Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a giant salamander mucus collecting device, and fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of a specific embodiment of the giant salamander mucus collecting device. In the invention, the giant salamander mucus collecting device comprises: a platform 8; a pair of semi-cylindrical-like clamping plates 1 oppositely arranged on the platform 8 through a sliding mechanism, wherein the clamping plates 1 can move in a horizontal direction (the horizontal direction is shown in fig. 1), the diameter of the upper section of the clamping plates 1 is larger than that of the lower section of the clamping plates 1, and a plurality of through holes 7 are formed in the lower section of the clamping plates 1; a pair of brush members 2 mounted on inner side walls of an upper section of the chucking plate 1 through a mounting groove 10, the brush members 2 being operable to move in a vertical direction (vertical direction shown in fig. 1) within the mounting groove 10; a spring member 3 attached to the outer side wall of the clamping plate 1, the spring member 3 being fixed to the platform 8 by a bracket 9; a plurality of pipettes 4, wherein one of the pipettes 4 is arranged in one of the through holes 7 in a penetrating way, the inlet end of the pipettes 4 is level with the inner side wall of the lower section of the clamping plate 1, and the outlet end of the pipettes 4 extends out of the through hole 7; a pipetting device 5 connected to the outlet end of the pipette 4; and a collecting tank (not shown in fig. 1) connected to the pipetting device 5 via a collecting tube 6.
In the invention, the clamping plate 1 is used for clamping giant salamanders, for example, the heads of the giant salamanders are upwards, and the tails of the giant salamanders are downwards, for example, the clamping plate 1 can enable the brush liquid component 2 arranged at the upper section of the clamping plate 1 to be tightly attached to the upper part of the giant salamanders, and simultaneously enable the lower section of the clamping plate 1 to be tightly attached to the lower part of the giant salamanders; in the invention, the collecting device adopts a pair of liquid brushing components, so that the collection of mucus on two corresponding surfaces of the giant salamander body surface can be realized at the same time, and the collection efficiency of mucus can be improved; as is known, an adult giant salamander can generally produce 20-40 g of fresh mucus, and the adult giant salamander is generally larger in size, so that less mucus is distributed on all parts of the giant salamander body surface, the effect of directly sucking mucus from all parts of the giant salamander body surface through brushing by adopting a general device is poor, if the speed of the brush moving along the giant salamander body surface is too high or the force of the brush on the giant salamander is unsuitable (for example, the force of the brush applied to the giant salamander is too high), incomplete suction of the mucus on the giant salamander body surface can be caused, after the brush brushes complete the giant salamander body surface, some mucus still adheres to the giant salamander body surface (giant salamander skin), so that the collection amount of the mucus is low, and if the speed of the brush moving along the giant salamander body surface is slowed down, the speed of sucking the mucus is inevitably reduced, so that the collection efficiency of the mucus is reduced; the invention can realize that the mucus on the giant salamander body surface is concentrated on the lower part of the giant salamander rapidly through the quick movement of the liquid brushing member 2 from top to bottom along the vertical direction, and then the mucus on the giant salamander body surface is absorbed into the collecting box through the liquid suction pipe, the liquid suction device and the liquid collecting pipe, so that the collecting amount of the mucus can be remarkably increased, and the collecting efficiency of the mucus can be improved.
Specifically, in the present invention, the upper and lower parts of the giant salamander are artificially distinguished so as to correspond to the upper and lower parts of the splint, and in the present invention, the length of the upper part of the splint in the vertical direction is longer than the length of the lower part of the splint in the vertical direction, and a relatively large part of the giant salamander is sandwiched by the upper part of the splint and a relatively small part of the giant salamander is sandwiched by the lower part of the splint.
In the invention, for example, the initial relative positions (relative positions when giant salamanders are not clamped) of the two clamping plates are relatively close; the clamping plate is operable to move in a horizontal direction by a sliding mechanism and the spring member is compressible so that the clamping plate is adapted to clamp giant salamanders of different body sizes. Specifically, for example, when the body size of the giant salamander to be fixed is relatively large, the left clamp plate shown in fig. 1 is pressed by the giant salamander so that the left spring member is compressed, and thus the left clamp plate can be moved leftward in the horizontal direction by the sliding mechanism, and the right clamp plate shown in fig. 1 is also pressed by the giant salamander so that the right spring member is compressed, and thus the right clamp plate can be moved rightward in the horizontal direction by the sliding mechanism; therefore, the clamping plates can clamp giant salamanders with different body types.
In particular, in the present invention, the number of the spring member 3, the bracket 9, and the liquid absorbing device 5 is two, and the number of the collection tanks may be one or two, and preferably the number of the collection tanks is one; in the present invention, the fact that the clamping plate 1 is semi-cylindrical-like means that the clamping plate 1 is semi-cylindrical-like in shape, as shown in fig. 1; in the present invention, the clamping plate may be formed in one piece, for example, and the lower end of the upper section of the clamping plate may smoothly transition to the upper end of the lower section of the clamping plate, for example.
The present invention is not particularly limited to the pipette 4 and the liquid collecting tube 6; in particular, the pipette 4 and the liquid receiving tube 6 may be hoses, for example.
