The shape and the size of the annular filter membrane supporting plate are identical with those of the bottom plane of the annular groove of the PM5 and PM2.5 sampling head TSP collector, the material is a film, and the thickness of the film is set to be 0.2-0.4 mm; the two forceps ears are extension parts of the annular filter membrane supporting plate and are symmetrically arranged on the outer circular arc edge of the annular filter membrane supporting plate. The device can be used for conveniently and completely taking out the filter membrane from the annular groove of the TSP collector, and can ensure that the annular filter membrane is not broken in the membrane taking process, so that the accuracy of sampling data is ensured.

Background
In the process of collecting suspended particulates PM5 and PM2.5 samples in the atmosphere by using a MH1210 type multistage particle sampler sampling head TSP collector, firstly, an annular filter membrane is required to be placed in an annular groove of the TSP collector for sampling, and the requirements for placing the filter membrane are as follows: the annular filter membrane is flatly attached to the bottom plane of the annular groove, and the inner annular edge and the outer annular edge of the annular filter membrane are tightly attached to the inner annular edge and the outer annular edge of the annular groove of the TSP collector. After the sampling is finished, the annular filter membrane placed in the annular groove of the TSP collector needs to be completely taken out for weighing, and the following problems exist in the process: because a right angle exists between the bottom plane of the annular groove of the TSP collector and the annular edges with the two edges turned upwards, the height of the annular edges is about 14.0-14.5 mm, and the annular filter membrane placed in the annular groove is tightly attached to the bottom and the edges of the deeper annular groove after being impacted by air flow in the sampling process, and the annular filter membrane is difficult to be completely and flatly taken out in the filter membrane taking-out process. The common practice is to use a longer large needle to prick the filter membrane and use the filter membrane together with forceps to move and take out the filter membrane, and serious deformation and even rupture of the annular filter membrane often occur in the process. In the serious deformation or rupture process of the filter membrane, partial particles adsorbed on the filter membrane can fall off, so that errors are generated in sampling data, the accuracy of the sampling data is directly affected, and hidden dangers of inconvenient membrane taking and inaccurate sampling data exist.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides a manufacturing and using method of a special membrane taking device for a PM5 and PM2.5 sampling head TSP collector, which can conveniently and completely take out a filter membrane from an annular groove of the TSP collector, can ensure that the annular filter membrane is not broken in the membrane taking process, and ensures the accuracy of sampling data.
In order to realize the functions, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a method for manufacturing and using a membrane taking device of a PM5 and PM2.5 sampling head TSP collector mainly comprises an annular filter membrane supporting plate and two forceps ears integrated with the annular filter membrane supporting plate.
The shape and the size of the annular filter membrane supporting plate are matched with those of the bottom plane of the annular groove of the PM5 and PM2.5 sampling head TSP collector, the material of the annular filter membrane supporting plate is a film, and the thickness of the film is set to be 0.2-0.4 mm.
The two forceps ears are extension parts of the annular filter membrane supporting plate and are symmetrically arranged on the outer circular arc edge of the annular filter membrane supporting plate, the shape of the forceps ears is long, the strip width is 1.5 mm, and the length is 2.5 mm-3.5 mm.
And an arc notch with the radius of 0.15 millimeter is recessed inwards at the intersection position of the root part of the forceps ear and the annular filter membrane supporting plate.
The forceps ears are folded upwards at an included angle of 45-80 degrees at the root connected with the annular filter membrane supporting plate.
The free ends of the forceps ears are arc-shaped, and the upper edges of the arc surfaces are subjected to sharp edge chamfering treatment.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the scheme, the annular filter membrane supporting plate and the design of the two tweezers extending symmetrically on the outer circular arc edge of the annular filter membrane supporting plate can sample the annular filter membrane supporting plate in the using process, after the sampling is finished, the two tweezers are used for clamping the two tweezers, the annular filter membrane supporting plate and the annular filter membrane attached to the annular filter membrane supporting plate can be simultaneously and completely taken out, the annular filter membrane cannot be damaged in the process, and the accuracy of sampling data can be guaranteed.
2. The material of annular filter membrane layer board is selected to be the film and sets the film thickness between 0.2 millimeter ~ 0.4 millimeter, can ensure when using tweezers to hold the tweezers ear and take out annular filter membrane layer board from TSP collector annular groove, can bear the pulling force of tweezers and be unlikely to by tearing, can be relatively more steady with the filter membrane level and smooth support out again, its thickness still can not influence test data's collection simultaneously.
