Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for searching for a fault in the remote switching-on/off operation of a circuit breaker according to an embodiment of the present invention. Taking the circuit breaker remote control switching-on and switching-off electric control circuit shown in fig. 1 as an example, as shown in fig. 2, the method for searching for the fault of the circuit breaker remote control switching-on and switching-off operation provided by the embodiment includes the following steps:
and step S1, checking whether the operation fault is the remote control end operation fault of the breaker, if so, debugging, and if the remote control opening and/or closing operation is not successful after debugging, checking the remote local transfer switch 1QK of the breaker. The specific process of step S1 is as follows:
in step S11, the background monitor checks whether the remote control is verified to be erroneous. If the remote control verification error is reported during the remote control operation, checking whether the name of the high-voltage switch cabinet where the breaker to be remotely controlled is located, the number and the password of the high-voltage switch cabinet are correct and whether the name corresponds to the definition in the system of the background monitor. If the definition of the point number of the remote control object in the system is wrong, the point number definition is modified to be wrong. If the definition of the point number of the remote control object in the background monitor system is not wrong, the name, the number and the password need to be input again correctly.
In step S12, it is checked whether or not the remote timeout occurs. If the background monitor reports that the remote control is overtime, whether the transmission quality of the carrier communication signal is poor or whether the communication is abnormal due to the interference of the carrier communication channel needs to be checked.
And step S13, checking whether the remote control execution is unsuccessful, and if the background monitor reports that the remote control execution is unsuccessful, checking whether a remote local transfer switch operating handle on a field high-voltage switch cabinet or a main transformer protection screen is at a remote position.
And step S2, if the remote local transfer switch 1QK is located at a remote position, the remote local transfer switch 1QK is transferred to a local position, and the opening switch and the closing switch are operated on site to see whether the opening and closing of the breaker are successful. The specific process of step S2 is as follows:
if the remote local transfer switch operating handle is at the local position, the remote local position is transferred to the remote position, then remote control opening and/or closing operation is carried out, and the process is finished if the remote control opening and closing operation is successful. The remote on-site change-over switch operating handle corresponding to the circuit breaker of the feed-out high-voltage switch cabinet is positioned on the on-site high-voltage switch cabinet, and the remote on-site change-over switch operating handle corresponding to the circuit breaker of the main transformer is positioned on the microcomputer protection measurement and control screen of the main transformer in the control room.
If the remote local change-over switch operating handle is already at the far position, the remote local change-over switch operating handle is changed from the far position to the local position, namely, the remote opening and closing circuit contacts of the remote local change-over switch 1QK are disconnected, the local closing circuit contacts are closed, and then the local manual closing operation is carried out; when the on-site opening operation is carried out, the contacts ninthly and the coke side of the on-site opening loop are closed, and then the on-site manual opening operation is carried out.
Step S3, if the on-site operation of the opening switch and/or the closing switch is still unsuccessful, checking whether an opening coil TQ and/or a closing coil HQ of the circuit breaker are normally powered and attracted, if the opening coil TQ and/or the closing coil HQ can be normally powered and attracted, and the opening and/or closing operation is unsuccessful, indicating that a fault point is in a primary operation mechanism of the circuit breaker; if the opening and/or closing coil can not be normally electrified and closed, whether the voltage of the direct current control power supply is normal or not and whether the control loop of the circuit breaker is broken or not are sequentially checked. The specific process of step S3 is as follows:
and step S31, if the on-site operation of the closing switch is unsuccessful, whether the closing coil HQ is normally powered on and attracted to operate or not is checked at the closing and power transmission moment of the circuit breaker, and if the on-site operation of the opening switch is unsuccessful, whether the opening coil TQ is normally powered on and attracted to operate or not is checked at the opening and power transmission moment of the circuit breaker.
Step S32, if the brake separating coil TQ and the brake closing coil HQ are normally electrified and attracted, and the brake separating and/or closing operation is unsuccessful, indicating that the fault point is in primary equipment such as an operating mechanism of the circuit breaker; if the brake separating coil TQ and/or the closing coil HQ are not normally electrified and pulled in, the step 33 of checking whether the direct current control power supply voltage is normal and the step 34 of checking whether the circuit breaker control loop is disconnected are sequentially executed.
In step S33, it is checked whether the dc control power supply voltage is normal. Checking whether the DC control power supply voltage is 220V, and the normal operation working power supply voltage can not be lower than 220V 85% at least. Wherein, the voltage of the direct current control power supply can be checked by using a multimeter voltage level.