According to some preferred embodiments, the length of the mounting groove 10 is the same as the length of the upper section of the clamping plate 1.
According to some preferred embodiments, the plurality of perforations 7 are evenly distributed in the lower section of the splint 1, as shown for example in fig. 3.
According to some preferred embodiments, the pipette 4 is a capillary hose having a tube diameter of 0.01-5 mm (e.g. 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5 or 5 mm).
According to some preferred embodiments, the brush member is semi-annular in shape. In the invention, the brush liquid component and the clamping plate are preferably arranged in a semi-annular shape in a matching way, so that the contact area of the brush liquid component and the giant salamander can be increased, more importantly, the brush liquid component can be contacted with the whole body of the giant salamander in the process of moving along the vertical direction, the rapid collection of mucous on the whole body of the giant salamander body is realized, and the collection efficiency of mucous is greatly improved.
According to some preferred embodiments, the brush member includes a brush holder 2-1 and bristles 2-2 disposed on the brush holder 2-1, as shown in fig. 2. In the present invention, the bristles may be, for example, soft bristles, or the bristles may be relatively hard bristles, but the hardness is not so great as to cause damage to giant salamanders.
According to some preferred embodiments, the end of the bristles 2-2 remote from the brush holder 2-1 is flush with the inner side wall of the lower section of the clamping plate 1.
According to a specific embodiment, the brush member is semi-annular in shape, the brush member includes a semi-annular brush holder 2-1 and bristles 2-2 disposed on the brush holder 2-1, and the bristles 2-2 enclose a shape that matches the shape of the brush holder 2-1, as shown in fig. 5 and 6.
According to some preferred embodiments, the spring member 3 comprises a connecting rod 3-1, a housing 3-2 and a spring 3-3 arranged within the housing 3-2, as shown for example in fig. 4; one end of the connecting rod 3-1 is connected with the spring 3-3, and the other end of the connecting rod 3-1 extends out of the shell 3-2 to be connected with the clamping plate 1.
The present invention is not particularly limited, and the sliding mechanism may be an existing sliding mechanism, and the clamping plate may be made to move in a horizontal direction on the platform by the sliding mechanism.
According to some preferred embodiments, the sliding mechanism comprises a chute provided on the platform 8 and a pulley provided at the bottom of the clamping plate 1 matching the chute.
In the present invention, for example, the spring member 3 may be replaced by a telescopic rod, for example, a telescopic rod is connected to the outer side wall of the clamping plate 1, the telescopic rod is operable to push the clamping plate 1 to move in the horizontal direction, the telescopic rod is fixed on the platform 8 through the bracket 9, the number of the telescopic rods is 2, and the clamping plate 1 can clamp giant salamander under the pushing action of the telescopic rod. In the present invention, preferably, the telescopic rod includes a first branch portion and a second branch portion, and the first branch portion is sleeved in the second branch portion and is slidable in the second branch portion. For example, in the invention, the first support part is connected to the outer side wall of the clamping plate, the telescopic rod is extended or shortened by the relative sliding of the first support part in the second support part, so that the two clamping plates move in the horizontal direction through the sliding mechanism, the distance between the two clamping plates can be adjusted, the brush liquid component arranged at the upper section of the clamping plate 1 can be tightly attached to the upper part of the giant salamander, and the lower section of the clamping plate 1 can be tightly attached to the lower part of the giant salamander, so that the giant salamander can be clamped by the two clamping plates. In the invention, when the telescopic rod is extended, the distance between the two clamping plates can be reduced, and when the telescopic rod is shortened, the distance between the two clamping plates can be increased; in the invention, when the telescopic rod comprises a first support part and a second support part, the first support part is sleeved in the second support part and can slide in the second support part, and the telescopic rod is also called a loop rod.
In the present invention, when the spring member is replaced with the telescopic rod, the clamping plate 1 may be disposed opposite to the platform 8 by a sliding mechanism, and the clamping plate 1 may not be connected to the platform 8.
In the invention, when the telescopic rod is used for replacing the spring component, for example, a bayonet is arranged in the second supporting part, a clamping position matched with the bayonet is arranged on the first supporting part, when the giant salamander is clamped by the two clamping plates, the clamping position is clamped on the bayonet, and when the telescopic rod is required to be stretched or shortened, the clamping position is separated from the bayonet; according to the invention, when the telescopic rod is used for replacing the spring component, the clamping plates 1 are oppositely arranged on the platform 8 through the sliding mechanism, and the sliding mechanism comprises a sliding groove arranged on the platform 8 and a pulley arranged at the bottom of the clamping plates 1 and matched with the sliding groove, for example, a bayonet can be arranged in the sliding groove, a clamping position matched with the bayonet is arranged on the pulley, when the giant salamander is clamped by the two clamping plates, the clamping position is clamped on the bayonet, and when the relative distance between the two clamping plates needs to be adjusted, the clamping position is separated from the bayonet.
According to some preferred embodiments, a sliding rail 11 is disposed in the mounting groove 10, for example, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, and a sliding block 12 matched with the sliding rail 11 is disposed on the brush member 2, for example, as shown in fig. 6. In the present invention, for example, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the middle part of the installation groove 10 is a protruding part, and two sides of the protruding part are concave downward to form a sliding rail.