3. The two forceps ears are extension parts of the annular filter membrane supporting plate and are symmetrically arranged on the outer circular arc edge of the annular filter membrane supporting plate, the shape of the forceps ears is long, the strip width is 1.5 mm, the length is 2.5-3.5 mm, and the cutting and sampling process and the precision requirements on suspended particles in the atmosphere can be guaranteed not to be affected.
4. The design that the root of each tweezer ear is inwards sunken to form an arc gap with the radius of 0.15 millimeter at the position where the root of each tweezer ear is intersected with the annular filter membrane supporting plate, so that when the two tweezer ears are upwards bent by 90 degrees and put into the annular groove of the TSP collector to be abutted against the outer annular edge of the annular groove, the deformation influence of the bending part on the plane of the filter membrane supporting plate 1 is reduced.
5. The design that the forceps ears are folded up by 45-80 degrees at the root connected with the annular filter membrane supporting plate, when the forceps ears are folded up by 90 degrees, the forceps ears are enabled to obtain outward elastic force due to the elasticity of the rubber sheet, the elastic force enables the forceps ears to be tightly attached to the side annular edges after the annular filter membrane is placed into the annular groove of the TSP collector, and the influence on the accuracy of sampling data caused by inward folding of the forceps ears due to air flow impact in the suspension particle cutting and sampling process is avoided.
6. The free ends of the forceps ears are arc-shaped, sharp edges are arranged on the upper edges of the arc surfaces of the forceps ears, so that the forceps ears can obtain outward pressure of air flow on the forceps ears in the process of cutting and sampling suspended particles in the atmosphere, and the two forceps ears are tightly attached to the outer annular edge of the annular groove with the outer arc surface turned upwards.

Detailed Description
The PM5 and PM2.5 sampling head TSP collector film taking device according to the present invention is shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3. Mainly comprises an annular filter membrane supporting plate 1 and two forceps ears 2 extending from the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1 to the outer circular arc edge of the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1.
The shape and the size of the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1 are matched with those of the bottom plane of the annular groove 8 of the PM5 and PM2.5 sampling head TSP collector, the material is a film, and the thickness of the film is set to be 0.2-0.4 mm.
The two forceps ears 2 are extension parts of the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1, are symmetrically arranged on the outer circular arc edge of the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1, are long in shape, have a strip width of 1.5 mm and have a length of 2.5 mm-3.5 mm.
An arc notch 4 with the radius of 0.15 millimeter is recessed inwards at the intersection position of the root part of the forceps ear 2 and the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1, as shown in figure 4.
The forceps ears 2 are folded up at an included angle of 45-80 degrees at the root connected with the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1, as shown in figure 5.
The free end of the forceps ear 2 is in a circular arc shape, and the upper edge 5 of the circular arc surface is subjected to sharp edge dulling treatment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
It should be noted that: in the embodiment, the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1 is made of a film, and can also be made of other materials with physical properties similar to those of the film; the shape of the forceps ear 2 can be strip-shaped, and other shapes are also possible without affecting the cutting and sampling process of the suspended particles in the atmosphere.
The using method comprises the following steps:
the first step: placing an annular filter membrane 10 on the annular filter membrane support plate 1 so that the annular holes of the annular filter membrane 10 are aligned with the annular holes 3 of the annular filter membrane support plate 1 (fig. 1, 3, 10, 11);
and a second step of: two forceps ears 2 arranged at the edge of the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1 are used for simultaneously sleeving the annular hole 3 of the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1 and the central hole of the annular filter membrane 10 which is completely overlapped with the annular hole on a circular tube 9 formed by the annular edge turned upwards at the inner side of the annular groove 8 of the TSP collector 6 (see figure 6);
and a third step of: the two tweezers are clung to the annular edges 7 of the annular groove 8 on the TSP collector 6, the outer arc of which is turned upwards, and the two tweezers are steadily lowered to the bottom of the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1 and fall on the bottom plane of the annular groove 8 on the TSP collector 6, so that the inner annular edge and the outer annular edge of the annular filter membrane 10 are tightly attached to the inner annular edge and the outer annular edge of the annular groove 8 of the TSP collector (see fig. 6, 7, 8 and 9).
At this time, the lower planes of the two forceps ears 2 are tightly attached to the upward turned annular edge 7 of the outer arc surface of the annular groove 8 of the TSP collector due to the elastic action of the film.
Fourth step: after the sampling is finished, two forceps are used for clamping the two forceps ears 2 and lifting up at the same time, and the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1 and the annular filter membrane 10 attached to the annular filter membrane supporting plate 1 are taken out completely at the same time for weighing.