Step S34, checking whether the microcomputer protection measurement and control device reports the fault information of the control loop disconnection. If the fault information of the control loop disconnection is reported, the step S35 is executed. If the microcomputer protection measurement and control device does not report the fault information of the control circuit disconnection, the fault is the fault of the electric coding lock 1S or the remote local change-over switch 1QK or the switching-on/off control operation plug-in board of the microcomputer protection measurement and control device.
Further, the fault of the electric coding lock 1S or the remote local change-over switch 1QK or the switching-on/off control operation plug-in board of the microcomputer protection measurement and control device is checked, and the fault comprises the following steps: whether the electric coding lock 1S is inserted or not, whether the contacts of the local closing loop (first) and (second) and the connecting lines of the contacts of the local closing loop (ninc) and (r) of the local opening loop (1QK) of the remote local change-over switch and the connecting lines of the contacts of the local opening loop (ninc) and (r) of the local opening loop (ninc) work normally or not and whether the on-off control operation plug-in board of the microcomputer protection measurement and. The failure of the switching-on/off control operation plug-in board of the microcomputer protection measurement and control device refers to the failure of a component between a microcomputer protection wiring terminal 410 connected with a remote control contact YHJ and a microcomputer protection wiring terminal 411 connected with a switching-on relay HBJ, and a component between a microcomputer protection wiring terminal 408 connected with a remote control contact YTJ and a microcomputer protection wiring terminal 412 connected with a switching-off relay TBJ.
Step S35, for the closing electric loop, checking whether the normally closed contact QF1 of the auxiliary switch of the circuit breaker is closed, whether the normally open contact S9 of the circuit breaker such as a handcart type circuit breaker is closed at the working position, namely the working position, whether the fully stored spring energy contact SP1 of the spring energy storage operating mechanism is closed, whether the HQ resistor of the closing coil is normal and whether the connection loop between the related elements is connected well; for the opening electrical loop, whether a normally open contact QF2 of the auxiliary switch of the circuit breaker is closed, whether the resistance of the opening coil TQ is normal and whether the connection loop wiring between the related elements is good are sequentially checked.
And step S4, if the field operation of the opening and closing switches is successful, the fault of the remote control opening and closing control circuit is checked. The specific process for checking the fault of the remote control opening and closing control circuit is as follows:
the remote-control opening and closing control circuit comprises a remote-control on-site transfer switch 1QK, a remote-control opening and closing hard pressing plate 1LP2, a remote-control closing relay YHJ and a contact of a remote-control opening and closing relay YTJ. The method for checking the fault of the remote control opening and closing control circuit comprises the following steps: checking whether remote contacts of a remote local transfer switch 1QK in a remote control opening and closing control circuit are normal, whether the connection of a remote control opening and closing hard pressing plate 1LP2 is normal, and whether the contact of a remote control closing relay YHJ and/or the contact of a remote control opening relay YTJ are reliably closed.
At the moment of executing the remote switching-on and switching-off operation, whether the contact of the remote switching-on relay YHJ and/or the contact of the remote switching-off relay YTJ are reliably closed or not is detected, and a universal meter voltage level can be used for respectively testing whether a normal positive voltage exists on the microcomputer protection wiring terminal 410 connected with the remote control contact of the remote switching-on relay YHJ and/or the microcomputer protection wiring terminal 408 connected with the remote control contact of the remote switching-off relay YTJ, wherein the normal voltage is direct current 110V. If no normal voltage exists, the contact of the remote control closing relay YHJ and/or the contact of the remote control opening relay YTJ are/is blocked in the last action process, so that the microcomputer protection measurement and control device cannot be closed, at this time, the microcomputer protection measurement and control device is restarted once, if the remote control operation can be accurately executed after the restart, the fault is actually the contact of the remote control closing relay YHJ and/or the contact of the remote control opening relay YTJ, the problem is temporarily solved, and if the restart is not successful, the fault indicates that the contact of the remote control closing relay YHJ and/or the contact of the remote control opening relay YTJ are/is damaged and cannot be repaired, and the switching and closing control operation plug-in board of the microcomputer protection measurement and control device needs to be replaced.
The remote control opening and closing operation finding method for the circuit breaker solves the problem that remote control opening and closing operation is unsuccessful due to the defects of a network communication system, an electric control loop of the circuit breaker, an operation executing mechanism of the circuit breaker, a relay protection measurement and control device and the like, human misoperation and the like, solves the problems that a fault finding method for remote control opening and closing operation of the circuit breaker in the prior art is backward, the fault finding efficiency is low, and the safe and stable operation of power grid equipment is influenced, and can ensure the safe and stable operation of power supply equipment.
