Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for updating a call state in a multi-party call and a multi-way terminal. In the multi-party call, when an initiator of the multi-party call initiates a multi-party call request, a plurality of call numbers are sent to a server to request participants corresponding to the call numbers to establish the multi-party call.
