starting a heating device, and enabling the cooking appliance to enter a cooking stage;
the method further comprises the following steps after the step of increasing the voltage between the electrode and the inner pot in the cooking utensil to a first preset voltage:
after the first preset time, disconnecting the voltage between the electrode and the inner pot for a second preset time;
judging whether the reserved time length is finished or not;
and when the reserved time length is not finished, returning to the step of increasing the voltage between the electrode and the inner pot in the cooking appliance to a first preset voltage.

before the step of raising the voltage between the electrode and the inner pot in the cooking utensil to a first preset voltage, the method further comprises the following steps: lowering the electrode by a preset height;
before the step of turning on the heating device, the method further comprises the following steps: and lifting the electrode by the preset height.

when the preset time length is over, judging whether the voltage between the electrode and the inner pot is disconnected;
when the voltage between the electrode and the inner pot is not disconnected, the step of disconnecting the voltage between the electrode and the inner pot is executed;
when the voltage between the electrode and the inner pot is disconnected, the step of lifting the electrode by the preset height is executed.
4. The method of controlling autoclaving as recited in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
reducing the voltage at two ends of a main control module of the cooking appliance;
judging whether an upper cover of the cooking appliance is closed or not;
when the upper cover is closed, the step of descending the electrode by a preset height is executed;
and when the upper cover is not closed tightly, the alarm device is started.
5. The method of controlling autoclaving according to claim 4,
before the step of turning on the heating device, the method further comprises the following steps:
and starting a discharge device to discharge the voltage between the electrode and the inner pot.
6. The method of controlling autoclaving according to claim 5,
the step of reducing the voltage at the two ends of the main control module specifically comprises the following steps:
reducing the voltage at two ends of the main control module to be between 5V and 36V;