According to a specific embodiment, the brush holder 2-1 is provided with a slider 12 matching with the slide rail 11 on the side where the bristles 2-2 are not provided, as shown in fig. 6.
According to some preferred embodiments, the pipetting device comprises a mucus channel for communicating the pipette 4 with the receiving tube 6 and a pipetting pump arranged on the mucus channel. In particular, the suction pump is used to draw mucus through a pipette, a mucus channel and a collection tube, ultimately into a collection tank. The liquid suction pump of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a medical miniature liquid suction pump.
According to some preferred embodiments, the tube diameter of the pipette 4 is smaller than the tube diameter of the receiving tube 6.
According to some preferred embodiments, the collecting device further comprises a health scanner system provided on the splint 1 and a controller in electrical signal connection with the health scanner system. In particular, the controller may be, for example, a programmable logic controller (PLC controller). According to the invention, the health scanner system can perform health scanning on giant salamanders positioned in the clamping plates in real time, so that the giant salamanders are ensured to be prevented from being hurt by corona degree or anesthesia degree, and then the controller is used for confirming the collection of mucus.
According to some preferred embodiments, the controller is also in electrical communication with the slider 12. The controller is operable to move the brush member 2 in the vertical direction within the mounting groove 10 by controlling the sliding of the slider 12 on the slide rail 11. In particular, the controller may for example control the brush member to move rapidly downwards in the vertical direction at a speed of 0.1 to 0.5m/min (e.g. 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.35, 0.4, 0.45 or 0.5 m/min), preferably 0.3 to 0.5m/min (e.g. 0.3, 0.35, 0.4 or 0.5 m/min).
In the invention, the collecting device does not comprise a health scanner system, but comprises a controller which is in electrical signal connection with the sliding block, so that the controller can make the brush liquid member move in the vertical direction in the mounting groove by controlling the sliding of the sliding block on the sliding rail under the condition that the giant salamander is not subjected to health scanning, and in the process that the brush liquid member moves from top to bottom in the vertical direction, the brush liquid member can brush the mucus on the upper part of the giant salamander towards the direction of the lower part of the giant salamander, and the mucus on the upper part of the giant salamander can be concentrated to the lower part of the giant salamander rapidly.
According to some preferred embodiments, the collecting device further comprises a power source electrically connected to the clamping plate 1. In the invention, when the clamping plate 1 is electrically connected with a power supply, the giant salamander can be corona through turning on a switch of the power supply. The voltage range of the power supply may be determined based on the withstand voltage capability of the giant salamander, for example.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the working process of the giant salamander mucus collecting device may, for example, be: opening a switch of the controller and the health scanner system; fixing corona or vaginally giant salamander vertically (with head upwards and tail downwards) in a pair of clamping plates, so that a brushing liquid component arranged at the upper section of the clamping plates clings to the upper part of the giant salamander and the lower section of the clamping plates clings to the lower part of the giant salamander; the health scanner system carries out health scanning on giant salamanders in the clamping plates in real time, after the controller confirms that the giant salamanders can collect the mucus according to the health condition of the giant salamanders, the controller starts to control the sliding block arranged on the semi-annular brushing member (the brushing member comprises a semi-annular brushing seat and bristles arranged on the brushing seat) to move downwards along the vertical direction of the mounting groove until the sliding block slides to the bottommost end of the mounting groove, and then the controller does not control the sliding block to move downwards any more; in the process that the semi-annular brush liquid component moves downwards along the vertical direction, the brush hair arranged on the brush seat brushes the mucus on the upper part of the giant salamander towards the direction of the lower part of the giant salamander, so that the mucus on the upper part of the giant salamander is rapidly concentrated to the lower part of the giant salamander, and the mucus generated by the lower part of the giant salamander and the mucus brushed from the upper part of the giant salamander to the lower part of the giant salamander are collected into the collecting box through the liquid suction pipe, the liquid suction device and the liquid collecting pipe, and the collection of the body surface mucus of the whole giant salamander is completed. Particularly, after the mucus on the giant salamander body surface is collected, the giant salamander is taken down from the clamping plate, and then the sliding block is controlled by the controller to move upwards, so that the brushing liquid component returns to the uppermost end of the mounting groove. In particular, the lowermost end of the mounting groove may be provided with a limit switch, for example, so that the controller no longer controls the slider to move downwards after the slider has slid to the lowermost end of the mounting groove.
The giant salamander mucus collecting device can collect a large amount of mucus, and in the process of collecting the mucus, the giant salamander mucus collecting device has small stimulation to the giant salamander, can not damage the giant salamander, can enable the giant salamander to recover quickly after collecting the mucus, and can collect the mucus after a period of cultivation.
It is specifically noted that, in the present invention, the term "connected" is to be understood in a broad sense, and may be, for example, a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; the terms "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer", "horizontal direction", and "vertical direction", etc. refer to the orientation or positional relationship based on that shown in fig. 1, merely for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the components referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention; the specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood as appropriate by those of ordinary skill in the art.
