1%生石灰、1%生物菌以及3%腐殖酸。所述有机肥料的PH值为8.3,含水量为30%,细度为20-25目。
实施例3:
有机肥料的组成成分按重量百分比表示:75%新会柑果肉、7.5%粗糠、10%养虫下脚料、2.5%生石灰、2.5%生物菌以及2.5%腐殖酸。所述有机肥料的PH值为7.9,含水量为30%,细度为20-25目。
参照有机肥料国家标准,对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3进行技术指标和重金属限量指标的检测,结果如下:
表格中实施例1、实施例2、实施例3分别与国家标准对比,可得出实施例1、实施例2、实施例3均符合有机肥料国家标准。

1.一种以新会柑果肉为主料的有机肥料,其特征在于所述有机肥料的组成成分按重量百分比表示:70-80%新会柑果肉、5-10%粗糠、5-15%养虫下脚料、1-5%生石灰、1-3%生物菌以及2-3%腐殖酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以新会柑果肉为主料的有机肥料,其特征在于所述有机肥料的PH值为7.5-8.3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以新会柑果肉为主料的有机肥料,其特征在于所述有机肥料的含水量为30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以新会柑果肉为主料的有机肥料,其特征在于所述有机肥料的细度为20-25目。
